About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Job 41:1-34 The Lord Talks to Job About the Leviathan

The Lord Talks to Job About the Leviathan

Job 41:1-34                                  Book of Job [in Smaller Chunks]

Can you draw out [the] Leviathan with a hook? Or [catch] his tongue with a cord, which you let down? Can you put a hook into his nose? Or bore through his jaw with a thorn? Will he make many [requests of] you? Will he speak soft, [pleasant] words to you? Will he make a covenant [contract] with you?

Will you take him [like] a servant forever? Will you play with him, [like] with a bird? Or will you [tie him up] for your maidens? Shall [your friends] make a banquet of him? Shall they [divide his meat from] him among the merchants?

Can you fill his skin with barbed [iron harpoons?] Or [fill] his head with [fishing] spears? Lay your hand upon him & remember [how he battles against you] & do [it] no more. [Look,] the hope of [catching Leviathan] is [worthless.]

[Wouldn't someone] be [thrown] down at the [very] sight of [Leviathan?] [No one] is so fierce to dare [wake] him up. Who then is able to stand before Me? Who has [preceded] Me, that I should repay him? [Whatever] is under the whole heaven is Mine.

I won't conceal [Leviathan's] parts, nor his power, nor his [beautiful proportions.] Who can [find the front of his hide, he wears like a] garment? Or who can come to him with [a] double bridle? Who can open [his mouth, like the] doors of his face? His teeth are [terrifying all around.]

His scales are his pride, shut up [close] together [like with a seal that closes.] One is so [close] to another, that no air can come between them. They are joined one to another & they stick together, [so] that they can't be [separated.]

[During Leviathan's sneezing,] a light [shines out.] And his eyes [rise up] like the [sunrise] of the morning. [What looks like] burning lamps go out of [Leviathan's] mouth & sparks of fire leap out. Smoke goes out of his nostrils, [like steam goes] out of a [boiling] pot or caldron. His breath [starts] the coals [on fire] & a flame goes out of his mouth.

His neck remains [his] strength & sorrow is turned into joy before him. The [scales] of his [skin] are joined together. They, themselves are firm & can't be moved. His heart is [hard like a rock.] [Yes] as hard [like] a piece of the [lower] millstone [for grinding grain.]

When [Leviathan] raises himself up, the mighty are afraid, [because of the waves] [breaking,] they [cleanse] themselves. [He] who lays a sword, [a] spear, a dart, or a [javelin] at [Leviathan] cannot hold [it.] He [regards] iron [like it was] straw & brass [like] rotten wood.

[Arrows] can't make [Leviathan] flee. [And rocks from slings] are turned into stubble [by] him. Darts are [considered like] stubble & [Leviathan] laughs at the shaking of a spear.

Sharp [rocks] are under [Leviathan, but he is unharmed.] He spreads [the] sharp, pointed [scales] upon the [deep, muddy waters.] He makes the deep [waters to bubble, like a boiling] pot. He makes the sea [ooze] like a pot of ointment, [leaving] a path to shine after him.

[Someone] would think the deep [waters' waves had white hair.] [There is nothing similar] to him upon all the earth, who is made without fear. [Leviathan sees] all the high things & he is the king over all the children of pride.

Job 40:1-23 The Lord Talks to Job About the Monstrous Behemoth

The Lord Talks to Job About the Monstrous Behemoth

Job 40:1-23                                  Book of Job [in Smaller Chunks]

[Additionally,] the Lord answered Job & said, Shall he [who argues] with the Almighty instruct Him? Let him who [scolds] God answer it. Then, Job answered the Lord & said, [Look,] I'm [repulsive.] What shall I answer You? I will lay my hand [over] my mouth.

[Job 29:9-10 The princes refrained [from] talking & laid their hand on their mouth. The nobles held their piece & their tongue [stuck] to the roof of their mouth.]

Once I have spoken, but I will not answer: [yes,] twice, but I will proceed no further. Then the Lord answered Job out of the whirlwind & said, [Belt] up your [waist] now like a man. I will demand [questions] of you & you will declare [the answers] to Me. Will you also [invalidate] My judgment?

Will you [also] condemn Me, [so] that you may be righteous? [Do] you have an arm like God? [Psalm 89:13-14 You have a mighty arm; strong is Your hand & high is Your right hand. Justice & judgment are the habitation of Your throne: mercy & truth shall go before Your face.]

Or can you thunder with a voice like [God?] [Psalm 29:3-4 The voice of the Lord is upon the water. The God of glory [thunders.] The Lord is upon many waters. The voice of the Lord is powerful & is full of majesty.]

[Decorate] yourself now with majesty & [excellence] & [clothe] yourself with glory & beauty. Cast [away] the rage of your [anger] & [see] everyone [who] is proud, & humble him.

Look on everyone [who] is proud & bring him low & [trample] down the wicked in their [hiding] place. Hide them in the [grave's dirt] together & [cover] their faces in secret.  [Isaiah 2:12 For the day of the Lord of Hosts, shall be upon everyone, [who] is proud & [arrogant] & everyone who is lifted up & he shall be brought low.]

Then, I will also confess to you that your own right hand can save you. [Look,] now the [monstrous] Behemoth, which I made with you, [since you imply you were there at creation.] He eats grass [like] an ox. [Look] now, his strength is in his [groin] & his force is in his [stomach muscles.]

He moves his tail like a cedar [tree.] The [muscles] of his [thighs] are wrapped together. His bones are [like] strong as pieces of brass. His bones are like bars of iron. He is the [leader] of [paths] of God.

He [Who] made him, can make his sword approach [the behemoth.] Surely, the mountains [produce] food [for] him, where all the [animals] of the field play. [Psalm 104:14 [God] causes the grass to grow for the cattle & the herb for the service of men: [so] he may [produce] food out of the earth.]

[The Behemoth] lies under the shady trees [hidden in] the [reeds & marsh.] The shady trees cover him with their shadow. The willows of the brook [surround] him.

[Look, the Behemoth] drinks up a river & [doesn't hurry.] He trusts that he can draw up the Jordan [River] into his mouth [like a straw.] [Will any take the Behemoth right before] his eyes, [when] his nose pierces through [traps?]

Job 39:1-30 God Asks Job's Advisors if They Know These Things

God Asks Job's Advisors if They Know These Things

Job 39:1-30                                  Book of Job [in Smaller Chunks]

[Do] you know the time when the wild [mountain] goats [deliver?] Or can you [determine when the deer] calve? Can you [count] the months [until they're full-term?] Do you know the time when they [will deliver?] They bow themselves [down] & they [deliver] their young ones & [forget] their sorrows.

Their young ones are [well-liked,] they grow up with corn & they go [out] & don't return to them. Who has sent out the wild [donkey] free? Or who has [loosened] the bands [that restrain] the wild [donkey?]

Whose house have I made the wilderness & the barren land [the donkey's] [dwelling?] [The wild donkey looks down on] the multitude of the city & [doesn't regard] the driver crying [out.] The [mountain] range is his pasture & he searches after every green thing.

[Genesis 1:29-31 And God said, [Look,] I have given you every herb bearing seed, [that] is upon the earth & every tree, in which the fruit of a tree [produces] seed. To you, it shall be for [food.]

And to every [animal] of the earth & to every [bird] of the air & to everything that creeps upon the earth, [in which] there is life, I have given every green herb for [food] & it was so. And God saw everything that He had made & [saw] that it was very good. And the evening & the morning were the 6th day.]

Will the unicorn, [a.k.a. wild ox] be willing to serve you, or [stay in] your [pen?] Can you [tie up the wild ox to make him plow] in the [furrows?] Or will he harrow [to break up & make smooth] the valleys after you. Will you trust him, because his strength is great? Or will you leave [all your work] to him? Will you believe him, that he will bring home your [grain] & gather it into your barn?

[Did] you [give the beautiful] wings to peacocks? Or wings & feathers to the ostrich? Which leaves her eggs in the [ground] & warms them in the [dirt.] And forgets that the foot may crush them, or that the wild [animal] may break them.

She is [indifferent to] her young ones, as though they weren't hers. Her labor is in vain without fear; Because God has deprived [the ostrich] of wisdom & neither has He [given] understanding to her. [At] times, she lifts herself on high & she [looks down] on the horse & [its] rider.

Have you given the horse [its] strength? Have you clothed his neck with [a mane that looks like] thunder [while galloping?] Can you make [the horse] afraid [& rear up to jump, like] a grasshopper? The glory of his nostrils is terrible. [The horse] paws [his hooves] in the valley & rejoices in his strength.

He goes on to [catch up with] the armed men. He [scoffs] at fear & isn't [frightened.] Neither [does] he turn [away] from the sword. The [bow's] quiver, the [glistening] spear & the shield, rattle against him.

[The horse can hardly] believe the sound of the trumpet, [as his galloping hooves] swallow [up] the ground with fierceness & rage. He [laughs] among the trumpet [blasts] & smells the battle far [away] & the captains thunder & [shout] [out orders]

Does the hawk fly by your wisdom & stretch out [its] wings toward the south? Does the eagle mount up at your command & make her nest on high? She [lives & stays] upon the [cliff ledges] & the [secure places] of the rock.

From there, she seeks the prey & her eyes [see it from far away.] Her young [eaglets,] also suck up [the prey's] blood. She is there, where the slain are. [Matthew 24:28 For [wherever] the carcass is, the eagles will be gathered there.

Job 38:1-41 Then, the Lord Answered Job Out of the Whirlwind

Then, the Lord Answered Job Out of the Whirlwind

Job 38:1-41                                  Book of Job [in Smaller Chunks]

Then, the Lord answered Job out of the whirlwind & said, Who is this that darkens counsel [through] words without knowledge. [Job 34:35 Job has spoken without knowledge & his words are without wisdom.]

[Belt] up your [waist] like a man; for I will demand [questions] of you, [to] answer Me. Where [were] you when I laid the foundations of the earth? [Explain,] if you have understanding.

Who has laid [the earth’s measurements,] if you know? Or Who has stretched the [measuring] line upon it? [Upon what] are the earth's foundations fastened? Or Who laid the cornerstone [of the earth's foundation?]

When [did] the morning stars [sing] together & all the sons of God shouted for joy? Or Who shut up the sea with doors, when it breaks out, like [it's thrust] out of the womb?

When [did] I [make] the clouds [the sea’s] garment & the thick darkness, [like] a swaddling [blanket] for it, & [broke them] up for My [assigned place for them] & [put] bars & doors.  [Job 26:10 [God has surrounded] the waters with [boundaries,] until the day & night comes to an end.]

And [I] said, [From now on,] you shall come, but no further & here your proud waves [shall stay?] Have you commanded the morning, since your [life began] & caused the [sun rise] to know [its] place.

[Psalm 74:16-17 The day is Yours & the night is also Yours. You have prepared the light & the sun. You have [put] all all the borders of the earth. You have made summer & winter.]

[So] that it might take hold of the ends of the earth, [so] that the wicked might be shaken out of it. [Job 34:25 Therefore [God] knows their [deeds] & He [overthrows] them in the night, so they are destroyed.]

It [has] turned [like the] clay [used for] the seal & they stand [out, like decorations of] a garment. Their light is [withheld] from the wicked & the high arm shall be broken. [Proverbs 13:9 The light of the righteous rejoice: but the lamp of the wicked shall be put out.]

Have you entered into the [fountains] of the sea? Or have you walked in search of the [sea's] depth? Have the gates of death been opened to you? Or have you seen the doors of the shadow of death? Have you [understood] the [width] of the earth? Declare [it to Me] if you know it all.

Where is the [path to] where light [dwells?] And where is the place for darkness, [so] that you should take it to [its boundaries] & that you should know the paths to [its] house?

[Do] you know it, because you were born then? Or because the number of your days are [many?] Have you entered into the [snow's] treasures [that sparkle like diamonds?] Or have you seen the [hail's] treasures, which I have [saved] against the time of trouble, against the day of battle & war?

[Joshua 10:11 And it [happened,] as they fled from before Israel & were going down to Beth Horon, that the Lord cast down [large] stones from heaven upon them [until] Azekah & they died. [There] were more [who] died of the hailstones, than [those] whom the children of Israel [struck down with the sword.]

By what [path] is light [separated, that] scatters the east wind upon the earth? Who has divided a [waterway] for the overflowing waters, or a [path] for [thunder's] lightning; to cause it to rain on the earth, where no man is.

[And] on the wilderness, where there is no man; To satisfy the desolate & [wastelands] & to cause the tender herb to bud & [sprout out?] [Does] the rain have a father? Or who has begotten the drops of dew?

Out of whose womb [did] ice come [from?] And who [gives birth to] the frost [on the ground from] heaven? [Job 37:10 By the breath of God, frost is given & the [wide expanse] of water is [frozen straight.]

The waters are [hidden, like] with a [rock] & the [surface] of the deep [waters] is frozen. Can you [fasten] the sweet influences of Pleiades, or loosen the bands of Orion? Can you bring Mazzaroth [into view in its] season? Or Can you guide Arcturus [constellation a.k.a. The Great Bear] with his sons?

[Do] you know the [laws that control the heavens?] Can you [put those heavenly influences over] the earth? [Psalm 136:7-9 To Him, [Who] made [the] great lights: for His mercy endures forever. The sun to rule by day: for His mercy endures forever & the moon & stars to rule [at] night: for His mercy endures forever.]

Can you lift up your voice to the clouds, [so an] abundance of waters may cover you? Can you send lightning, [so] that they may go [& hide] & say to you, Here we are?

Who has put wisdom [within the mind?] Or Who has given understanding to the heart? Who can [wisely count] the clouds? Or Who can [prevent the rain] of heaven [from pouring out like] bottles?

When [does] the dust [turns hard] & the [dirt] clods cling together? Will you hunt the prey for the lion? Or [satisfy] the appetite of the young lions, when they [crouch down] in their dens & [stay hidden] & lie in wait [to ambush?]

Who provides the raven his food? When [its] young ones cry [out] to God, they wander for lack of [food.] [Psalm 147:9 [God] gives to the [animal its] food & to the young ravens which cry [out.]

Job 37:1-24 Elihu Mistakenly Tries to Describe God's Actions

Elihu Mistakenly Tries to Describe God's Actions

Job 37:1-24                                 Book of Job [in Smaller Chunks]

My heart also trembles at this & [pounds] out of [its] place. [Listen] attentively [to God's thundering] voice & to the sound that goes out of His mouth. [God] directs [everything] under the whole heaven & [directs] His lightning to the ends of the earth.

After [God's] voice roars & He thunders with the voice of His [excellence] & God won't [make] them [cease] when His voice is heard. God thunders marvelously with His voice. He does great things, which we can't [fully understand.]

For [God] says to the snow, [Fall &] be on the earth & also to the [light] rain & to the [hard rains] of [God's] strength. [Psalm 147:16-17 [God] gives snow like wool & He scatters the [frost on the ground] like ashes. He casts [down] His ice like morsels [of food.] Who can stand before [God's] cold?]

[God secures up the work of] the hand of every man, [so] that all men may know [God's] work. [Psalm 109:26-27 Help me, O Lord, my God: O save me, according to Your mercy: [so] that they may know that this is [from] Your hand & that You, Lord, have done it.]

Then, the [animals] go into dens & remain in their places. Out of the south comes the [tornado] & cold out of the north.  Frost is given by the breath of God & the [expanse] of waters is [frozen straight.]

Also, by watering [God] wearies the thick cloud & [God] scatters His bright [clouds.] And the [cloud] turns [around] by [God's advice, so] that they may do [whatever] God commands them [to do] upon [surface] of the [whole] world, [of] the earth. [God] causes it [to happen,] whether for correction, or for His land, or for mercy.

[Job 38:26-27 To cause it to rain on the earth, where no man is; on the wilderness, [where] there is no man; to satisfy the desolate [wastelands] & to cause the tender herb [to] bud & to [sprout out.]

[Pay attention] to this, O Job; stand still & consider the wondrous works of God. [Psalm 111:2 The works of the Lord are great & sought out [by] all of [those who] have pleasure [in them.]

Do you know when God [put them in place] & caused the light of His cloud to shine? Do you know the [balance] of the clouds & the wondrous works of [God, Who] is perfect in knowledge?

[Do you know] how your [clothing is] warm, when [God] quiets the earth by the south wind? Have you with [God, Who] is strong, spread out the sky, [that is like a molded mirror?]

Teach us what we shall say to [God;] for we can't [put] our speech in order, [because] of the darkness. Shall [God] be told [what I say?] If a man [speaks,] surely he shall be swallowed up.

And now men [can't look at] the bright light, [that] is in the [clouded skies.] But the wind passes & cleanses them. With [God's terribly splendid] majesty, fair weather comes [from] the north.

We can't find out [about anything related to] the Almighty. He is excellent in power & in judgment, [with] plenty of justice & He won't afflict. [Romans 11:33-35 [Of] the depth & the [richness] of both the wisdom & knowledge of God!

His judgments & His ways are unsearchable & are [beyond] finding out. For who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has been [God's advisor?] Or who has first given to God & it shall be [repaid] to him again?]

Therefore, men fear [respect] [God.] He [isn't partial] to any [who have] wise [hearts.] [Matthew 11:25 At that time, Jesus answered & said, I thank You, O Father, Lord of heaven & earth, because You [have hidden] these things from the wise & [cautious] & have revealed them to babes.
