About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Zephaniah 2:1-15 Punishment of Those on the Seacoast Who Worship False gods

Punishment of Those on the Seacoast Who Worship False gods

Zephaniah 2:1-15           The Book of Zephaniah [in Smaller Chunks]

O nation not desired, gather yourselves together. [Yes,] gather together; before the day of the Lord's anger comes upon you, & the decree [is] brought [out.] Before the day [passes] [away] [like debris.] Before the fierce anger of the Lord [comes] upon you.

You, seek the Lord, all you meek, [a.k.a. humble,] of the earth, [who] have [upheld] His [justice.] Seek: righteousness; & [humbleness.] It may be [that] you shall be [hidden on] the day of the Lord's anger. [Isaiah 55:6-7 Seek you the Lord while He may be found. You call upon Him while He is near.

Let the wicked [abandon] his [ways] & the unrighteous man [abandon] his thoughts. And let him return to the Lord, & to our God, for He will have mercy upon him, & He will abundantly pardon.]

For Gaza shall be [abandoned] & Ashkelon [shall be] a desolation, They shall drive out Ashdod at noon, & Ekron shall be [uprooted.]

[Amos 7:17 Therefore, the Lord says [this;] Your wife shall be an [unfaithful] harlot in the city, & your sons & daughters shall fall by the sword. And your land shall be divided by [a measuring] line; & you [shall] die in a [defiled] land. And Israel shall surely go into captivity [from] his land.]

Woe to the inhabitants of the sea coast, the nation of the Cherethites. The Word of the Lord is against you, O Canaan, the land of the Philistines. I will even destroy you, [so] that there shall be no [inhabitants] there.

[Ezekiel 25:15-17 The Lord God says [this;] Because the Philistines have [behaved vengefully,] & have taken vengeance with a [spiteful] heart, to destroy it, [because of] old hatred.

Therefore, the Lord God says [this; Look,] I will stretch out [My] hand upon the Philistines, & I will cut off the Cherethims, [a.k.a. Cherethites,] & destroy the [rest] of the sea coast.

And I will [carry out] great vengeance upon them with furious [chastisement.] And they shall know that I Am the Lord, when I [deliver] My vengeance [to] them.]

And the sea coast shall be dwellings & cottages for shepherds, & [pens] for flocks. And the coast shall be for the [rest] of the house of Judah. They shall feed [their sheep] [there,] in [Ashkelon's] houses, & they shall lie down in the evening.

For the Lord their God shall visit them, & [return] [them] away [from] their captivity. [Luke 1:68 Blessed [is] the Lord God of Israel. For He has visited & redeemed His people.]

I have heard the [ridicule] of Moab, & the [insults] of the children [people] of Ammon, [by which] they have [disgraced] My people, & magnified themselves, against their [borders.]

[Amos 2:1-3 The Lord says [this;] For 3 [sins] of Moab, & for 4, I won't [withdraw its] punishment, because he burned the bones of [Edom's] king into lime. But I will send a fire upon Moab, & it shall devour [Kirioth's] palaces; & Moab shall die with: [chaos,] shouting, & with the trumpet [sounding.] And I will cut off the judge from [its] midst, & will slay all [its] princes, with him, says the Lord.]

Therefore, The Lord of Hosts, the God of Israel says, As I Live, surely Moab shall be [like] Sodom, & the children [people] of Ammon, [like] Gomorrah, even the [multiplying: of sticker bushes] & salt pits, & [be] [perpetually desolate.] The [rest] of My people shall: [plunder] them & shall possess them.

[Amos 1:13 The Lord God says [this;] For 3 [sins] of the children [people] of Ammon, & for 4, I won't [withdraw its] the punishment; because they have ripped up the [pregnant] women [from] Gilead, [so] that they might enlarge their [borders.]

They shall have this for their pride, because they have magnified themselves against & [criticized] the people of the Lord of Hosts. [Isaiah 16:6 Weh have heard of the pride of Moab. He is very proud, even of his: [arrogance;] his pride; & his fury. But his lies shall not be so.]

The Lord will be terrible to them: for He will [starve] all the gods of the earth. And Men shall worship Him, everyone from his [own] place, even all the [coastal islands] of the heathen.

[Malachi 1:11 For My Name shall be great among the Gentiles from [sunrise to sunset.] And incense shall be offered to My Name, & the [holy] offering, in every place: for My Name shall be great among the heathen, says the Lord of Hosts.]

Also, you Ethiopians shall be slain by My sword. And He will stretch out His hand against the North, & destroy Assyria: & will make Nineveh [desolate,] & dry like a wilderness.

[Isaiah 10:10-13 As My hand has found the kingdoms of the idols, & whose [carved] images [exceeded those] of Jerusalem & Samaria, shouldn't I [do,] [like] I have done to Samaria & her idols, [& also] do [the same] to Jerusalem & her idols?

[For what reason,] shall it [happen,] when the Lord has [carried out] His whole work upon Mount Zion & on Jerusalem? I will punish the fruit, [a.k.a. offspring] of the king of [Assyria's] stout heart, & the glory of his [arrogant] looks.

For he says, By the strength of my [hands] & by my wisdom, I have done it, for I am [shrewd.] And I have removed the [boundaries] of the people, & have robbed their treasures. And I have [struck] down the inhabitants like a valiant man.]

And flocks shall lie down in the midst of her, & all the [animals] of the nations. Both the cormorant, [a.k.a. the bald headed raven,] & the bittern, [a.k.a. heron,] shall lodge in the upper [beams] of it. Their voice shall sing in the windows. Desolation shall be in [its] thresholds; for He shall uncover the work [of] cedar.

[Jeremiah 22:14-17 [Who] says, I will build [myself] a wide house & large [rooms,] & cuts [himself] out windows & [panels] it with cedar, & [paints it] with vermillion, [a.ka. red.] Shall you [rule,] because you [enclosed] yourself in cedar? Didn't your [forefathers] eat & drink, & [carry out] judgment & justice, & then, it was well [for] him?

He judged the [case] of the poor & needy. Then, it was well [for] him. The Lord says, Wasn't this to know Me? But your: eyes & heart are not [focused on Me,] but [only] for your: [envy; shedding] [the] blood [of the] innocent; oppression; & violence, & [doing] it.]

Is this the rejoicing city that dwells [securely,] & said in her heart, I am, & there is [no one besides] me? How she [has] become a desolation & a place for [animals] to lie down in!

[Isaiah 47:9-10 But these 2 things shall come to you in a moment, [on] 1 day: the loss of children, & widowhood. They shall [absolutely] come upon you for the: multitude of your sorceries, & for the [large] abundance of your enchantments.

For you trusted in your wickedness. You have said, [No one] sees me. Your wisdom & knowledge [have led you astray.] And you have said in your heart, I am, & [no one] else [besides] me.]

Everyone [who] passes by her, shall hiss, & [shake] his hand.
