About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible::

About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Numbers 6:1-27 The Vow of a Nazarite

The Vow of a Nazarite

Numbers 6:1-27           The Fourth Book of Moses Called Numbers

The Lord [spoke] to Moses, saying, Speak to the children [people] of Israel & say to them, When either a man or woman [wants to] separate themselves to a vow as Nazarites, to the Lord: he must [not] drink: wine, or other strong drink, vinegar, wine vinegar, any liquor of grapes, [or] eat moist grapes, [or raisins.]

All the [time] of his [Nazarite vow] of separation, he shall not eat [anything] from the [grapevine,] from the [seeds] to the [skins.] [Also,] no razor shall come upon his head, until the [time is] fulfilled, [that] he separates himself to the Lord.

[During] his separation to the Lord, he shall be holy & shall let the locks of the hair on [his] head grow. [Through] the days he separates himself to the Lord, he shall not [go near any] dead body.

He shall not [become defiled] when his father, his mother, his brother or his sister die, because the consecration of his God is on his head. He is holy to the Lord all the days of his separation [vow.]

If any man [dies] suddenly [near] him [which defiles his consecrated head,] on the 7th day he shall shave his head, on the day of his cleansing.

On the 8th day the [Nazarite] shall bring 2 turtles or 2 young pigeons, to the priest, [at] the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. The priest shall offer 1 for a sin offering & the other for a burnt offering, [to] make atonement for [the Nazarite,] [since] he sinned by the dead [body] & shall [sanctify] his head that same day.

Because his separation was defiled & the [period of time prior to] that [is] lost. He shall consecrate to the Lord, the days of his separation & shall bring a 1 year [old] lamb for the trespass offering.

When the days of the [Nazarite’s] vow are fulfilled, this is the law: he shall be brought to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. He shall offer a 1 year [old] lamb without blemish for a burnt offering & a 1 year [old] female lamb [for] a sin offering to the Lord & 1 year [old] ram without blemish for [the] Peace Offering.

[Also, he needs to bring] a basket of unleavened bread, cakes of fine flour mingled with oil & wafers of unleavened bread anointed with oil, [plus] their [meat/grain] & drink offerings.

The priest shall bring them before the Lord & shall offer his sin offering & his burnt offering. And he shall offer the ram for a sacrifice of Peace Offerings to the Lord, with the basket of unleavened bread. The priest shall also offer his [meat/grain] offering.

At the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, the Nazarite shall shave his head [for] his separation & take the [cut] hair of his head & put it in the fire which is under the sacrifice of the Peace Offerings.

The priest shall take the [boiled] shoulder of the ram, 1 unleavened cake & 1 unleavened wafer from the basket & shall put them [in] the hands of the Nazarite, after [he has shaved his head.]

The priest shall wave them for a wave offering before the Lord. [These are] holy [& are] for the priest, [along] with the wave breast & the heave shoulder. After that the Nazarite may drink wine. This is the law of the Nazarite, who has vowed & of his offering to the Lord for his separation, [besides what he shall also give.]

He must do [according] to the law of his [separation.] The Lord [spoke] to Moses, saying, Speak to Aaron & his sons, saying, [This is the way] you shall bless the children [people] of Israel, saying to them, [May] the Lord bless you & keep you. [May] the Lord make His face shine upon you & be gracious to you. The Lord [lifts] up His countenance upon you & [gives] you peace.

They shall put My Name upon the children [people] of Israel & I will bless them.
