About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Zechariah 1:1-21 Your Forefathers Were Warned & Didn't Pay Attention to Me

Your Forefathers Were Warned & Didn't Pay Attention to Me

Zechariah 1:1-21         The Book of Zechariah [in Smaller Chunks]

In the 8th month, [during] the 2nd year [king] Darius [ruled,] the Word of the Lord came to Zechariah, [Berechiah's] son, [who was] the son of Iddo, the prophet, saying, The Lord has been [very] displeased with your fathers.

Therefore, you [are] to say to them, The Lord of Hosts says [this; Return yourselves] to Me, says the Lord of Hosts. And I will [return] to you, says the Lord of Hosts.

[Don't] be [like] your [forefathers,] whom the [previous] prophets have cried [out] to, saying, The Lord of Hosts says [this;] Now, [return yourselves] from your evil ways, & your evil [actions.] But they didn't [listen,] nor [did they] [pay attention] to Me, says the Lord.

[Matthew 23:37-39 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you, [who] kill the prophets, & stone [those, who] are sent to you. How often I would have gathered your children together, even [like] a hen gathers her chickens under her wings, & you would not!

[Look,] your house is left to you desolate. For I say to you, You shall not see Me, [from now on, until] you shall say, Blessed Is He, [Who] comes in the Name of the Lord.]

Where are your [forefathers,] & the prophets? Do they live forever? But did your [forefathers] [even] [embrace] My Words & My [mandates, that] I commanded  My servants, the prophets? And they returned & said, Like the Lord of Hosts thought to do to us, He has dealt with us, according to our ways & [actions.]

Upon the 24th day, of the 11th month, which is the month Sebat, [during] the 2 year Darius [ruled,] the Word of the Lord came to Zechariah, [Berechiah's] son, [who was] the son of Iddo, the prophet, saying, At night, I [looked] & [saw] a man riding upon a red horse.

And the [man] stood among the myrtle trees that were [at] the bottom. And behind him, there were red horses, [spotted] & white. [Revelation 6:2-5 And I [looked] & saw a white horse. And He, [Who] sat on him had a bow. And a crown was given to Him. And He went [out] conquering & to conquer.

And when He had opened the 2nd seal, I heard the 2nd [living creature] say, Come & see. And there went out there, another horse that was red. And power was given to him, [who] sat [upon it] to take peace from the earth, [so] that they [would] kill one another, & a [large] sword was given to him there.

And when He had opened the 3rd seal, I heard the 3rd [living creature] say, Come & see. And I [saw] & [look,] a black horse. And he, [who] sat on him had a pair of balances, [a.k.a. scales,] in his hand.]

Then, I said, O my lord, what are these? And the Angel, [who] talked with me, said to me, I will [declare to] you what these things [are.] And the man, [who] stood among the myrtle trees answered & said, These are [those] whom the Lord has sent to walk [back & forth] through the earth.

[Hebrews 1:13-14 But to which of the Angels [did] [God] say at any time, Sit on My right hand [side,] until I make your enemies your footstool? Aren't they all ministering Spirits, sent [out] to minister for [those,] who shall be heirs of Salvation?]

And they answered the Angel of the Lord, [who] stood among the myrtle trees, & said, We have walked [back & forth] through the earth, & [saw] all the earth [sitting] still & [are resting.]

Then, the Angel of the Lord answered & said, O Lord of Hosts, how long will You not have mercy on Jerusalem & on [Judah's] cities, against which You [have] had indignation, [a.k.a. anger provoked by unfair treatment,] these 70 years?

[Ezekiel 23:37-39 They have committed adultery, & blood is [on] their hands. And they have committed adultery with their idols, & have also caused their sons, whom they [bore] to Me, to pass through the fire, to devour them, for [idols.]

[Additionally,] they have done this to Me. They have defiled My sanctuary [on] the same day, & have profaned My Sabbaths. For when they had [sacrificed] their children to their idols, then they came the same day into My sanctuary to profane it. And, [look,]  they have done [this] in the midst of [My] house.]

And the Lord answered the Angel, [who] talked with me, with good & [comforting] words. So, the Angel that [spoke] with me, said to me, You, cry [out] saying, The Lord of Hosts says [this;] I Am Jealous [about] Jerusalem, & Zion, with a [enormous] jealousy. [Joel 2:18 Then, the Lord will be jealous for His land, & pity His people.]

And I am very [severely] displeased with the heathen, [who] are at ease. For I was [just] a little displeased, & they helped [promote] the affliction. [Isaiah 47:6 I was [angry] with My people, & I have [defiled My] inheritance, & have given them into your hand. You [showed] them no mercy, & you [have] heavily laid your yoke upon the [elders.]

Therefore, the Lord says [this;] I [have] returned to Jerusalem with [mercy,] & My house shall be [rebuilt there,] says the Lord of Hosts. And a [measuring] line shall be stretched [out] upon Jerusalem. [Ezra 6:14-16 And the elders of the Jews [rebuilt] & they prospered through the prophesying of Haggai, the prophet, & Zechariah, [Iddo's] son.

And they [rebuilt] & finished it, according to the commandment of the God of Israel, & according to the [command] of: Cyrus, Darius, & Artaxerxes, [a.k.a. Ahasuerus,] king of Persia.

And this house was finished on the 3rd day of the month, Adar, which was [during] the 6th year king Darius [ruled.] And the children [people] of Israel, the priests, Levites, & the rest of the children [from] the captivity, kept the dedication of this house of God with joy.]

[Still,] cry [out,] saying, The Lord of Hosts says [this;] Through prosperity, My cities shall [still] be spread [out.] And the Lord shall [still] comfort Zion, & shall [still] choose Jerusalem. Then, I lifted up [my] eyes & [looked] & [saw] 4 horns. And I said to the Angel, [who] talked with me, What [are] these?

And he answered me, These are the horns [that] have scattered Judah, Israel, & Jerusalem. And the Lord [showed] me, 4 [craftsmen.] [2 Samuel 5:11 And Hiram, [Tyre's] king, sent messengers to David, & cedar trees, carpenters, & mason, & they built David [a] house.]

Then, I said, What [do] these, [who] come, do? And He [spoke,] saying, These are the horns, [that] have scattered Judah, so that no man [could] lift up his head.

But these [craftsmen] [have] come to [frighten] them, & to [throw] out the horns of the Gentiles, [who] lifted up their horn [against] the land of Judah to scatter it. [Psalm 75:10 I will cut off all the horns of the wicked; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.]
