About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Haggai 2:1-23 Rebuilding the Lord's Temple

Rebuilding the Lord's Temple

Haggai 2:1-23           The Book of Haggai [in Smaller Chunks]

[On] the 21st day [of] the 7th month, the Word of the Lord came by the prophet, Haggai, saying, Now, speak to Zerubbabel, [Shealtiel's] son, [Judah's] governor, & to Joshua, [Josedech's] son, the high priest, & to the [rest] of the people, saying, Who among you, is left [who] saw this house [of the Lord,] in her 1st glory?

And how do you see it now? In comparison, in your eyes, isn't it [like] nothing? [Ezra 3:12-13 But many of the priests, Levites, & [leaders] of the [forefathers,] who were [elderly] men, & had seen the 1st house, when the foundation of this house was laid [in front of] their eyes.

[They] wept with a loud voice. And many shouted aloud for joy: so that the people couldn't [distinguish between] the noise of the [shouts] of joy, from the noise of the weeping of the people. For the people shouted with a loud shout, & the noise was heard [far away.]

O Zerubbabel, & O Joshua, [Josedech's] son, the high priest, the Lord says, [Still,] be strong now. And the Lord [said,] All the people of the land, be strong & work: for I Am with you, says the Lord of Hosts.

According to the Word, [when] I [made a] [covenant] with you, when you came out of Egypt, & My Spirit [also] remains among you [now.] [Don't] you [be] [fearful.] [Exodus 20:2-6 I Am the Lord your God, [Who has] brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.

You shall have no other gods before Me. You shall not make [for yourselves] any [carved] image, or any likeness of anything this is in: heaven above; the earth [below;] or in the water under the earth. You shall not bow [yourselves] down to them, nor serve them.

For I, the Lord your God, Am a jealous God, visiting the [sins] of the fathers upon the children [until] the 3rd & 4th [generations] of [those, who] hate Me. And [showing] mercy to 1,000's of [those, who] love Me, & keep My commandments.]

For the Lord says [this; Still,] once [in] a while, I will shake the heavens, the earth, the sea, & the dry land. And I will shake all nations, & the desire of all nations shall come [here.] And I will fill this house with glory, [said] the Lord of Hosts.

[Isaiah 59:20-21 And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, & to [those] in Jacob, [a.k.a. Israel, who return] from [sin.] As for Me, this is My covenant [contract] with them, says the Lord.

My Spirit that is upon you, & My Words [that] I have put in your mouth, shall not depart [from] your mouth, nor [from the mouths] of your [offspring,] nor [from] the [mouths] of your [descendants,] from [now on] & forever, says the Lord.]

The silver is Mine, & the gold is Mine, says the Lord of Hosts. [Psalm 135:15-18 The idols of the heathen are silver & gold. The work of men's hands. They have mouths, but they [don't] speak. They have eyes, but they [don't] see.

They have ears, but they [don't] hear. Neither is there any breath in their mouths. [Those, who] make them are [similar] to them. So is everyone [who] trusts in them.]

The glory of this latter [temple] shall be greater than the [previous] [one,] says the Lord of Hosts. And I will give peace in this place, says the Lord of Hosts. [On] the 24th day of the 9th month, [during] the 2nd year Darius [ruled,] the Word came [from] the Lord, by Haggai, the prophet.

Saying, The Lord of Hosts says [this;] Now, ask the priests [about] the Law, saying, If [someone carries] holy [meat] in the skirt of his [robe,] & his skirt [touches] bread, or pottage, [a.k.a. porridge or stew,] wine, oil, or any meat, shall it [still] be holy?

And the priests answered & said, No. Then, Haggai said, If [someone, who] is unclean by [touching] a dead body & [touches] any of these, shall it be unclean? And the priests answered & said, It shall be unclean.

Then, Haggai answered, & said, So [are these] people, & this nation [also] unclean before Me, [said] the Lord. And so is every work [done by] their hands. And [what] they offer there is unclean.

[Titus 1:15 [To those, who] [are] pure, all things are pure. But to [those, who] are defiled & unbelieving, nothing is pure, [because] even their mind & conscience [are] defiled.]

From this day [on,] I pray [that] you now consider, Before a stone was laid upon [another] stone in the temple of the Lord, since those days, when [someone] came to [pile] of 20 measures, [a.k.a. ephahs,] [of fine flour,] there were [only] 10.

When [someone] came to the [wine vat] to draw out 50 [jugs,] out of the [wine vats,] there were [only] 20. I [struck] you with: [blight;] mildew; & hail, in all the [work] [done by] your hands. [Still,] you [didn't return] to Me, says the Lord.

[Jeremiah 5:3-4 O Lord, aren't Your eyes upon the truth? You have [struck] them, but they haven't grieved. You have consumed them, but they have refused to receive correction.

They have made their faces harder than a rock, & they have refused to return. Therefore, I said, Surely these are poor; & they are foolish: for they [don't] know the [ways] of the Lord, nor the [justice] of their God.]

Now, consider from this day [on,] from the 24th day of the 9th month, even from the day that the foundation of the Lord's temple was laid, [think about] it. [Zechariah 8:9 The Lord of Hosts says [this;] Let your hands be strong, [so] you, [who] hear these Words, [during] these days, by the [mouths] of the prophets, [who] were [there] the day that the foundation was laid of the house of the Lord of Hosts, [so] that the temple might be [rebuilt.]

Is the seed [still] in the barn? [Yes, like] the: vine; fig tree; [pomegranates;] & olive [trees, still] haven't [delivered its produce,] I will bless you from this day. [Zechariah 8:12 For the seed shall be prosperous. The vine shall [produce its] fruit, & the ground shall give [its increased produce] & the heavens shall give their dew. And I will cause the [rest] of this people to possess all these things.]

And again, the Word of the Lord came to Haggai, [on] the 24th day of the month, saying, Speak to Zerubbabel, [Judah's] governor, saying, I will shake the heavens & the earth. And I will overthrow the throne of [the] kingdoms. And I will destroy the strength of the kingdoms of the heathen.

And I will overthrow [its:] chariots; those [who] ride in them; & the horses & their riders, & everyone shall come down by the sword of his brother. [Zechariah 9:10 And I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim, & the horse from Jerusalem, & the [archer's] bow shall be cut off [from] the battle.

And He shall speak [peacefully] to the heathen. And His dominion shall be from sea to sea, & from the river, even to the ends of the earth.]

The Lord of Hosts says, [On] that day, I will take you, O Zerubbabel, My servant, [Shealtiel's] son, says the Lord. And I have chosen you & will make you [like] a signet [ring,] says the Lord of Hosts.

[Matthew 12:18 [See,] My Servant, Whom I have chosen, My Beloved, in Whom My Soul is well pleased. I will put My Spirit upon Him, & He shall [declare justice] to the Gentiles.]
