About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Matthew 20:1-34 The Parable About the Hired Laborers

The Parable About the Hired Laborers

Matthew 20:1-34    The Gospel According to Matthew [in Smaller Chunks]

For the Kingdom of heaven is [similar] to a man, [who] is a [homeowner, who] went out early in the morning to hire laborers [for] his vineyard. And when he had agreed with the laborers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard.

And about the 3rd hour, he went out & saw others standing idle in the marketplace, & said to them, You, also go into the vineyard, & I will give you [whatever] is right. And they went [on] their way.

About the 6th hour & 9th hour, he again went out & did [the same.] And about the 11th hour, he went out, & found others standing idle, & [said] to them, Why [do] you stand here idle all the day? They [said] to him, because no man [has] hired us. He [said] to them, You, also go into the vineyard, & you shall receive [whatever] is right.

So, when [evening came,] the lord of the vineyard [said] to his steward, Call the laborers, & give them their [wages,] beginning from the last [until] the 1st. And when [those] came, [who] were hired [around] the 11th hour, they [each] received a penny.

But when the 1st came, they supposed that they should have received more; & they [also each] received a penny. And when they had received it, they [grumbled] against the [head] of the house, saying, These last have [worked only] 1 hour.

And you made them equal to us, [who] have [put up with] the burden & the heat of the day. But he answered one of them, & said, Friend, I [didn't] do you [any] wrong. Didn't you agree with me, for a penny?

Take [what] is yours, & go [on] your way. I will give to this last, even [like] [I gave] to you. Isn't it lawful for me to do what I [want] with [my] own [money?] Is your eye [wicked,] because I am good? So, the last shall be 1st, & the 1st [shall be] last. For many are called, but few [are] chosen.

And going up to Jerusalem, Jesus took the 12 disciples [to the side of] the [road,] & said to them, *[Look,] we [are] [doing] up to Jerusalem; & the Son of Man shall be betrayed to the chief priests & to the scribes. [Matthew 26:46-50 Rise, let us be going. [Look,] he is at hand, [who betrays] Me.

And while [Jesus still spoke, & saw] Judas, 1 of the 12, came. And with [Judas,] a [large] multitude, from the chief priests & elders of the people, with swords, & [clubs.] Now, [Judas, who] betrayed [Jesus,] gave them a sign, saying, [Whomever] I shall kiss, that same is He. Hold Him [tight.]

And [immediately, Judas] came to Jesus, & said, Hail, master, [a.k.a. teacher,] & kissed Him. And Jesus said to [Judas,] Friend, [for what reason have] you come? Then, they came, & [seized] Jesus, & took Him.]

*And they shall condemn Him to death. [Matthew 27:20-24 *But the chief priests, & elders persuaded the multitude that they should ask [for] Barnabas, & destroy Jesus.

The governor answered & said to them, [Which] of the [two] [do] you [want] that I release to you? They said Barabas. Pilate [said] to them, Then, what shall I do with Jesus, [Who] is called Christ? They all [said] to [Pilate,] Let Him be crucified. And the governor said, Why, what evil [has] He done?

But they cried out, [even] more, saying, Let Him be crucified. When Pilate saw that he couldn't prevail, & [instead] a [riot] was made, [Pilate] took water & washed his hands, [in front of] the multitude, saying, I'm innocent of the blood of this just, [a.k.a. honest or righteous,] Person. You see to it.]

*And shall deliver Him to the Gentiles to mock, & to scourge, [a.k.a. whip.] [Matthew 27:26-31 *Then, [Pilate] released Barabbas to them. And when he had Jesus scourged, he delivered Him to be crucified.

Then, the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the common hall, & gathered the whole [unit] of soldiers to Him. And they stripped [Jesus,] & put a scarlet robe on Him. And when they had [woven] a crown of thorns, they put it upon His head, & a reed in His right hand.

And they bowed [their knees in front of] Him, & mocked Him, saying, Hail, King of the Jews! *And they spit upon [Jesus,] & took the reed, & [struck] Him on the head. And after they had mocked Him, they took the robe off from Him, & put His Own [clothes] on Him, & led Him away to crucify Him.]

*And to crucify Him. [John 19:32-37 *Then, the soldiers came & [broke] the legs of the 1st, & the other, [who were] crucified with [Jesus.] But when they came to Jesus, & saw He was already dead, they [didn't] break His legs. But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced [Jesus'] side, & [immediately,] blood & water came out.

And he, [who] saw it, [testified,] & his record is true. And he knows [what] he says [is] true, [so] that you might believe. *For these things were done, [so] that the Scripture should be fulfilled, A bone of Him shall not be broken. *And again, another Scripture says, They shall look on Him, Whom, they pierced.]

And the 3rd day He shall rise again. [John 20:26-29 *And after 8 days, His disciples were [inside] again, & Thomas [was] with them. Then, Jesus came, the doors being shut, & stood in the [middle,] & said, Peace be to you.

*Then [Jesus said] to Thomas, Reach your finger [here,] & [see] My hands. And reach your hand [here] & thrust it into My side. And [don't] be faithless, but believing. And Thomas answered & said to Him, My Lord, & my God. Jesus [said] to him, Thomas, because you [have] seen Me, you [have] believed. Blessed are [those, who] haven't seen, & [still] have believed.

Then, the mother of Zebedee's children came to [Jesus,] with her sons, worshiping Him, & desiring [something from] Him. And [Jesus] said to her, What [do] you [want?]

She said to Him, Grant that these my 2 sons, may sit in Your Kingdom, the one on Your right hand [side,] & the other on the left. But Jesus answered & said, You [don't] know what you ask. Are you able to drink [from] the cup that I shall drink of, & to be baptized with the baptism that I Am baptized with?

They [said] to Him, We are able. And [Jesus said] to them, You shall indeed drink [from] My cup, & be baptized with the baptism that I Am baptized with: but to sit on My right hand & on My left hand, isn't Mine to give. But it shall be given to [those,] for whom it is prepared [by] My Father.

And when the 10 heard it, they were moved with indignation against the 2 [brothers.] But Jesus called them to Him, & said, You know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise [control] over them, & [those, who] are [powerful] exercise authority [over] them.

But it shall not be [that way,] among you. But [whoever] will be great among you, let him be your minister. And [whoever] will be [first] among you, let him be your servant. Even [like] the Son of Man [didn't] come to be ministered to, but to minister, & to give His life [as] a ransom for many.

And as they [left] from Jericho, a [large] multitude followed Him. And, [saw,] 2 blind men sitting by the [road] side. When they heard that Jesus passed by, [they] cried out, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, You Son of David. And the multitude [scolded] them, because they should hold their peace.

But they cried [out even] more, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, You Son of David. And Jesus stood still, & called them, & said, What [do] you [want] that I shall do to you?

They [said] to Him, Lord, that our eyes may be opened. *So, Jesus had compassion on them, & touched their eyes. And immediately, their eyes received sight, & they followed Him. [Isaiah 35:5 *Then, the eyes of the blind shall be opened, & the ears of the deaf shall be [unplugged.]
