About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible::

About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Amos 8:1-14 Amos Saw a Basket of Summer Fruit

Amos Saw a Basket of Summer Fruit

Amos 8:1-14                        The Book of Amos [in Smaller Chunks]

The Lord God has [declared this] to me. And [I] [saw] a basket of summer fruit. And He said, Amos, what [do] you see? And I said, A basket of summer fruit. Then, the Lord said to me, The end [has] come upon My people of Israel. I won't pass by them anymore.

And the temple songs shall be [wailing on] that day, says the Lord God. There shall be many dead bodies in every place & in silence, they shall [throw] them [out.] O you, [who] swallow up the needy, even to make the poor of the land to fail, Hear this.

[Deuteronomy 24:14-15 You shall not oppress [a] hired servant that is poor & needy, whether he [is] of your brethren, or [from] the strangers, [who] are within your gates, in your land.

At [the end of] his day, you shall give his hire, [a.k.a. wages.] Neither shall the sun go down upon it; for he is poor, & sets his heart upon it: lest he [cries] [out] against you to the Lord & it [is] a sin [credited] to you.]

Saying, When will the New Moon be [over, so] that we may sell [grain?] And [when will] the Sabbath [be over, so] that we may [put out] the wheat? Making the ephah [smaller] & the shekel [larger] & [falsify] the balances, [a.k.a. scales,] by deceit? [So,] that we may buy the poor for silver, & the needy for a pair of shoes.

[Yes,] [& shouldn't we] sell the [inferior] wheat? By [Jacob's excellence,] The Lord has sworn, Surely, I will never forget any of their works, [a.k.a. deeds.] [Shouldn't] the land tremble for this, & everyone mourn, [who] dwells [in it?]

And it shall [totally] rise up, [like] a flood, & it shall be cast out & [drown like] by the flood [of the Nile River] of Egypt. The Lord God says, And it shall [happen on] that day, that I will cause the sun to go down at noon, & I will darken the earth [on a] clear day.

[Luke 23:44-46 *And it was about the 6th hour, [a.k.a. noon,] & there was darkness over all the earth until the 9th hour. And the sun was darkened & the [temple's] veil was [torn] in the [middle.]

And when Jesus had cried [out] with a loud voice, He said, Father, into Your hands, I commend My Spirit. And having said [this,] He gave up the ghost, [a.k.a. died.]

And I will turn your feasts into mourning & all your songs into [grieving.] And I will bring up sackcloth upon all [waists,] & baldness upon every head. And I will make it [like] the mourning of an Only Son, & the end [of it like] a bitter day.

[John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that [whoever] believes in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God [didn't send] His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him, might be saved.]

The Lord God says, [Watch,] the days come, that I will send a famine in the land. Not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but [for] hearing the Words of the Lord. And they shall wander from sea to sea, & from North, even to the East. They shall run [back & forth,] to seek the Word of the Lord, & shall not find it.

[Ezekiel 7:26-27 [Destruction] shall come upon [destruction,] & rumor shall [come] upon rumor. Then, they shall seek a vision [for] the prophet; but the Law shall perish from the priest, & [advice] [shall perish] from the [elders.]

The king shall mourn, & the prince shall be clothed with desolation, & the hands of the people of the land, shall be troubled. I will do to them, [according] to their [ways.] And I will judge them according to [what they deserve.] And they shall know that I Am the Lord.]

[Those, who] swear by the sin of Samaria, & say, Your god, O Dan, lives.            [1 Kings 12:28-30 [Upon which,] king [Jeroboam] [got advice,] & made 2 calves of gold, & said to [the Israelites,] It is too much for you to go up to Jerusalem [to sacrifice.]

[See,] your gods, O Israel, [that] brought you up, out of the land of Egypt. And he [put] the 1 in Beth El, [a.k.a. Beth Aven,] & he put the other in Dan. And this thing became a sin: for the people went to worship before the 1, even to Dan.]

And [say,] The [ways] of Beer Sheba lives. [2 Kings 23:8 And he brought all the priests out of the cities of Judah, & [defiled] the high places, where the priests had burned incense, from Gaba, [all the way] tp Beer Sheba, & [broke] down the high places of the gates, that were in the [entrance gate] of Joshua, the governor of the city, that were [on] the [right hand side,] at the gate.

Even & [those] shall fall, & never rise again.

Amos 7:1-17 The Lord Puts a Plumbline in the Midst of Israel

The Lord Puts a Plumbline in the Midst of Israel

Amos 7:1-17                        The Book of Amos [in Smaller Chunks]

The Lord God has [declared this] to me; & [saw,] He formed grasshoppers in the beginning of the [late crop's sprouting] up. And, [look,] it was the [late crop] after the king's mowings.

And it [happened,] that when they had [finished] eating the grass of the land, I then said, O Lord God, I [urge] you, [to] forgive. By whom shall Jacob arise? For he is small.

[Micah 5:2 *But you, Bethlehem Ephratah, [although] you [are small] among the 1,000's of Judah, [still] He, [Who] is to be ruler in Israel, shall come forth to me, out of You. Whose goings out have been from of old, from everlasting.]

The Lord [withdrew] for this. The Lord says, It shall not be. [Amos 5:15 Hate the evil; love the good; & establish [justice] in the gate. It may be that the Lord God of Hosts will be gracious to the [rest] of Jacob, [a.k.a. Israel.]

The Lord God [has declared this] to me: & [saw] the Lord God called to [fight with] fire, & it [dried up] the great deep & [ate] up a part, [a.k.a. portion,] [of it.] [Joel 1:19-20 O Lord, I will cry [out] to You.

For the fire has devoured the pastures of the wilderness, & the flame has burned all the trees of the field. The [animals] of the field also cry [out] to You,: for the rivers of waters are dried up, & the fire has devoured the pastures of the wilderness.]

Then, I said, O Lord God, I [beg] You, [to stop.] By whom shall Jacob arise? For he is small? The Lord [withdrew] for this. The Lord [said,] This also shall not be. He [showed] me [this;] & [look,] the Lord stood [with] a plumbline in His hand, upon a wall [that was] made by a plumbline.

And the Lord said to me, Amos, what [do] you see? And I said, A plumbline, [a.k.a. a weight suspended on the string to make sure a structure is centered.] Then the Lord said, [Watch,] I will [put] a plumbline in the midst of My people, Israel. I won't pass by them, again, anymore.

[Micah 7:18 Who to you, is [similar] [to] God, [Who pardons sin] & passes by  the transgression of the [rest] of His heritage? He [doesn't hold on to] His anger forever, because He delights in mercy.]

And the high places of Isaac shall be desolate, & the sanctuary of Israel, shall be laid [to] waste. And I will rise [up] against the house of Jeroboam with the sword. [1 Kings 12:28-30  [Upon which,] king [Jeroboam] [got advice,] & made 2 calves of gold.

And said to [the Israelites,] It is too much for you to go up to Jerusalem [to sacrifice.] [See,] your gods, O Israel, [that] brought you up, out of the land of Egypt. And he [put] 1 in Beth El, & he put the other in Dan. And this thing became a sin: for the people went to worship before the 1, even to Dan.]

Then, Amaziah, the priest of Beth El, [a.k.a. Beth Aven,] sent to Jeroboam, [Israel's] king, saying, Amos has conspired against you in the midst of the house of Israel. The land is not able to bear all his words. For Amos says [this;] Jeroboam shall die by the sword & Israel shall surely be led away captive out of their own land.

[Amos 5:26-27 But you have [carried] the tabernacle of your: Moloch & Chiun, your images & the star of your god, [that] you made [for] yourselves. Therefore, I will cause you to go into captivity beyond Damascus, says the Lord, Whose Name Is The God of Hosts.]

Also, Amaziah said to Amos, O you Seer, go, flee [& get yourself] away into the land of Judah, & eat bread there & prophesy there. [1 Samuel 9:9 (Before [that] time, in Israel, when a man went to [inquire] of God, he [said this,] Come, & let's go to the Seer: for he, is now called a Prophet, [who] was [before this,] called a Seer.)]

But [don't] prophesy any more [in] Beth El: for it is the king's chapel, & it's the king's court, [a.k.a. royal house.] Then, Amos answered & said to Amaziah, I [wasn't a] prophet, neither was I a prophet's son; but I was a [herder,] & I gathered fruit [from] the [sycamore] [tree.]

And the Lord took me [like] I followed the flock, & the Lord said to me, Go, & prophesy to My people, Israel. Therefore, you, now hear the Word of the Lord. You [say, Don't] prophesy against Israel, & [don't preach] your Word against the house of Isaac.

[Isaiah 30:8-11 Now go, & write it [in front of] them [on] a [tablet] & note it in a book, [so] that it may be for the time to come forever & ever: That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that won't hear the Law of the Lord.

Which say to the Seers, [Don't] see; & the prophets, [Don't] prophesy to us [righteous] things. Speak to us, [pleasant] things, & prophesy [what is:] [deceitful.] You, [go astray off] the [road,] & turn aside out of the path & cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us.]

Therefore, the Lord says [this;] Your wife shall be an [unfaithful] harlot in the city, & your sons & daughters shall fall by the sword. And your land shall be divided by [a] line; & you shall die in a [defiled] land. And Israel shall surely go into captivity [from] his land.

[2 Kings 17:16-18 And they left all the commandments of the Lord their God, & made [themselves molded] images, even 2 calves, & made a grove, & worshiped all the host of heaven, [a.k.a. stars or constellations,] & served Baal.

And they caused their sons & daughters to pass through the fire, & used divination, enchantments, & sold themselves to do evil in the sight of the Lord, to provoke Him to anger. Therefore, the Lord was very angry with Israel, & removed them out of His sight. There [were] none left, [except] only the tribe of Judah.]

Amos 6:1-14 What Shall Happen to Those Who Lie on Ivory Beds

What Shall Happen to Those Who Lie on Ivory Beds

Amos 6:1-14                        The Book of Amos [in Smaller Chunks]

Woe to [those, who] are at ease in Zion & [who] are [called] the [leaders] of the nations, & trust in the mountain of Samaria, to whom the house of Israel came! [1 Kings 12_28-30 [Upon which] king [Jeroboam] [got advice] & made 2 calves of gold, & said to [the Israelites, It is too much for you to go up to Jerusalem [to sacrifice.]

[See] your gods, O Israel, [that] brought you up, out of the land of Egypt. And he [put] the 1 in Beth El, [a.k.a. Beth Aven,] & he put the other in Dan. And this thing became a sin: for the people went to worship before the 1, even to Dan.]

You, [cross] over to Calneh, [a.k.a. Calno,] & see from [there] & you go to Hamath, the great. Then, go down to Gath, of the Philistines, & [see] if they [are] better than these kingdoms. Or [if] their borders [are] [larger] than your [borders?]

[Isaiah 10:9-11 Isn't Calno [like] Carchemish? Isn't Hamath [like] Arpad? Isn't Samaria [like] Damascus? [Like] My hand has found the kingdoms of the idols, whose [carved] images did [exceed those] of Jerusalem & Samaria. Shouldn't I [do,] as I have done to Samaria & her idols, & [also] do [the same] to Jerusalem & her idols?]

You, [who] put the evil day far away, & cause the seat of violence to come [close.] [Amos 9:10 All the sinners of My people shall die by the sword, [who] say, The evil shall not overtake, nor [hinder] us.]

[Those, who] lie upon ivory beds & stretch themselves [out] upon their couches, & eat the lambs out of the flock, & the calves [within the middle] of the stall. [Those, who] chant to the sound of the viol, [a.k.a. cello,] & invent instruments of [music for] themselves, like David.

[Isaiah 5:11-13 Woe to [those, who] rise up early in the morning, [so] that they may follow strong drink; [who] continue until night, [until] wine [enflames] them! ]

And wine, the harp, the viol, the [tambourine,] & [flute] are in their feasts: but they [dont] regard, [a.k.a. respect,] the work of the Lord, neither [do they] consider the operation of His hands.

Therefore, My people [have] gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge; & their honorable men are [starving] [for knowledge] & their multitude [are] dried up with thirst.]

[Those, who] drink wine in bowls, & anoint themselves with the [best] ointments: but they aren't grieved for the affliction of Joseph. [Amos 4:1-2 You [cows] of Bashan, [who] are [on] the mountain of Samaria, [who] oppress the poor, & crush the needy & say to their masters, Bring [wine,] & let's drink, hear this Word.

The Lord God has sworn by His Holiness, that, [watch,] the days shall come upon you, that He will take you away with hooks, & your [descendants] with fish hooks.]

Therefore, they shall now go captive with the 1st, [who] go [into captivity.] And the banquet [for those, who] stretched themselves [out] shall be removed. [Amos 5:27 Therefore, I will cause you to go into captivity beyond Damascus, says the Lord, Whose Name Is The God of Hosts.]

The Lord God of Hosts, says, The Lord God has sworn by Himself, I [loathe] the [excellence] of Jacob, [a.k.a Israel,] & hate his palaces. Therefore, I will deliver up the city with all that's [in it.] And it shall [happen,] if 10 men [remain] there in 1 house, they [all] shall die.

And a man's uncle shall [pick] him up, [with] he, [who] burns him, to bring out the bones out of the house. And shall say to him, [who] is by the [side] of the house, [Are] there [anymore] with you? And he shall say, No. Then, he shall say, Hold your tongue: for we may not mention the Name of the Lord.

[Amos 8:3 And the songs of the temple shall be [wailing, on] that day, says the Lord God. There shall be many dead bodies in every place & they shall [throw] them [out] with silence.]

For, [look,] the Lord commands, & He will [strike & break down] the [large] house & the little house with [cracks.] Shall horses run upon the [rocks?] Will [someone] plow there with oxen? For you have turned [justice] into [bitter] gall, & the fruit of righteousness, into [poisonous] hemlock.

You, [who] rejoice in a thing, [that is insignificant,] & say, Haven't we taken [the] horns to us, [through] our own strength? But [look,] O house of Israel,  I will raise up a nation against you, says the Lord, the God of Hosts.

And they shall afflict you from the [entrance] of Hemath, [all the way to] the river in the wilderness. [Deuteronomy 8:17-18 And you say in your heart, My power & the [strength] of [my] hand has gotten me this wealth.

But you shall remember the Lord your God: for it is He, [Who] gives you power to get wealth, [so] that He may establish His covenant [contract, that] He [swore] to your [forefathers, like] it is this day.]

Amos 5:1-27 Seek the Lord & You Shall Live

Seek the Lord & You Shall Live

Amos 5:1-27                        The Book of Amos [in Smaller Chunks]

O house of Israel, you, hear this Word, that] I take up against you, even [grieving.] The virgin of Israel [has] fallen & she shall no [longer] rise [up.]  She is [abandoned in] her land & there is [no one] to raise her up.

For the Lord God says [this;] The city that went out [to war] [with] 1,000, shall leave [with only] 100. And [those, who] went [out with] 100, shall leave [with only] 10, [remaining for] the house of Israel. For the Lord says [this;] to the house of Israel, You, seek Me, & you shall live.

[Isaiah 55:3 [Lean] your ear, & come to Me & hear, & your soul shall live. And I will make an everlasting covenant [contract] with you, even the sure mercies of David.]

But [don't] seek Beth El, nor enter into Gilgal. [1 Kings 14:28-30 [Upon which,] king [Jeroboam] [got advice,] & made 2 calves of gold, & said to [the Israelites,] It is too much for you to go up to Jerusalem, [to sacrifice.]

[See,] your gods, O Israel, [that] brought you up, out of the land of Egypt. And he [put] the 1 in Beth El, [a.k.a. Beth Aven,] & he put the other in Dan. And this thing became a sin: for the people went to worship before the 1, even to Dan.]

And [don't] pass into Beer Sheba; for [the house of] Gilgal, shall surely go into captivity. And Beth El shall come to [nothing.] [Hosea 10:5-6 The inhabitants of Samaria shall [be fearful,] because of the calves of Beth Aven, because it [has] departed from it.

For the people [there,] shall mourn over it & the priests [of it, who] rejoiced [about] it, for [its] glory. It shall also be carried to Assyria to king Jareb for a present & Ephraim shall receive shame, & Israel shall be ashamed of his own [advice.]

Seek the Lord & you shall live; lest He [breaks] out like a fire in the house of Joseph, & [devours] it, & there [is no one] to quench it, [a.k.a. put it out,] in Beth El. You, who turn [justice into] wormwood, & [abandons] righteousness in the earth. [Proverbs 5:4 But [in] her end, [she] is bitter [like] wormwood, sharp [like] a 2 edged sword.]

Seek Him, [Who] makes the 7 stars of Orion, & turns the shadow of death into the morning, & makes the day dark, with night. [Who] calls for the waters of the sea & pours them out upon the [surface] of the earth. The Lord is His Name.

[Psalm 104:19-21 He appointed the moon for seasons & the sun knows [its] going down. You make darkness, & it is night, [in which] all the beasts of the forest creep [out.] The young lions seek after their prey, & seek their meat from God.]

[Who] strengthens the [plundered] against the strong, so that the [plundered] shall come against the fortress. [Isaiah 17:3 Also, the fortress shall cease from Ephraim, & the kingdom from Damascus & the [rest] of Syria. They shall be [for] the glory of the children [people] of Israel, says the Lord of Hosts.]

They hate him, [who criticizes] in the gate, & they [loathe] him, [who] speaks uprightly, [a.k.a. honestly.] [Isaiah 29:20-21 For the terrible, [a.k.a. ruthless,] one is brought to [nothing & the scorner, [a.k.a. those who look down on others, are] consumed.

All, [who] watch for [sinfulness,] are cut off: that make a man an offender for [just] a word, & [lays] a [trap] for him, [who disapproves] in the gate, & [turns] aside the just, [a.k.a. honest,] for a thing, [that is] [nothing.]

Therefore, [since] you [trample] upon the poor, & you take burdens, [a.k.a. loads] of wheat from him, you have built houses of [cut] stone, but you shall not [live] in them. You have planted [nice] vineyards, but you shall not drink wine [from] them.

[Amos 2:6-7 The Lord says [this;] For 3 [sins] of Israel, & for 4, I won't [withdraw its] punishment; because they sold the righteous for silver, & the poor for a pair of shoes. [Those, who lust] after the dust of the earth on the head of the poor, & turn aside, [a.k.a. lead astray,] the [path] of the [humble.] And a man & his father will [be intimate with] the same [maiden.]

For I know your [many] transgressions & your mighty sins. They afflict the just, they take a bribe, & they turn aside, [a.k.a. away,] the poor in the gate, from their [rights.] [Isaiah 1:23-24 Your princes are rebellious, & [are] companions of thieves. Everyone loves gifts, [a.k.a. bribes,] & follow after rewards.

They [don't] judge the fatherless, & neither does the [case] of the widow come to them. Therefore, the Lord, the Lord of Hosts, the Mighty One of Israel, says, Ah, I will [relieve Myself] of [My] adversaries & avenge [Myself] of [My] enemies.]

Therefore, the [wise] will keep [silent at] that time, for it is an evil time. [Amos 6:10 And a man's uncle shall [pick] him up, [with] [he, who] burns him, to bring the bones out of the house. And shall say to him, who] is by the [side] of the house, [Are] there [still anymore] with you? And he shall say, No. Then, he shall say, Hold your tongue. For we may not mention the Name of the Lord.]

Seek good, & not evil, [so] that you may live. And, so, the Lord, the God of Hosts, shall be with you, [like] you have spoken. [Micah 3:11 The [leaders of it] judge for reward, & [its] priests teach for [pay,] & the prophets [of it] divine for money, & [still] they will [rely] on the Lord, & say, Isn't the Lord among us? [No] evil can come upon us.]

Hate the evil & love the good. And [carry out justice] in the gate. It may be that the Lord God of Hosts will be gracious to the [rest] of Joseph. Therefore, the Lord, the God of Hosts, the Lord, says [this;] Wailing shall be in all streets; & they shall say in all the highways, Alas! Alas!

And they shall call the [farmers] to mourning & [those who] are skillful [mourners] to wailing. For I will pass through you, & in all vineyards shall be wailing, says the Lord.

[Exodus 12:12 For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, & will smite the 1st born in the land of Egypt, both man & [animal;] & I will [carry out] judgment against all the gods of Egypt.] I Am the Lord.]

Woe, [a.k.a. distress,] to you, [who] desire the day of the Lord! To what [benefit] is it for you? The day of the Lord is darkness, & not light. [2 Peter 3:9-10 The Lord is not slack, [a.k.a. slow, about] His promise, [like] some men [consider] slackness; but is [patient toward] us, & not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

*But the day of the Lord will come [like] a thief in the night; in which the heavens shall pass away with great noise, & the elements shall melt with fervent heat, & the earth, & also the works, [a.k.a. things made,] that are [in there,] shall be burned up.]

[It's] as if a man [fled] from a lion, & a bear met him. Or [a man] went into the house, & leaned his hand on the wall, & a serpent, [a.k.a. snake,] bit him. [Isaiah 24:17-18 Fear; the pit; & the [trap,] are upon you, O inhabitant of the earth. And it shall [happen,] that he who flees from the [sound] of the fear, shall fall into the pit.

And he, [who] comes up, out of the midst of the pit, shall be [captured] in the [trap.] For the windows from on high are open, & the foundations of the earth shake.]

Shouldn't the day of the Lord be darkness & not light? Even very dark, [with] no brightness in it? [Revelation 6:12 And I [saw] when He had opened the 6th seal, & [look,] there was a great earthquake; & the sun became black [like] sackcloth [made] of hair, & the moon became [like] blood.]

I hate & despise your feast days, & I will not smell [its aroma] in your solemn assemblies. [Isaiah 1:13-16 No [longer] bring vain, [a.k.a. worthless, offerings.] Incense is an abomination to Me. I can't [edure:] the New Moons; Sabbaths; & the calling of assemblies. It is [sinful,] even the solemn meeting.

My Soul hates your New Moons & your appointed feasts. They are [troublesome] to Me. I am [tired of putting up with] them. And I will hide My eyes from you, when you spread [out] your hands. [Yes,] when you make many prayers, I won't hear. Your hands are full of [bloodshed.]

[Although] you offer Me burnt offerings & I won't accept your meat/grain offerings. Neither will I [respect] the Peace Offerings of your [fattened animals.] [Isaiah 66:3 He [who] kills an ox, is [like] if he [killed] a man. He, [who] sacrifices a lamb, [like] if he [has] cut off a dog's neck.

He, [who] offers [a sacrifice, like] if he, [has] offered swine's blood. He, [who] burns incense, [like] if he blessed an idol. [Yes,] they have chosen their own ways, & their soul delights in their abominations.]

But let [justice rain] down [like] waters, & righteousness [like] a mighty stream. [Ezekiel 45:9 The Lord God says [this;] Let [these no longer satisfy] you, O princes of Israel. Remove violence & [plunder, & carry out] judgment & justice, & take away your exactions, [a.k.a. demands for money,] from My people, says the Lord God.]

[Haven't] you offered sacrifices & offerings to Me in the wilderness 40 years, O house of Israel? [Acts 7:41-43 And they made a calf in those days, & offered [sacrifices] to the idol & rejoiced in the works [made by] their own hands.

Then, God, turned] & gave them up to worship the [hosts] of heaven, [a.k.a. stars & constellations,] as it is written in the book of the prophets, O you house of Israel, [haven't] you offered slain [animals] & sacrifices to Me, [over] the space of 40 years in the wilderness?]

But you have [carried] the tabernacle of your: Moloch & Chiun, your images, & the star of your god, [that] you made [for] yourselves. [1 Kings 11:32-33 (But he shall have one tribe for My servant, David's sake, & for Jerusalem's sake, the city, [that] I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel:) because they have [abandoned] Me.

And have worshiped: Ashtoreth, the goddess of the Zidonians, [a.k.a. Sidonians;] Chemosh, the god of the Moabites; & Milcom, the god of the children [people] of Ammon, & haven't [followed] in My ways, to do [what] is right in [My] eyes, & to keep My [mandates] & My judgments, [like] David, his father did.]

Therefore, I will cause you to go into captivity beyond Damascus, says the Lord, Whose Name Is The God of Hosts. [Amos 7:17 Therefore, the Lord says [this;] Your wife shall be an [unfaithful] harlot in the city, & your sons & daughters shall fall by the sword. And your land shall be divided by [a] line, & you shall die in a [defiled] land. And Israel shall surely go into captivity [from] his land.]
