About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Matthew 3:1-17 Jesus Is Baptized by John the Baptist & God Speaks to Him from Heaven

Jesus Is Baptized by John the Baptist & God Speaks to Him from Heaven

Matthew 3:1-17    The Gospel According to Matthew [in Smaller Chunks]

[During] those days, John the Baptist came, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea, [a.k.a. Judea,] & [said,] You, repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

*For this is He, [Who] was spoken of by the prophet, [Isaiah,] saying, The voice of one crying [out] in the wilderness, Prepare you, the way of the Lord, & make His paths straight.

[Isaiah 40:3-5 *The voice of him, [who] cries [out] in the wilderness, Prepare you the way of the Lord, & make a straight highway in the desert for our God. Every valley shall be [raised,] & every mountain & hill shall be made low.

And the crooked [places] shall be made straight, & the rough places [smooth.] And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, & all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the Lord has spoken it.]

And the same John had his [garment,] [that was made] of camel’s hair, & a [leather belt around] his [waist;] & his meat, [a.k.a. food,] was locusts, & wild honey. Then, Jerusalem, all Judaea, & all the region [around] Jordan, went out to him, & were baptized [by] him in [the] Jordan [River,] confessing their sins.

But when [John] saw many Pharisees & Sadducees [coming] to his baptism, he said to them, O generation of vipers, [a.k.a. poisonous snakes,] who has warned you to flee from the wrath to come? Therefore, [produce] fruits [worthy of] repentance.

And [don’t] think to say within yourselves, We have Abraham [as] our father. For I say to you, that God is able to raise up children to Abraham [from] these stones. And also now, the ax is laid [at] the root of the trees. Therefore, every tree [that doesn’t produce] good fruit is [cut] down, & [thrown] into the fire.

*Indeed, I baptize you with water [for] repentance: but He, [Who] comes after me, is mightier than I, Whose shoes I’m not worthy to [carry.] He shall baptize you with The Holy Ghost, [a.k.a. The Holy Spirit,] & with fire.

[Acts 2:1-4 *And when the day of Pentecost [had] fully come, they, [a.k.a. disciples,] were all with one [purpose,] in one place. And suddenly, there came a sound [like] a mighty rushing wind from heaven, & it filled all the house where they were sitting.

And cloven tongues, like [from] fire, appeared to them & it sat [over] each of them. And they were filled with the Holy Ghost, & began to speak with other [languages, like] the Spirit gave them [to speak.]

Whose fan is in His hand, & He will thoroughly purge His floor [for threshing,] & will gather His wheat into the garner, [a.k.a. storage place,] but He will burn up the [stubble] with unquenchable fire.

Then, Jesus [came] from Galilee to John, [at] [the] Jordan [River,] to be baptized [by] him. But John [forbid] Him, saying, I have need to be baptized [by] You, & You come to me? And Jesus answering said to [John the Baptist,] Now, [allow] it to be so: for it [fitting for] us to fulfill all righteousness.]

Then, [John allowed Jesus.] *And Jesus, when He was baptized, went up out of the water [right away,] & [saw] the heavens were opened unto Him. And [John] saw the Spirit of God, descending, [a.k.a. going down] like a dove, & lighting upon Him.

[John 1:32-34 And John [bore] record, [a.k.a. testified,] saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, & it [remained] upon Him. *And I [didn’t know] Him.

But He, [Who] sent me to baptize with water, the same said to me, Upon Whom you shall see the Spirit descending & remaining on Him, the same is He, [Who] baptizes with the Holy Ghost. And I saw, & [bore] record that this Is the Son of God.]

And [I heard] a voice from heaven saying, This is My Beloved Son, in Whom I Am well pleased.
