About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Luke 21:1-38 Jesus is Asked When the End Will Come

Jesus is Asked When the End Will Come

Luke 21:1-38          The Gospel According to Luke [in Smaller Chunks]

And [Jesus] looked up, & saw the rich men casting their gifts, [a.k.a. offerings,] into the treasury. And He also saw a certain poor widow casting 2 mites [in there.] And [Jesus] said, [Truthfully,] I say to you, that this poor widow [has] cast in more than all [of] [them.] For all these, have cast into the offering of God, [from] their abundance. But she, [from] her [poverty] has cast in all the [money for her] living that she had.

And as some [spoke about] the temple, & how it was [embellished] with [beautiful] stones, & gifts, *[Jesus] said, As for these things [that] you [see,] the days will come, in which there shall not be 1 stone left upon another that shall not be thrown down. [Matthew 27:50-51 *When Jesus had cried [out] again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost, [a.k.a. died.] And, [look,] the veil of the temple was [torn] in [two] from the top to the bottom. And the earth [quaked,] & the rocks [broke apart.]

And they asked [Jesus,] saying, Master, [a.k.a. Teacher,] but when shall these things [happen?] And what sign will there be when these things shall [happen?] And [Jesus] said, [Pay attention, that you [aren't] deceived. For many shall come in My Name, saying, I am Christ; & the time [draws] near. Therefore, [don't] you go after them. [2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 Let no man deceive you by any means. For that day shall not come, [unless] there [comes] a falling away 1st, & that man of sin [is] revealed, the son of perdition, [a.k.a. Hell;] who opposes & exalts himself [over] all [that are] called god, or [are] worshiped. So that he is [like] God, & [sits] in the temple of God, himself [declaring,] that he is God.]

But [don't] be terrified, when you shall hear of wars & [riots,] for these things must 1st [happen.] But the end is not [yet.] [Revelation 6:4 And another horse went out [from] there that was read. And power was given to him, [who] sat [on it,] to take peace from the earth, & [so] that they [would] kill one another. And a [large] sword was given to him there.]

Then, [Jesus] said to them, Nation shall rise [up] against nation, & kingdom against kingdom. And [large] earthquakes, famines, [pestilence,] & fearful sights shall be in [various] places, & great signs from heaven shall be there. *But before all these, they shall lay their hands, [a.k.a. seize,] you, & persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, & into the prisons, & [be] brought before kings & rulers for My Name's sake.

[Acts 5:40-42 And [the council,] agreed [with] [Gamaliel.] *And when they had called the apostles, & beaten them, they commanded that they shouldn't speak the Name of Jesus, & let them go. And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were [considered] worthy to suffer shame for His Name. And they [didn't] cease [from] [teaching & preaching] Jesus Christ daily in the temple, & in every house.]

And it shall [be] [your] turn for a testimony. Therefore, [resolve] it in your hearts, not to mediate, [a.k.a. contemplate] before [hand] what you shall answer. For I will give you wisdom, & a mouth [with the Words,] [that] all your [enemies] shall not be able to [disprove,] nor resist, [a.k.a. oppose.]

[Matthew 10:19-20 But when they deliver you up, take no thought [about] how or what you shall [say.] For what you shall [say] shall be given [to] you in that same hour. For it isn't you, [Who speaks,] but the Spirit of your Father, [Who] speaks [through] you.

And you shall be betrayed by both: parents, brethren, [relatives,] & friends. *And they shall cause some of you to be put to death. [Acts 12:1-3 *Now about that time, king Herod stretched [out] his hands to [harass some] of the church. And [Herod] killed James, the brother of John, with a sword. And because [Herod] saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded to further [seize] Peter, also. (The days of Unleavened Bread were then.)]

And you shall be hated [by] all men for My Name's sake. [Revelation 2:10-11 [Don't] fear [any] of those things which you [shall] suffer. [Watch,] the devil shall cast some of you into prison, [so] that you may be tried, [a.k.a. tested.] And you shall have tribulation 10 days. You, be faithful [until] death, & I will give you a crown of life. He, [who has] an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. He, [who overcomes,] shall not be hurt [from] the second death.

But not [a] hair of your head shall perish. In your [perseverance,] you shall possess, [a.k.a. preserve, or save,] your souls. *And when you shall see Jerusalem [surrounded] with armies, then know that the desolation [previously mentioned] is [near.] [Daniel 12:11-12 *And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, & the abomination [of desolation,] set up, there shall be 1,290 days. Blessed is he, [who waits,] & [comes] to the 1,335 days.]

Then, let [those, who] are in Judaea, [a.k.a. Judea,] flee to the mountains. And let [those, who] are in the midst of it, depart out. And [don't] let [those, who] are in the countries enter [into it.]

For these [are] the days of vengeance, [so] that all things [that] are written, may be fulfilled. [Romans 10:13-15 For [whoever] shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved. How then, shall they call on [the Lord,] in Whom they haven't believed? And How shall they believe in Him, of Whom, they haven't heard [about?] And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, [unless] they [are] sent? As it is written [in the Scriptures,] How beautiful the feet are of [those, who] preach the Gospel of peace, & bring glad tidings, [a.k.a. Good News,] of good things!]

But woe, [a.k.a. distress,] to [those, who] are [pregnant,] & to [those, who are nursing, during] those days! For there shall be great distress in the land, & [anger] upon this people. [Luke 23:28-30 But Jesus [turned] to them & said, Daughters of Jerusalem, [don't] weep for Me, but weep for yourselves, & for your children.

For, [watch,] the days are coming, in which they shall say, Blessed are the [childless,] & the wombs that never [bore,] & the [breasts] that never [nursed.] Then, they shall begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us, & to the hills, Cover us.

And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, & shall be led away captive into all nations. And Jerusalem shall be [trampled] down [by] the Gentiles, until the [time] of the Gentiles [is] fulfilled. [Daniel 9:26-27 And after 62 weeks, [the] Messiah shall be cut off, but not for Himself. And the people of the prince, [a.k.a. ruler, who] shall come, shall destroy the city & the sanctuary. And the end [of it,] shall be with a flood, & [until] the end of the desolations are determined.

And he, [a.k.a. the ruler,] shall confirm the covenant [contract] with many for 1 week. And in the [middle] of the week, he shall cause the sacrifice & the [offering] to [stop.] And [because of] the [wide spreading] abominations, he, [a.k.a. the ruler,] shall make it desolate, even until the [destruction] that [is] determined, shall be poured [out] upon the desolate.]

*And there shall be signs in the sun, moon, & in the stars. And distress of nation upon the earth, with perplexity, & the sea & waves roaring. [Revelation 6:12-14 *And I, [a.k.a. John, the apostle, saw] when He had opened the 6th seal, & [looked,] & there was a [large] earthquake. And the sun became black as sackcloth [made] of hair. And the moon became [like] blood. And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, even [like] a fig tree [tosses its unripe] figs, when [its] shaken [by] a mighty wind. And the heaven departed [like] a scroll, when it is rolled together. And every mountain & [island] were moved out of their places.]

*Men's hearts [shall] fail them for fear, & for looking [ahead about] those things, [that] [shall] [happen] upon the earth. For the powers of heaven shall be shaken. [Revelation 8:12 And the 4th Angel sounded [the trumpet,] & ⅓ part of the sun; ⅓ part of the moon, & ⅓ part of the stars was [struck,] & ⅓ part of them was darkened. And the day [light] [didn't shine] for ⅓ part of it, & [also] [in] the night.]

*And then, they shall see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power & great glory. [Revelation 1:5-8 *And from Jesus Christ, Who is the faithful witness, & the first [born] of the dead, & the Prince, [a.k.a. Ruler,] of the kings of the earth. [From] Him, [Who] loved us, & washed us from our sins in His Own blood. And [has] made us kings & priests to God, & His Father. To Him be glory & dominion, [a.k.a. power or authority,] forever & ever. Amen. [Look,] He [comes] with clouds. And every eye shall see Him, & also [those, who] pierced Him. And all [families] of the earth shall wail, because of Him. Even so, Amen. I Am [the] Alpha, the Beginning & the Ending, says the Lord, [Who] Is, & [Who] Was, & [Who] Is to Come, the Almighty.]

And when these things begin to [happen,] then look up, & lift up your heads; for your redemption [draws near.] *And [Jesus spoke] to them a parable. [Psalm 78:1-4 [Listen,] O My people, to My Law. [Lean] your ears to the Words of My mouth. *I will open My mouth in a parable. I will utter dark sayings of old, [that] we have heard & known, & our [forefathers] have told us. We won't hide them from their children, [declaring] the praises of the Lord, His strength, & His wonderful works, [a.k.a.miracles,] He has done, to the generation to come.]

[See,] the fig tree, & all the trees, now. When they [sprout out,] you know [within yourselves] that summer is now [near.] So you [also] know when you see these things [happen,] that the Kingdom of God is [near.] [Truly,] I say to you, This generation shall not pass away, [until] all [is] fulfilled.

*Heaven & earth shall pass away, but My Words shall not pass away, [until] all [is] fulfilled. [Isaiah 51:6 *Lift up your eyes to the heavens, & look upon the earth [below.] For the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, & the earth shall [grow] old like a garment. And [those, who] dwell [there,] shall die in [a] [similar] manner. But My Salvation shall be forever, & My Righteousness shall not be abolished, [a.k.a. eliminated.]

[You,] pay attention to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts are [burdened with too much: gluttony,] drunkenness, & cares of this life. And so that day [comes] upon you unawares.  [Revelation 22:12-15 *And, [watch,] I come quickly; & My reward is with Me & shall be to give every man according [like] his work, [a.k.a.deeds.]

I Am [the] Alpha & Omega, the Beginning & the End, the First & the Last. Blessed are [those, who] do His commandments, [so] that they may have right to the Tree of Life, & may enter in through the gates into the city. For [outside] are: dogs, sorcerers, [sexual traffickers,] murderers, idolaters, & [whoever loves] & makes [up lies.]

For [the Last Day,] shall come [upon] all [those, who] dwell on the [surface] of the whole earth, [like] a snare. [Revelation 3:3 Therefore, remember [what] you have heard & received. Hold [it] [tight,] & repent. Therefore, if you shall not watch, I will come on you, [like] a thief, & you [won't] know what hour I will come upon you.

Therefore, you [watch] & always pray, [so] that you may be [considered] worthy to escape all these things, that shall [happen,] & to stand before the Son of Man. [Revelation 3:5 He, [who overcomes,] shall be clothed in white [garments.] And I won't blot out his name [from] the Book of Life, but I will confess his name before My Father, & before His Angels.

And [Jesus] was teaching in the temple [during] the daytime. And at night, [Jesus] went out, & [stayed on] the mount, [a.k.a. mountain,] this is called the Mount of Olives, [a.k.a. Olivet.] And all the people came early in the morning [in order to hear] [Jesus,] in the temple.
