About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Jeremiah 8:1-22 Israelites' Bones Are to Be Removed of Worshipers of Sun, Moon & Stars

Israelites' Bones Are to Be Removed of Worshipers of Sun, Moon & Stars

Jeremiah 8:1-22                               The Book of Jeremiah [in Smaller Chunks]

The Lord says, At that time, they shall bring the bones out of [the] graves of: [Judah's] kings, princes, priests, prophets & inhabitants of Jerusalem. And they shall spread them [in front of] the sun, moon & all the [stars & constellations] of heaven, whom they have loved, served, [followed,] sought & worshiped.

They shall not be gathered together, nor be buried. They shall be for [human fertilizer] upon the [surface] of the earth. [2 Kings 23:4-6 And the king commanded Hilkiah, the high priest, & the priests of the 2nd order & the door keepers, to bring out of the [Lord's] temple, all the vessels that were made for Baal & for the the grove & all the host of heaven.

And he burned them [outside] Jerusalem, in the fields of Kidron & carried the ashes of them to Beth El. And he [removed] the idolatrous priests, whom the king of Judah had ordained to burn incense in the high places in the cities of Judah & the places [around] Jerusalem & also [those who] burned incense to Baal & the sun, moon, planets & to all the [stars & constellations] of heaven.

And he brought [from] the [Lord's] house, out [of] the grove, [outside] Jerusalem, to the Brook Kidron & burned it at the Brook Kidron & stamped it to small powder & cast the powder [of it] upon the graves of the children of the people.]

And death shall be chosen rather than life by all the [rest] of [those who] remain of this evil family, [who remain] in all the places [where] I have driven them, says the Lord of Hosts.

[Also, you shall say to them, The Lord says [this;] Shall they fall & not arise? Shall they turn away & not return? Why then [has] this people of Jerusalem [slid] back [through] perpetual backsliding? They hold [tight to] deceit & they refuse to return.

[Jeremiah 5:3 O Lord, aren't Your eyes upon the Truth? You have [struck] them, but they haven't grieved. You have consumed them, but they have refused to receive correction. They have made their faces harder than a rock & they have refused to return.]

I [paid attention] & heard but they [didn't speak what was right] & no man repented of his wickedness, saying, What have I done? Everyone turned to his course, like a horse [races] into battle.

[Luke 15:6-7 And when he comes home, he calls together his friends & neighbors, saying to them, Rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep [that were] lost. I say to you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner [who] repents, more than over 99 just [people, who] need no repentance.]

[Yes,] the stork in the heaven knows her appointed times & the turtle, crane & swallow observe the time of their [migration;] but My people [don't] know the judgment of the Lord. How do you say, We are wise & the Law of Lord is with us? [Look,] certainly, the [false] pen of the scribes [has converted] the Law [into a lie.]

The wise men are ashamed & [discouraged & captured.] [Look,]they have rejected the Word of the Lord & what wisdom is in them? [Isaiah 19:11 Surely, the princes of Zoan are fools, the counsel [to] the wise & counselors of Pharaoh [have] become [ignorant.] How shall you say to Pharaoh, I am the son of the wise, the son of ancient kings?]

Therefore, I will give their wives to others & their fields to [those who] shall inherit them. For everyone from the [powerless,] even to the [powerful,] is given to [greed,] from the prophet, even to the priest, everyone deals falsely.

[Zephaniah 1:13 Therefore, their goods shall become [plunder] & their houses [shall become] a desolation. They shall also build houses, but not inhabit them & they shall plant vineyards, but not drink the wine [of it.]

For they have slightly healed the [harm] of the daughter of My people, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace. Were they ashamed when they had committed [abominations?] [No,] they weren't at all ashamed, neither could they blush. Therefore, they shall fall among [those who] fall. In the time of their [punishment,] they shall be cast down, says the Lord.

[Revelation 19:20 And the beast was [captured] & with him, the false prophet that [did] miracles before him, that deceived [those who] received the mark of the beast & [those who] worshiped his image. These both were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone.]

I will surely consume them, says the Lord. There shall be no grapes on the vine, nor figs on the fig tree & the leaf shall fade. And the things that I have given them, shall pass away from them.

Why do we sit still? Assemble yourselves & let's enter into the [fortified] cities & let us be silent there. For the Lord our God has put us to silence & [has] given us water of [bitter] gall to drink, because we have sinned against the Lord.

We looked for peace & no good came & [looked for] a time of health & [saw] [only] trouble! His horses snorting was heard from Dan & the whole land trembled at the sound of the neighing of His strong ones. For they [have] come & devoured the land & the city & those [who] dwell [there] & all that is in it.

[Watch,] I will send [snakes & vipers,] among you, [that] will not be charmed & they shall bite you, says the Lord. When I would comfort myself against sorrow, my heart is [grieved within] me.

[Pay attention to] the [sound] of the [out] cry of the daughter of My people, because of [those who] dwell in a [distant] country. Isn't the Lord in Zion? Isn't her King in her? Why have they provoked Me to anger with their [carved] images & with strange vanities?

[Jeremiah 1:16 And I will [express] My judgments against them [about] all their wickedness. [Those] who have [abandoned] Me & have burned incense to other gods & worshiped the works [made] of their own hands.]

The harvest is past, the summer [has] ended & we aren't saved. [Because of] the [harm] of the daughter of my people, I am hurt. I am [mourning & wearing] black & astonishment has taken hold [of] me. Is there no balm in Gilead; is there no physician there? Why then, [hasn't] the health of the daughter of my people recovered?

Jeremiah 7:1-34 Thoroughly Change Your Ways & Actions & I Will Allow You to Live Here

Thoroughly Change Your Ways & Actions & I Will Allow You to Live Here

Jeremiah 7:1-34                               The Book of Jeremiah [in Smaller Chunks]

The Word from the Lord came to Jeremiah, saying, Stand in the gate of the Lord's house & proclaim this Word there & say, Hear the Word of the Lord, all you of Judah, [who] enter these gates to worship the Lord.

The Lord of Hosts, the God of Israel says [this, Change] your ways & your [actions] & I will cause you to [live] in this place. [Don't] you trust in lying words, saying, The temple of the Lord, The temple of the Lord, these are The [temples] of the Lord.

[Micah 3:11 The [leaders of it] judge for [bribes] & [its] priests teach for [pay] & [its] prophets divine for money. [Still,] they will lean upon the Lord & say, Isn't the Lord among us? [No] evil can come upon us.]

For if you thoroughly [change] your ways & your [actions] & if you thoroughly [deliver justice] between a man & his neighbor. If you [don't] oppress the stranger, the fatherless, the widow & [don't] shed [the] blood of the innocent, in this place & neither [follow] after other gods to your [harm,] then, I will cause you to [live] in this place, in the land that I gave to your [forefathers,] forever & ever. [See,] you trust in lying words, that can't [benefit.]

[Jeremiah 14:13-14 Then, I said, Ah, Lord God! [Look,] the prophets say to them, You shall not see the sword & neither shall you have famine. But I will give you [certain] peace in this place.

Then, the Lord said to me, The prophets prophesy lies in My Name. I [didn't send] them, neither have I commanded them & neither [did I speak] to them. They prophesy to you a false vision & divination, a [worthless] thing & the deceit of their heart.]

Will you steal, murder, commit adultery, swear falsely, & burn incense to Baal & [follow] after other gods, whom you [don't] know & come & stand before Me in this house, which is called by My Name & say, We are [called] to do all these abominations?

[Ezekiel 23:39 For when they had [sacrificed] their children to their idols, then they came the same day into My sanctuary to [defile] it. And [look,] they have done [this] in the midst of [My] house.]

[Has] this house, which is called by My Name, become a den of [thieves] in your eyes? [Look,] even I have seen it, says the Lord. But you go now to My place, [that] was in Shiloh, where I [put] My Name, at the [beginning] & see what I did to it, [because of] the wickedness of My people, Israel.

[Psalm 78:58-62 For they provoked Him to anger with their high places & moved Him to jealousy with their [carved] images. When God heard this, He was [furious] & greatly [loathed] Israel.

So that He [abandoned] the tabernacle of Shiloh, the tent [that] He placed among men & delivered His strength into captivity & His glory into the enemy's hand. He also gave His people over to the sword & was [angry] with His inheritance.]

The Lord says, And now, because you have done all these [deeds] & I [spoke] to you, rising up early [to warn,] speaking, but you [didn't listen.] And I called you, but you [didn't answer.]

[Jeremiah 25:4-7 And the Lord has sent to you all His servants, the prophets, rising early & sending them; but you haven't [paid attention,] nor [leaned] your ear to hear.

They said, Everyone now [return] again from his evil [ways] & from the evil of your [actions] & [live] in the land that the Lord has given to you & to your [forefathers] forever & ever.

And [don't] go after other gods to serve & worship them & [don't] provoke Me to anger with the works [made by] your hands & I will do you no [harm.] Yet, you haven't [paid attention] to Me; [so] that you might provoke Me to anger with whe works [made by] your hands, to your own [harm.]

Therefore, I will do to this house, which is called by My Name, [in which] you trust & to the place [that] I gave to you & to your [forefathers, like] I have done to Shiloh. [1 Samuel 4:10 And the Philistines fought & Israel was [defeated] & every man fled to his tent. And there was a very [large] slaughter; for 30,000 footmen of Israel fell there.]

And I will cast you out of My sight, [like] I have cast out all your brethren, even the whole [family] of Ephraim. Therefore, [don't] pray for this people & neither lift up [an out] cry, nor [prayers] for them. Neither make [prayers on their behalf] to Me: for I won't hear you.

[Exodus 32:8-10 They have turned [astray] quickly [from] the [ways that] I have commanded them. They have made [themselves] a [molded] calf & have worshiped it & have sacrificed [to it] & said, These [are] your gods, O Israel, [that] have brought you up out of the land of Egypt.

And the Lord said to Moses, I have seen this people & [look,] it is a stiffnecked, [a.k.a. stubborn] people. Therefore, now leave Me alone, [so] that My wrath may [grow] hot against them & I might consume them. And I will make a great nation of you.]

[Don't] you see what they do in the cities of Judah & in the streets of Jerusalem? The children gather wood & the fathers [start] the fire & the women knead their dough, to make cakes to the queen of heaven & to pour out drink offerings to other gods, [so] that they may provoke Me to anger.

The Lord says, Do they provoke Me to anger? Don't they provoke themselves to the [shame on] their own faces? Therefore, the Lord God says [this; Look,] My anger & My fury shall be poured out upon this place, upon: man, [animals,] trees of the field & the fruit of the ground.

And it shall burn & shall not be [put out.] The Lord of Hosts, the God of Israel says [this;] Put your burnt offerings [with] your sacrifices & eat [meat.] [Amos 5:25-27 Have you offered to Me sacrifices & offerings in the wilderness 40 years, O house of Israel?

But you have [carried] the tabernacle of your: Molock, Chiun, your images & the star of your [gods,] which you made [for] yourselves. Therefore, I will cause you to go into captivity beyond Damascus, says the Lord, Whose Name is The God of Hosts.]

For I [didn't speak] to your [forefathers,] nor command them [on] the day that I brought them out of the land of Egypt [about] burnt offerings or sacrifices. But [I] commanded them this thing, sayings, Obey My voice & I will be your God & you shall be My people. And you [follow] in all the ways that I have commanded you, [so] that it may [go] well [for] you.

But they [didn't pay attention,] nor [leaned] their ear, but [followed] in the [advice] & the imagination of their evil heart & went backward & not forward. Since the day that your [forefathers] came [foreword] out of the land of Egypt, [until] this day, I have even sent to you all My servants, the prophets, daily rising up early [to warn] & sending them.

[Still,] they [didn't pay attention] to Me, nor [did they lean] their ear, but [stubbornly] hardened their neck & they did worse than their [forefathers.] [Matthew 23:37-39 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you, [who] kill the prophets & stone [those who] are sent to you.

How often I would have gathered your children together, even [like] a hen gathers her chickens under her wings, & you wouldn't! [Look,] your house is left to you desolate. For I say to you, You shall not see Me, [from now on, until] you shall say, Blessed is He, [Who] comes in the Name of the Lord.

Therefore, you shall speak all these words to them; but they won't [listen] to you. You shall also call to them, but they won't answer you. But you shall say to them, This is a nation that [doesn't] obey the voice of the Lord their God, nor receives correction & truth [has] perished & [truth] is cut off from their mouth.

[Revelation 3:9-13 [See,] I will make [those] of the synagogue of Satan, [who] say they are Jews & aren't, but lie; I will make them come & worship [in front of] your feet & to know that I have loved you. Because you have kept My Word [with] patience.

I also will keep you from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to [test those who] dwell upon the earth. [Watch,] I come quickly & hold [tight to what] you have, [so] that no man takes your crown.

I will make a pillar in the temple of My God, [for those who] overcome & he shall no [longer] go out & I will write upon him the name of the city of My God, which is New Jerusalem, [that] comes down out of heaven from My God. And I will write upon him, My new Name.]

Cut off your hair, O Jerusalem & [throw] it away & take up [mourning] on high places; for the Lord has rejected & [abandoned] the generation of His wrath. For the children [people] of Judah have done evil in My sight, says the Lord. They have [put] their abominations in the house, which is called by My Name, to [defile] it.

And they have built the high places of Tophet, which is in the Valley of the Son of Hinnom, to burn their sons & their daughters in the fire; [that] I [didn't] command them, neither [did] it come into My heart.

Therefore, [watch,] the days come, says the Lord, that it shall no [longer] be called Tophet, nor the Valley of the Son of Hinnom, but the Valley of Slaughter. For they shall bury in Tophet, [until there's] no place [remaining.]

And the [corpses] of this people shall be meat for the [birds] of heaven & for the [animals] of the earth. And none shall [frighten] them away. Then, I will cause the [sound] of [happiness] & gladness to cease [from] the bridegroom & the bride, from the cities of Judah & the streets of Jerusalem. For the land shall be desolate.

[Revelation 18:23 And the light of a candle shall no [longer] shine at all in you. And the voice of the bridegroom & the bride, shall no [longer] be heard at all in you. For your merchants were the great men of the earth, [but] by your sorceries, all nations were deceived.]

Jeremiah 6:1-30 People of Benjamin Gather Together to Flee Out of Jerusalem

People of Benjamin Gather Together to Flee Out of Jerusalem

Jeremiah 6:1-30                               The Book of Jeremiah [in Smaller Chunks]

O you children [people] of Benjamin, gather yourselves to flee out of the midst of Jerusalem. And blow the trumpet in Tekoa & [put] up a sign [about] a fire in Beth Haccerem: for [calamity] appears out of the North & great destruction.

I have [compared] the daughter of Zion, [a.k.a. Jerusalem,] to a [lovely] & delicate woman. The shepherds shall come to her with their flocks. They shall pitch their tents against her [walls] & [surround] her. Everyone shall feed in his place.

[Jeremiah 39:4-8 And it [happened,] that when Zedekiah, [Judah's] king, saw them & all the men of war, they then fled & went out of the city [at] night, by the [road] of the King's Garden & by the gate [between] the 2 walls. And [Zedekiah] went out the [road] of the plain.

But the Chaldean's army pursued after them & overtook Zedekiah in the plains of Jericho. And when they had [captured] him, they brought him up to Nebuchadnezaar, [Babylon's] king, [at] Riblah, in the land of Hamath, where he [pronounced] judgment upon him.

Then [Babylon's] king [killed] [Zedekiah's] sons, [in front of] his eyes. Also, [Babylon's] king, [killed] all of [Judah's] nobles. [Also,] he put out Zedekiah's eyes & bound him with chains, to carry him to Babylon. And the Chadeans burned the king's house & the houses of the people, with fire & [broke] down the walls of Jerusalem.]

Prepare [yourselves for] war against her. Arise & let's go up at noon. Woe to us! For the day [is almost over,] & the shadows of the evening are stretched out. Arise & let's go [at] night & destroy her palaces. For the Lord of Hosts said [this,] You [cut] down trees & [build an embankment] against Jerusalem.

This is the city to be [punished.] She [totally has] oppression in the midst of her. She casts out her wickedness [like] a fountain casts out [its] waters. Violence & [plunder] are heard [within] her. [Its] grief & wounds [are] continually before Me. O Jerusalem, be instructed, lest My soul departs from you.

Lest I make you desolate, a land not inhabited. The Lord of Hosts says [this,] They shall thoroughly glean the [rest] of Israel [like] a vine & [return] your hand back into the baskets [like] a grape gatherer.

To whom shall I speak & [warn, so] that they may hear? [Look,] their ear is uncircumcised & they can't [pay attention.] [See,] the Word of the Lord is a [disgrace] to them. They have no delight in it. Therefore, I am full of the fury of  the Lord.

I am [tired of] holding [it] in. I will pour it out upon the children abroad & upon the assembly of young men together. For even the husband, with the wife shall be taken & the aged with him [who is young.] And their houses shall be turned [over] to others, with their fields & wives together.

For I will stretch out My hand upon the [residents] of the land, says the Lord. For the [powerless] to the [powerful] of them. Even to the greatest of them & everyone given to [envy.]

And from the prophet, even to the priest, everyone deals falsely. [Zephaniah 3:4 Her prophets are [shallow] & treacherous [people.] Her priests have polluted the sanctuary & they've done violence to the Law.]

They have also slightly healed the [harm] of the daughter of My people, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace. Were they ashamed when they had committed [abominations?] [No.] They weren't at all ashamed & neither [would] they blush.

Therefore, they shall fall among [those who] fall. At the time that I [punish] them, they shall be cast down, says the Lord. The Lord says [this,] You stand in the [roads] & ask for the old paths, where is the good [road] is & walk in it. And you shall find rest for your souls.

But they said, We won't walk [in there.] Also, I [put] watchmen, [a.k.a. guards] over you, saying, [Listen] to the sound of the trumpet. But they said, We won't [pay attention.] Therefore hear, you nations & know, O congregation, [Who] is among them.

[Isaiah 1:2-4 Hear, O heavens & [lend your] ear, O earth: for the Lord has spoken. I have nourished & brought up children & they have rebelled against Me. The ox knows [its] owner & the [mule] [knows] its overseer of the pen;] but Israel doesn't know. My people don't consider [Me.]

Ah, sinful nation, a people [loaded] with [sin, descendants of those who do evil,] children [who] are corrupters. They have [abandoned] the Lord. They have provoked the Holy One of Israel to anger & they [have gone astray.]

Hear, O earth. [Look,] I will bring [disaster] upon this people, even the fruit of their thoughts, because they haven't [paid attention] to My Words, nor to My Law, but [have] rejected it.

To what purpose [does] incense from Sheba & sweet cane from a far country come to Me? Your burnt offerings aren't acceptable, nor [are] your sacrifices sweet to Me.

[Ezekiel 23:37 That they have committed adultery & [bloodshed] is [on] their hands. And they have committed adultery with their idols. And have also caused their sons, whom they [bore] to Me, to pass through the fire, to devour them.]

Therefore, the Lord says [this, Look,] I will lay stumbling blocks before this people & the fathers & the sons shall fall together upon them. The neighbor & his friend shall perish. The Lord says [this, Look,] from the North country a people come & a great nation shall be raised from the [furthest parts] of the earth. They are cruel & shall [grab bows & spears & shall] have no mercy.

Their voice roars like the sea & they ride upon horses, set in [rows, like] men [ready] for war against you, O daughter of Zion. We have heard [of its] fame & our hands [grow] feeble. Anguish has taken hold of us & pain, [like] a woman in [labor.]

[Don't] go [forward] into the field, nor walk by the [road;] for the sword of the enemy & fear is on every side. O daughter of My people, [clothe yourselves] with sackcloth & [roll around] in [the] ashes. Make your mourning, [like] for an only son, [grieving, very bitterly.] For the spoiler shall suddenly come upon us.

[Zechariah 12:10 *And I will pour upon the house of David & upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the Spirit of grace & of [requests.] And they shall look upon Me, Whom they have pierced & they shall mourn for Him, [like] one mourns for his only son & bitterness shall be for Him, [like] one [has] bitterness for his firstborn.]

I have [put] you for a [guard in] a tower & a fortress among My people, [so] that you may know & [test] their [path.] They are all grievous revolters, [following with those who slander.] They are [like] brass & iron & they are all corrupters. [Ezekiel 20:30-32 The Lord God says [this; Why do] you say to the house of Israel, Are you polluted [like the customs] of your [forefathers?]

And [do] you commit [unfaithful harlotry] after their abominations? For when you offer your gifts & when you make your sons to pass through the fire, you pollute yourselves with all your idols, even to this day.

And shall I be [inquired] of by you, O house of Israel? The Lord God says, As I live, I will not be [inquired] of by you. And [what] comes into your mind, shall not [happen] at all, you [who] say, We will be [like] the heathen, [like] the families of the countries, [that] served wood & stone.]

[By] the fire, the [blacksmith's] bellows are [for what's] burned & the led is consumed. The [blacksmith] melts in vain. For the wicked aren't [snatched] away. [Jeremiah 7:31-32 And they have built the high place of Tophet, which is in the Valley of the Son of Hinnom, to burn their sons & their daughters in the fire; [in] which I [didn't] command them, neither [did] it [come] into My heart.

The Lord says, Therefore, [watch,] the days come, that it shall no [longer] be called Tophet, nor the Valley of the Son of Hinnom, but the Valley of Slaughter. For they shall bury in Tophet, [until] there is no place [remaining.]

Men shall call them [worthless silver,] because the Lord has rejected them. [Jeremiah 7:29 Cut off your hair, O Jerusalem & [throw] it away & [start mourning] on high places, for the Lord has rejected & [abandoned] the generation of His wrath.]

Jeremiah 5:1-31 They Make Their Faces Harder Than Rock & Refused to Return to God

They Make Their Faces Harder Than Rock & Refused to Return to God

Jeremiah 5:1-31                               The Book of Jeremiah [in Smaller Chunks]

You run [back & forth] through the streets of Jerusalem & [look,] now to know & seek in [its wide] places, if you can find a man [or] if there [are] any [who deliver justice] & seek the truth. And I will pardon it, [a.k.a. Jerusalem.] And [although] they say, The Lord lives; surely, they swear falsely.

[Mark 7:6-8 He answered & said to them, [Isaiah,] the prophet, has said well of you hypocrites, [like] it is written, This people honor Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. [However,] in vain they worship Me, teaching [as] doctrines, the commandments of men.]

O Lord, aren't Your eyes upon the truth? [John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I Am the Way, The Truth & The Life. No man comes to the Father, [except] by Me.

You have [afflicted] them, but they haven't grieved. You have consumed them, but they have refused to receive correction. They have made their faces harder than rock & they have refused to return. [Isaiah 1:21-24 How this faithful city [has] become [like] a harlot!

It was full of [Justice] & Righteousness [stayed] in it; but now murderers. Your silver [has] become [scum] & your wine [is] mixed with water. Your princes are rebellious & [are] the companions of thieves. Everyone loves gifts, [a.k.a. bribes] & follow after rewards.

They [don't] [fairly] judge the fatherless & neither [do] the [causes] of the widow come to them. Therefore, the Lord, Lord of Hosts, the Mighty One of Israel says, Ah, I will ease [Myself] of [My] adversaries & avenge [Myself] of [My] enemies.]

Therefore, I said, Surely, these are poor & they are foolish: for they [don't] know the [path] of the Lord, nor the judgment of their God. [Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I will also reject you, [so] that you shall [not] be [priests] to Me. [Since] you have forgotten the Law of your God, I will also forget your children.]

I will [go] to the [honored] men & will speak to them; for they have known the [path] of the Lord & the [justice] of their God. But these have altogether broken the [stocks] & burst the [shackles.]

[Micah 3:9-12 I pray [that] you hear this, you heads of the house of Jacob & princes of the house of Israel, who loathe justice] & [divert] all equity. They build up Zion with [bloodshed] & Jerusalem with [sin.] The heads [of it] judge for [bribes] & [its] priests teach for [pay.]

And [its] prophets [of it] divine for money. [Still,] they will lean on the Lord & say, Isn't the Lord among us? [No] evil can come upon us. Therefore, Zion shall for your [sakes] be plowed [like] a field. And Jerusalem shall become [ruinous] heaps & the mountain of the [Lord's] house [like] the high places of the forest.]

[For this reason,] a lion out of the forest shall [kill] them & a wolf [in] the [evening] shall [plunder] them & a leopard shall watch over their cities. Everyone, [who] goes out [there] shall be torn [into] pieces: because their [sins] are many & their backslidings [have] increased.

[Hosea 13:1-4 When Ephraim [spoke] trembling, he exalted himself in Israel. But when he offended [by] Baal, he died. And now, they sin [even] more & have made [themselves molded] images of silver & idols, according to their own [skill,] all the work of the craftsmen.

They say [to] them, Let the men, [who] sacrifice, kiss the [golden] calves. Therefore, they shall be [like] the morning cloud & the early dew that [pass] away.

[Like] the [stubble] that is driven [by] the whirlwind [off] the floor & [like] the smoke out of the chimney [disappears.] [Still,] I Am the Lord your God from the land of Egypt & you shall know no god but Me. For there is no Savior [besides] Me.]

How shall I pardon you for this? Your children have [abandoned] Me & sworn by [what] aren't gods. When I fed them [until] full, then they committed adultery & assembled themselves by troops in the harlots' houses.

[Zephaniah 1:4-5 Also, I will stretch out [My] hand upon Judah & all the [residents] of Jerusalem & I will cut off the [rest] of Baal from this place & the name of the Chemarims with the priests. And [those who] worship the [stars & constellations] of heaven, upon the housetops. And [those who] swear [oaths] by the Lord & [who also] swear by Malcham.]

They were [like] horses fed in the morning. Everyone neighed after his neighbor's wife. The Lord says, Shall I not [punish] for these things? And [shouldn't] My soul be avenged on a nation such as this?

[Jeremiah 10:2-6 The Lord says [this, Don't] learn the way of the heathen & [don't] be [discouraged] at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are [afraid of] them. For the customs of the people are vain. For one cuts a tree out of the forest, the ax work of the [lumberman's] hands. They [decorate] it with silver & gold.

They fasten it with nails & hammers, [so] that it [won't] move. They are upright [like] the palm tree, but [don't] speak. They must be [carried,] because they can't [walk.] [Don't] be afraid of them; for they can't do evil, also neither is it in them to do good. [Since] there are none like You, O Lord, You are great & Your Name is great in might.]

You go up upon her walls & destroy. Take away her [fortifications,] for they aren't the Lord's; but [don't] make a [total] end [of it.] For the [houses] of Israel & Judah have [behaved] very treacherously against Me, says the Lord. They have [lied] & said, The Lord said: It isn't He & Neither shall evil come upon us & Neither shall we see [the] sword, nor famine. And the [Lord's]  Word isn't in them & [like this] it shall be done to them & the prophets shall become wind [that disappears.]

[For this reason,] the Lord God of Hosts says [this,] Because you speak this word; [watch,] I will make My Words in your mouth, fire & this people wood & it shall devour them. [Jeremiah 23:29-32 The Lord says, Isn't My Word like a fire & like a hammer that breaks [rocks] in pieces? Therefore, [look,] I am against the prophets & everyone [who] steals My Words from his neighbor.

The Lord says, I am against the prophets [who] use their tongues & say, He says. The Lord says, I am against [those who] prophesy false dreams & tell them & cause My people to [go astray] by their lies & by their [carelessness.] [Still,] I [didn't send] them, nor [command] them. Therefore, they shall not [benefit] this people at all, says the Lord.]

The Lord says, [Look,] I will bring a nation upon you from far [away,] O house of Israel. It is a mighty nation & an ancient nation, whose language you [don't] know & neither [do you] understand what they say. They are all mighty men & their [archer's] quiver is [like] an open [tomb.]

And they shall eat up your harvest & your bread, [that] your sons & daughters should eat. They shall eat up your: flocks & herds & your [vineyards] & fig trees. They shall make your fortified cities, [in which] you trusted, [impoverished,] by the sword. The Lord says, [Still,] in those days, I won't make a [total] end [of] you.

[Jeremiah 30:10-11 The Lord says, Therefore, [don't] fear, O My servant, Jacob, & [don't] be [discouraged,] O Israel: for I will save you from afar & your [descendants] from the land of their captivity. And Jacob shall return & shall be [at] rest & [peaceful.]

And none shall make him afraid. For I Am with you, says the Lord, to save you. [Although,] I make a [total] end of all nations [where] I have scattered you, I [still] will not make a [total] end of you. But I will correct you in [due time] & I won't leave you [totally] unpunished.]

And it shall [happen,] when you shall say, [For what reason] does the Lord our God [do] all these things to us? Then, you shall answer them, Like you have [abandoned] Me & served strange gods in your land, [similarly] you shall serve strangers in land that isn't yours.

Declare this in the house of Jacob & [proclaim] it in Judah, saying, Now, hear this, O foolish people without understanding, [who] have eyes & [don't] see, [who] have ears & [don't] hear: The Lord says, [Don't] you fear [respect] Me? Won't you tremble at My presence.

[Who has] placed the sand for the [boundaries] of the sea, by a [continual] decree, that it can't pass it, [although its] waves toss themselves, [still] they can't prevail, [although] they roar, they [still] can't pass over it? But this [people's] heart [revolts & rebels.] They [have] revolted & [left.]

Neither [did] they say [within] their heart, Let's now fear [respect] the Lord our God, [Who] gives rain, both the [previous] & the [Spring rain,] in [its] season & He [sets aside] for us, the appointed weeks of the harvest. Your iniquities have turned these things away & your sins have [withheld] good things from you.

For wicked men are found among My people. They lay [in] wait  [to ambush,] [like] he, [who] sets [traps.] They set a trap & they catch men. Their houses [are] full of deceit, [like] a cage is full of birds. Therefore, they [have] become [important] & [grow] rich. They [have grown] fat & they [excel.] [Yes,] they [surpass,] the deeds of the wicked.

They [don't] judge the [case] of the fatherless, yet they prosper & they don't judge the [rights] of the needy. The Lord says, [Shouldn't] I [punish] for these things? [Shouldn't] My soul be avenged on a nation such as this? A wonderful & horrible thing is committed in the land.

The prophets prophesy falsely & the priests rule, by their [own methods] & My people love to have it [this way.] What will you do in the end [of it?] [2 Timothy 4:3-5 For the time will come when they won't endure sound doctrine; but [will go astray] after their own lusts.

They [shall] heap to themselves teachers, [wanting to hear something.] And they shall turn their ears away from the Truth & shall be turned to fables. But [be careful] & watch in all things: endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist & [further provide] proof of your ministry.]
