About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Proverbs 4:1-27 Avoid the Path of Evil & Stay with the Path of the Just

Avoid the Path of Evil & Stay with the Path of the Just

Proverbs 4:1-27                    Proverbs [in Smaller Chunks]

You children, hear the instruction of a father [& pay attention] to know [about] understanding. [Don’t abandon] my Law, for I give you good doctrine. For I, [Solomon,] was [David,] my father's son, [young & inexperienced,] the only beloved in the sight of my mother, [Bathsheba.]

He also taught me & said to me, Let your heart retain my words. Keep my commandments & live. Get wisdom & understanding & [don't] forget [them & don't turn away] from the words of my mouth.

[Don't abandon wisdom & understanding & they] shall [safeguard] you. Love [them & they] shall keep you. The principal thing is wisdom. Therefore, get understanding with all [your might.]

[Matthew 13:44 Again, the kingdom of heaven is [similar to a hidden] treasure in a field. When a man has found [it,] he hides [it] & for joy [of it] he goes & sells all that he has & buys that field.

Exalt [wisdom & understanding which] shall promote you & bring you to honor, when you embrace [them.] [They] shall give an ornament of grace to your head & shall deliver a crown of glory to you.

O my son, hear & receive my sayings & the years of your life shall be many. I have taught you the [roads] of wisdom. I have led you in the right paths. Your steps [won't be hindered] when you [run] & you [won't] stumble.

[Ezekiel 7:19-20 They shall [throw] their silver in the streets & their gold shall be removed. Their silver & gold shall not be able to deliver them [on] the day of the wrath of the Lord. [These] shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their [stomachs:] because it [has become] the stumbling [rock] of their iniquity.

As for the beauty of [its] ornament, [it’s] set in majesty. But they made the images of their abominations & their detestable things [there.] Therefore, I have [put] it, far from them.]

Take [a firm] hold of instruction & [don't] let [it] go; keep [it;] for [instruction gives] you life. [Don't] enter into the path of the wicked, [or] go in the [road] of evil men. Avoid it & [don't] pass by it. Turn [away] from it [& continue on your way.]

For [those wicked don’t] sleep [until] they have done mischief. Their sleep is taken away, [until] they cause [someone] to fall. [Psalm 36:3-4 The words of his mouth are [what is: sinful] & deceit. He has [stopped being] wise & [doing] good. Upon his bed, he [plots] mischief & he [puts] himself in a [path] that isn’t good. He [doesn’t hate] evil.]

For they eat the bread of wickedness & drink the wine of violence. But the path of the just is [like a] shining light, that shines more & more [until] the perfect day. [Matthew 5:14-16 You are the light of the world. A city that is [put] on a hill can't be [hidden.] Neither do men light a candle & put it under a bushel [basket] but [put it] on a candlestick & it gives light to all [who are] in the house. Let your light [shine like this] before men, [so] they may see your good [deeds] & glorify Your Father, [Who] is in heaven.

The [path] of the wicked is [like] darkness. They [don't] know what [causes them to] stumble. My son, [pay attention] to my words & [lean] your ear [to hear] my sayings.

[Don't] let them depart from your eyes & keep them [within] your heart. For they [provide] life to those [who] find them & health to all their [body.] [Put great effort into keeping] your heart [from evil;] for out of [your heart comes] the issues of life.

[Luke 6:45 A good man, out of the good treasure of his heart, brings forth [what] is good & an evil man, out of the evil treasure of his heart, brings forth [what] is evil. For of the abundance of [what is in] the heart, his mouth speaks.

Put away a [deceitful] mouth & perverse lips far from you. Let your eyes & eyelids look straight [in front of] you. Ponder the path of your feet & let all your [roads] be established. [Don't] turn to the right hand [side,] nor to the left. Remove your foot from evil.

Proverbs 3:1-35 Acknowledge the Lord in your Path & He Will Direct You

Acknowledge the Lord in your Path & He Will Direct You

Proverbs 3:1-35                 Proverbs [in Smaller Chunks]

My son, [don’t ] forget my [Law] & let your heart keep my commandments. For [many] days & [a] long life & peace shall [be added] to you. [Don’t] let mercy & truth [abandon] you.

[Tie] them [around] your neck & write them [within] your heart, [like a tablet,] so you shall find favor & good understanding in the sight of God & man. Trust in the Lord with all your heart & [don’t depend] on your own understanding.

Acknowledge [the Lord God] in all your [roads] & He shall direct your paths. [Don’t] be wise in your own eyes. Fear [respect] the Lord & depart from evil. It shall be [healthy for] your [body & strengthen] your bones [like] marrow.

Honor the Lord with your [possessions] & with [the tithes of] the first fruits of all your increase [of produce,] so, your barns [are] filled with plenty & your [wine vats] burst with new wine.

My son, [don’t] despise the [discipline] of the Lord, nor be weary of His correction. For the Lord [corrects those] whom He loves, even [like] a father, [who corrects] the son in whom he [is delighted.]

[Revelation 3:19-21 I [reprimand & chastise,] as many as I love. Therefore, be zealous & repent. [Watch,] I stand at the door & knock. If any man [hears] My voice & [opens] the door, I will come in to him & will [dine] with him & he with Me. I will grant to him [who] overcomes, to sit with Me [on] My throne, even [like] I also overcame & am set down with My Father [on] His throne.]

Happy is the man [who] finds wisdom & the man [who] gets understanding. For [its gain] is [more valuable] than [the profit of] silver & the gain [of it, is better] than fine gold. [They are] more precious than rubies & [anything] you can desire [can’t] be compared to [them.] A [long life] is in [their] right hand & riches & honor in [their] left hand.

[The roads of wisdom & understanding are pleasant] & all [their] paths are [peaceful.] [Wisdom & understanding] is a Tree of Life to [those who grasp them] & happy is everyone [who remembers them.]

By wisdom, the Lord has [laid the foundations of] the earth & by understanding, He established the heavens. [Psalm 102:25 Of old, You have laid the foundation of the earth & the heavens are the work of Your hands.]

By [God’s] knowledge the [ocean] depths are broken up & the clouds drop down the dew. [Genesis 7:11 [On] the 600th year of Noah’s life, [on] the 19th day of the 2nd month, [on] the same day, all the fountains of the great deep were broken up & the windows of heaven were opened.]

My son, [don’t] let them depart from [before] your eyes. Keep sound wisdom & [make responsible choices,] so they shall [deliver] life unto your soul & grace to your neck.

Then, you shall walk in your [path] safely & your foot [won’t] stumble. When you lie down, you shall not be afraid. [Yes,] you shall lie down & your sleep shall be sweet. [Don’t] be afraid of sudden fear & neither the [destruction] of the wicked, when it comes.

[1 Peter 3:17-18 For it is better, if the will of God be that you suffer for doing well, than for doing evil. For Christ has also suffered once for [our] sins, the just for the unjust, [so] He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but [made alive] in the Spirit.]

For the Lord shall be your confidence & shall keep your foot from being [caught.] [Don’t] withhold good from [those] to whom it is due, when [it’s within your] power to do it. [Don’t] say to your neighbor [who needs something,] Go & come again tomorrow & I will give [it;] when you have it by you.

[Don’t] devise evil [plots] against your neighbor, seeing [that] he lives [safely] by you. [Don’t argue] with [men] without [a reason,] if he [hasn’t] done [any] harm [to] you.]

[Don’t] envy the oppressor & [don’t] choose [any] of his ways. For the [wicked person] is an abomination to the Lord: but [the Lord’s mystery] is with the righteous.

The curse of the Lord is in the house of the wicked; but He blesses the [home] of the just. Surely, [God] scorns [those who look down on others,] but gives grace to the [humble.] The wise shall inherit glory, but shame shall be the legacy of fools.

Proverbs 2:1-22 Wisdom & Understanding Will Guide You

Wisdom & Understanding Will Guide You

Proverbs 2:1-22                         Proverbs [in Smaller Chunks]

My son, if you will receive my words & [keep] my commands [within] you, so that you [lean] your ear [toward] wisdom & apply your heart to understanding. [Yes,] if you [cry out for] knowledge & lift up your voice for understanding & if you seek [these like] silver & [search for them like you search for hidden] treasures;

Then, you shall understand the fear [respect] of the Lord & find the knowledge of God. For the Lord gives wisdom & out of His mouth comes knowledge & understanding.

[The Lord God stores] up sound wisdom for the righteous. He is a [shield] for [those who] walk [righteously.] He keeps the paths of judgment & [safeguards] the [road] of His saints.

Then, you shall understand righteousness, judgment & equity, [yes,] every good path. When wisdom enters into your heart & knowledge is pleasant to your soul, [the ability to make responsible decisions] shall preserve you & understanding shall keep you: to deliver you from the [road] of the evil man & from the man [who says wicked] things.

[Those] who [go astray] & leave the paths of [righteousness,] to walk in the [roads] of darkness & [those] who rejoice [in doing] evil & delight in the [sexual immorality] of the wicked, whose [roads] are crooked & they [are arrogant] in their paths.

[Wisdom & knowledge will help] to deliver you from the [immoral] woman & even from the [foreigner, who flatters] with her words & [abandons] the [companion] of her [youth] & forgets the covenant [contract] of her God.

For her house [leans toward] death & her paths to the dead. None [who] go to her, return again & neither [do] they [grasp] the paths [that lead to] life.

[So,] that you may walk in the [road] of good men & keep the paths of the righteous. For the upright shall dwell in the land & the [blameless] shall remain in it. But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth & the [sinners] shall be [uprooted from] it.

[Revelation 22:14-15 Blessed are [those who] do [God's] commandments, [so] that they may have right to the Tree of Life & may enter in through the gates & into the city. For [outside] are dogs, sorcerers & [sexual traffickers,] murderers, idolaters & [whoever] loves & makes [up lies.]

Proverbs 1:1-33 To Receive Instruction About Wisdom, Justice, Judgment & Equity

To Receive Instruction About Wisdom, Justice, Judgment & Equity

Proverbs 1:1-33                                  Proverbs [in Smaller Chunks]

The Proverbs of Solomon, [David's] son, king of Israel, to know wisdom & instruction: to [become aware of] the words of understanding. To receive the instruction [about:] wisdom, justice, judgment & equity.

To give [caution] to the simple [minded] & knowledge to the young man & [the ability to make good choices.] A wise man will [listen] & will increase [his knowledge] & a man of understanding, shall [acquire] wise [advice.]

[Also, to be able] to understand a proverb & [its] interpretation; the words of the wise & their [deep messages.] The fear [respect] of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom & instruction.

My son, hear the instruction of your father & [don't abandon] the law of your mother: for they shall be an ornament of grace to your head & [like] chains [around] your neck.

My son, if sinners entice you, [don't] consent [to do it.] If they say, Come with us & lay [in] wait [secretly for bloodshed] to [ambush] the innocent without a [reason,] let us swallow them up alive & whole, [like] the grave, [like] those [who] go down to the pit.

We shall find [all types of] precious [things] & we shall fill our houses with [the plunder.] [Join] among us & let us [pool our wealth together.] [Don't] walk in the [road] with them, my son. [Keep] your [feet] from their path: for their feet run [toward] evil & [hurry] to shed blood.

Surely, for [useless vanity,] the net is spread [out] in the sight of any bird. And they lay [in] wait [at the risk of] their own blood [being shed.] They lurk [secretly, risking] their own lives. So are the ways of everyone [who] is greedy [for gaining wealth, who take away the life of [its] owners [to get it.]

Wisdom [cries out] & she utters her voice in the streets. [Wisdom] cries [out in places with large crowds,] in the [gate entrances.] In the city, she utters her words saying, How long [will] you [naive] ones, love [what is simple to understand?]

And [how long will] the scorners delight in [looking down on others] & [how long will] fools hate knowledge? At My [disapproval] turn & [see,] I will pour out My Spirit to you & will make My words [understood by] you.

Because I have called [you] & you have refused [to listen;] I have stretched out My hand & no [one pays attention.] But you have [ignored] all My [advice] & [wouldn’t listen to any] of My [criticism.] [Therefore,] I will laugh at your calamity & I will also mock when your [terror comes.]

When your fear comes [like a storm] & your destruction comes [like a tornado] & when distress & anguish come upon you. Then, they shall call upon Me, but I won't answer. They shall seek Me early, but they [won't] find Me: for they hated knowledge & didn't choose the fear [respect] of the Lord.

They [wouldn't take any] of My [advice] & they despised all My [discipline.] Therefore, they shall eat the fruit of their own [actions & will] be filled with their own [deceitful plots.] [Job 4:8 Even [like] I have seen, [those who] sow wickedness & plow iniquity, reap the same.] For [they shall be killed] for [leading astray] the simple [minded.]

And the prosperity of fools shall destroy them. But [whoever pays attention] to Me, shall [live] safely & shall [have peace] from fear of evil. [Psalm 112:7 He shall not be afraid of evil [news:] his heart is [steadfast,] trusting in the Lord.]

Psalm 150:1-6 Book# 5 of Psalms

Psalm 150:1-6            Book# 5 of Psalms [in Smaller Chunks]

Praise you the Lord. Praise God in His sanctuary. Praise Him in the firmament of His power. [Genesis 1:6-8 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the mist of the waters. And let it divide the waters from the waters.

And God made the firmament & divided the waters, which were under the firmament, from the waters which were above the firmament. And it was so. And God called the firmament: Heaven. And the evening & the morning were the 2nd day.]

Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet. Praise Him with the [lyre] & harp. Praise Him with the [tambourine] & dance & praise Him with stringed instruments & organs.

Praise Him upon loud cymbals & praise Him upon the high sounding cymbals. Let everything that has breath, praise the Lord. Praise you the Lord.

Psalm 149:1-9 Book# 5 of Psalms

Psalm 149:1-9            Book# 5 of Psalms [in Smaller Chunks]

Praise you the Lord. Sing to the Lord a new song & His praise in the congregation of saints. Let Israel rejoice in Him, [Who] made him. Let the children [people] of Zion be joyful in their King.

[Zechariah 9:9 *Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion. Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem. [Look,] your King comes to you. He is just & [has] Salvation; lowly & riding on a [donkey] & upon a colt, the foal of a [donkey.]

Let them praise His Name in dance. Let them sing praises to Him with the [tambourine] & harp. For the Lord takes pleasure in His people. He will beautify the meek with Salvation.

[Isaiah 61:1-3 *The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me to preach good [news] to the meek. He has sent Me to [bandage] up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives & the opening of the prison to [those who] are bound. *To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord & the day of vengeance of our God & to comfort all [who] mourn.

*To appoint to [those who] mourn in Zion & to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning & the garment of praise for [those with a heavy] spirit; that they might be called the Trees of Righteousness & The Planting of the Lord, [so] that He might be glorified.]

Let the saints be joyful in glory & let them sing aloud upon their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth & a two-edged sword in their hand; to execute vengeance upon the heathen & [punishment] upon the people.

To bind their kings with chains & their nobles with [shackles] of iron. To execute upon them, the judgment written: All the saints have this honor. Praise you the Lord.

Psalm 148:1-14 Book# 5 of Psalms

Psalm 148:1-14            Book# 5 of Psalms [in Smaller Chunks]

Praise you the Lord. Praise you the Lord from the heavens & praise Him in the heights. You praise Him, all His Angels. Praise you Him, all His Hosts. Praise you Him, sun & moon.

Praise you Him, all you stars of light. Praise Him, you heavens of heavens & you waters that [are] above the heavens. [Revelation 22:1 And he [showed] me a pure river, [The] Water of Life, clear [like] crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God & of the Lamb.]

Let them praise the Name of the Lord: for He commanded & they were created. [Genesis 1:6-8 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters & let it divide the waters from the waters.

And God made the firmament & divided the waters which were under the firmament, from the waters which were above the firmament. And God called the firmament: Heaven. And the evening & the morning were the 2nd day.]

He has also [established] them forever & ever. He has made a decree, [that] shall not pass [away.] [Isaiah 46:9-10 Remember the [previous] things of old: for I am God & there is [no one] else.

I am God & there is none like Me, declaring the end from the beginning & from ancient times, the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand & I will do all My pleasure.]

Praise the Lord from the earth, you dragons & all the deeps: fire, hail, snow & vapors [of evaporation] & stormy wind fulfilling His Word: mountains & hills, fruitful trees & all cedars; [animals] & all [livestock;] creeping things & flying [birds;] kings of the earth & all people; princes & all judges of the earth: both young men & maidens; old men & children.

Let them praise the Name of the Lord: for His Name alone is excellent. His glory is above the earth & heaven. He also exalts the horn of His people, the praise of all His saints; even of the children [people] of Israel, a people near to Him. Praise you the Lord.
