Rabbah Shall be Made a Stable for Camels |
Ezekiel 25:1-17 The Book of Ezekiel [in Smaller Chunks] |
The Word of the Lord came again to me, saying, Son of man, [turn] your face against the Ammonites & prophesy against them. And say to the Ammonites, Hear the Word of the Lord God. |
The Lord God says [this;] [It's] because you said, Aha, against; My sanctuary, when it was [defiled] & the land of Israel, when it was desolate, & the house of Judah, when they went into captivity. |
[2 Kings 24:13-14 And he carried out [from there] all the treasures of the [Lord's] house & the treasures of the king's house, & cut in pieces all the vessels of gold [that] Solomon, [Israel's] king, had made [like] the Lord had said, in the temple of the Lord. |
And he carried away all Jerusalem & all the: princes; mighty men of valor; & even 10,000 captives; the craftsmen & [blacksmiths.] None remained [except] for the poorest sort of people of the land.] |
Therefore, [look,] I will deliver you to the men of the East for a possession & they shall [put] their palaces [within] you & make their dwelling in you. They shall eat your fruit & drink your milk. And I will make Rabbah, a stable for camels & the Ammonites, a [resting place for flocks. |
And you shall know that I Am the Lord. For The Lord God says [this;] [It's] because you have clapped your hands & stamped with [your] feet & rejoiced [spitefully] [with what you heard] against the land of Israel. |
Therefore, [watch,] I will stretch out [My] hand upon you & will deliver you for [plunder] to the heathen. And I will cut you off from the people. And I will cause you to perish out of the countries. I will destroy you & you shall know that I Am the Lord. |
[Ezekiel 35:3 And say to it, The Lord God says [this; Watch,] O Mount Seir, I am against you & I will stretch out [My] hand against you & I will make you [very] desolate.] |
The Lord God says [this;] Because Moab & Seir say, [Look,] the house of Judah is [similar] to all the heathen. Therefore, [look,] I will open [up] the side of Moab from the cities & from [Israel's] cities [that] are on his frontiers, the glory of the country: Beth Jeshimoth; Baal Meon; & Kiriathaim. |
And will give them [as a] possession to the men of the East with the Ammonites, [so] that the Ammonites may not be remembered among the nations. And I will [carry out] judgments upon Moab. And they shall know that I Am the Lord. |
[Amos 2:1-3 The Lord says [this;] for 3 transgressions of Moab, & for 4, I won't turn away [its] punishment; because he burned the bones of [Edom's] king into lime. |
But I will send a fire upon Moab & it shall devour the palaces of Kirioth. And Moab shall die with [chaos;] shouting; & with the sound of the trumpet. And I will cut off the judge from [its] midst & will slay all the princes [of it] with him, says the Lord.] |
The Lord God says [this;] [It's] because [of what] Edom has [done] & has greatly offended, by taking vengeance against the house of Judah & revenged himself upon them. |
Therefore, The Lord God says [this;] I will also stretch out [My] hand upon Edom & will cut off man & [animals] from it & will make it desolate from Teman, & [those] of Dedan, shall fall by the sword. And [by] the hand of My people, Israel, I will lay My vengeance upon Edom. |
And they shall do in Edom, according to [My] anger & My fury. And they shall know My vengeance, says the Lord God. [Isaiah 11:14 But they shall fly upon the shoulders of the Philistines, toward the West & they shall [plunder those] of the East together. They shall lay their hand upon Edom & Moab & the children of Ammon shall obey them.] |
The Lord God says [this;] [It's] because the Philistines have dealt by revenge & have taken vengeance with a [spiteful] heart, to destroy for the old hatred. [Amos 1:1-8 The words of Amos, who was among the [herdsmen] of Tekoa, 2 years before the earthquake, & [what] he saw [about] Israel, [during] the days of Uzziah, [Judah's] king & Jeroboam, [Joash's] son, [Israel's] king. |
And [Amos] said, The Lord will roar from Zion & utter His voice from Jerusalem. And the [places where] the shepherds [reside] shall mourn & the top of Carmel shall wither. |
The Lord Says [this;] For 3 transgressions of Damascus & for 4, I won't [withdraw] away [its] punishment, because they have threshed Gilead with iron threshing [tools.] But I will send a fire into the house of Hazael, [that] shall devour the palaces of Ben Hadad. |
I will also break the [gate's] bar of Damascus & cut off the inhabitant from the Plain of Aven, [a.k.a. Valley of Aven,] & he, [who] holds the scepter from the house of Eden. The people of Syria shall go into captivity to Kir, says the Lord. |
The Lord says [this;] For 3 transgressions of Gaza & for 4, I won't [withdraw its] punishment; because they carried away captive, [all those from] captivity, to deliver them to Edom. But I will send a fire on the wall of Gaza, [that] shall devour [its] palaces. |
And I will cut off the [residents] from Ashdod & him, [who] holds the scepter from Ashkelon. And I will turn [My] hand against Ekron & the [rest] of the Philistines, shall perish, says the Lord God.] |
Therefore, The Lord God says [this; Look,] I will stretch out [My] hand upon the Philistines & I will cut off the Cherethims, [a.k.a. Cherethites,] & destroy the [rest] of the sea coast. [Zephaniah 2:4 For Gaza shall be [abandoned] & Ashkelon, a desolation. They shall drive out Ashdod at noon & Ekron shall be uprooted.] |
And I will [carry out] great vengeance upon them with furious [reprimands] & they shall know that I Am the Lord, when I shall lay My vengeance upon them. [1 Chronicles 10:8-10 And it [happened] on the [next day,] when the Philistines came to strip the [dead,] that they found Saul & his son, fallen in Mount Gilboa. |
And when they had stripped him, they took his head & his armor & sent [them] into the land of the Philistines, [all around,] to carry [news] to their idols & to the people. And they put [Saul's] armor in the house of their gods & fastened his head in the temple of Dagon.] |
