About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible::

About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Proverbs 12:1-28 Solomon’s Proverbs to Ponder

Solomon’s Proverbs to Ponder

Proverbs 12:1-28                                  Proverbs [in Smaller Chunks]

[Whoever] loves instruction, loves knowledge: but he [who] hates [correction, behaves like a wild animal.] A good man obtains the [Lord’s] favor: but He will condemn a man [with] wicked [plots.]

A man shall not be [made secure] by wickedness: but the root of the righteous shall not be [removed.] [Proverbs 10:25 [Like] the whirlwind passes, so is the wicked no [longer around:] but the righteous [have] an everlasting foundation.]

A virtuous woman is [like] a crown to her husband: but [the wife who] makes [him] ashamed is [like rot] to his bones. The thoughts of the righteous are right: but the counsels of the wicked are [deceitful.]

The words of the wicked are to lie in wait, [a.k.a. an ambush] for [bloodshed:] but the mouth of the upright shall deliver them. The wicked are overthrown & are [no longer alive:] but the house of the righteous shall stand.

A man shall be [praised] according to his wisdom: but he [who has a deceitful] heart shall be despised. He [who] is despised & has a servant, is better than he [who] honors himself & [is without] bread.

A righteous man regards the life of his [animal:] but the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel. He [who plows] his land, shall be satisfied with [enough food:] but he [who] follows [conceited people is without] understanding.

The [hope of] the wicked [is] the [trap] of evil men. But the root of the righteous, [produces] fruit. The wicked [are trapped] by the [sins] of his lips: but the [righteous] shall come out of trouble.

A man shall be satisfied [by] the good fruit of his mouth & the [reward] of a man’s hands shall be [given] to him. [Proverbs 15:23 A man has joy by the answer of his mouth & a word is good, spoken [at the right time!]

The way of a fool is right in his own eyes: but he [who pays attention to advice,] is wise. A fool’s [anger is quickly] known: but a [cautious] man [hides his] shame. He [who] speaks [what is] truth, [declares] righteousness: but a false witness [is deceitful.] [Proverbs 14:5 A faithful witness won’t lie: but a false witness will utter lies.]

There [are some who speak] like [being pierced by] a sword: but the tongue of the wise is [sound.] The [truthful mouth] shall be established forever: but [those with] a lying [mouth last only] for a moment.

Deceit is in the heart of [those who devise] evil [plots:] but joy is [for] counselors of peace. No evil shall happen to the [righteous] there: but the wicked shall be filled with [trouble.]

Lying lips are [an] abomination to the Lord: but [those who behave honestly] are His delight. A [cautious] man [conceals] knowledge: but the hearts of fools [proclaim what is] foolishness.

The [hands] of the diligent shall [be in charge:] but the [lazy] shall be [forced servants.] A [man’s heavy] heart makes it [weighed down:] but a [kind] word makes [the heart] glad.

[Matthew 11:28-30 Come unto Me, all you [who] labor & are [heavily burdened] & I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you & learn [from] Me; for I am [humble] & lowly in heart & you shall find rest [for] your souls. For My yoke is easy & My burden is light.]

The righteous [are] more excellent than [their] neighbor: but the way of the wicked [leads them astray.] The [lazy] man [does’t roast what he caught by] hunting: but [what] a diligent man [has] is precious. In the [road] of righteousness is [eternal] life & there is no death in [its path.]

[John 17:3-5 And this is eternal life, that they might know You, the only True God & Jesus Christ, Whom, You [have] sent. I have glorified You [while] on the earth. I have finished the work [that] You gave Me to do. And now, You, O Father, glorify Me with Your Own Self, with the glory, which I had with You before the world was.]

Proverbs 11:1-31 The Good & the Opposite

The Good & the Opposite

Proverbs 11:1-31                                      Proverbs [in Smaller Chunks]

A false [scale] is [an] abomination to the Lord: but a [correct] weight is His delight. When pride comes, then shame [comes:] but with the [humble] is wisdom.

The integrity of the [honest] shall guide them: but the [deceit] of [the unfaithful] shall destroy them. Riches [are of no benefit on] the day of [fury:] but righteousness delivers from death.

[Revelation 22:11-14 He [who] is unjust, let him be unjust still & he [who] is filthy, let him be filthy still & he [who] is righteous, let him be righteous still & he [who] is holy, let him be holy still.

And [watch,] I come quickly & My reward is with Me & shall be to give [to] every man according to his [deeds.] I Am [the] Alpha & [the] Omega, the Beginning & the End, the First & the Last.]

The righteousness of the [blameless] shall direct his [path:] but the wicked shall fall by his own wickedness. The righteousness of the upright shall deliver them: but the [unfaithful] shall be [caught] in their own [sins.]

When a wicked man dies, his [hope] shall perish & the hope of [the] unjust men perishes. The righteous [are] delivered out of trouble & the wicked [take his place.]

A hypocrite destroys his neighbor with his [words from his] mouth: but through knowledge, the [righteous] shall be delivered. [Mark 7:6-8 [Jesus] answered & said to them, Well has [Isaiah] prophesied of you hypocrites.

[Like] it is written, the people honor Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. [However,] in vain they do worship Me, teaching [as doctrine] the commandments of men.]

The city [rejoices] when it goes well [for] the righteous & there is shouting when the wicked perish. The city is exalted by the blessing of the upright; but [the city] is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked.

He, [who is without] wisdom despises his neighbor: but a man [with] understanding holds his peace. A [gossip] reveals secrets: but he, [who] has a faithful spirit conceals the matter.

The people fall where [there] is no [advice:] but there is safety [with] a multitude of counselors. He [who guarantees a deal] for a stranger, shall [regret] it & he, [who refuses to guarantee,] is [secure.]

A gracious woman retains honor: [but ruthless] men retain riches. The merciful man does good to his own soul: but he, [who] is cruel, troubles his own [body.] The wicked [do] deceitful work: but a sure reward [is for] him, [who plants] righteousness.

[Like] righteousness [leads] to life: so [does] he, [who] pursues evil, pursues it to his own death. [Those with] a [deceitful] heart are [an] abomination to the Lord: but [those who] are upright in their [path,] are [the Lord’s] delight.

[Even though hands] join [together,] the wicked shall not be unpunished: but the [descendants] of the righteous shall be delivered. [Like] a gold jewel in a [pig’s] snout [is foolish,] so is a [pretty] woman, [who isn’t  discreet.]

The desire of the righteous is only [for] good: but the [hopes] of the wicked [lead to] wrath. There [ae those who scatter] [their money to those who need it] & yet [it] increases & there [are those who] withhold more [money] than is [right,] but it [leads] to poverty.

[Those who give generously,] shall be made [rich.] And he, [who] waters, shall also be watered, himself. He, [who] withholds corn, shall be [cursed by] the people: but him, [who] sells [his corn,] shall have [blessings] upon [his] head.

He, [who] diligently seeks good, [receives] favor: but he, [who] seeks [harm through mischievous plots,] it shall come [upon] him. [Psalm 7:15-16 He [who makes] a pit & [digs] it [shall fall] into the ditch, which he made. His mischief shall return upon his own head & his violent [behaviors] shall come down upon his own [head.]

He, [who trusts] in his riches shall fall: but the righteous shall flourish [like] a branch. [Jeremiah 17:10 I, the Lord, search the heart & I [test] the [heart strings] & even give to everyone according to the fruit of his [actions.]

He, [who troubles] his own house, shall inherit the wind & the fool shall be [the] servant to [those with] wise [hearts.] The [reward] of the righteous is [the] Tree of Life & he [who converts] souls is wise. [Look,] the righteous shall be [rewarded on] the earth: much more [than] the wicked & the sinner.

[Daniel 12:2-3 And many of them [who] sleep in the [dirt] of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life & some to shame & everlasting contempt. And [those who are] wise & [those who convert] many to righteousness, shall shine [like] the brightness of the [heavens] forever & ever.]

Proverbs 10:1-32 Some of the Proverbs of Solomon

Some of the Proverbs of Solomon

Proverbs 10:1-32                                  Proverbs [in Smaller Chunks]

The proverbs of Solomon. A wise son makes a glad father: but a foolish son is the [grief] of his mother. [The] treasures of wickedness [are of no benefit:] but righteousness delivers [people] from death.

[Isaiah 55:6-7 Seek you the Lord, while He may be found & call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked [abandon] his [path] & the unrighteous man his thoughts. And let him return to the Lord & to our God & He will have mercy upon him, for He will abundantly pardon.]

The Lord [won’t allow] the soul of the righteous to [starve:] but He [casts] away the [possessions] of the wicked. [He who has] a [lazy] hand, becomes poor: but the hand of [those who work industriously,] makes [him] rich.

He [who gathers grain] in the summer is a wise son: but he [who] sleeps [during] harvest, is a son that causes shame. Blessings are upon the head of the [righteous:] but violence [conceals] the mouth of the wicked.

Blessed is the memory of the just: but the name of the wicked shall rot. [Those with a] wise heart will receive commandments: but a [babbling] fool shall [be ruined.] He [who] walks [honestly,] walks [securely:] but he, [who leads people astray,] shall be known.

He, [who] winks [his] eye [causes trouble:] but a [babbling] fool shall [be ruined.] The mouth of a righteous man is a well of life: but violence [hides] the mouth of the wicked. Hatred [stirs] up [discord:] but love covers all sins.

Wisdom is found [on] the lips of him [who has] understanding: but a rod is for the back of him [who] is [without] understanding. Wise men [store] up knowledge: but the mouth of the foolish is near destruction. His strong [fortified] city is the rich man’s wealth & poverty is [the cause of] the destruction of the poor.

The labor of the righteous [leads] to life: but the [wages] of the wicked [leads] to sin. [Proverbs 5:22 The wicked himself, shall [be caught] in his own iniquities & he shall be held by the cords of his sins.] He, [who] keeps instruction is in the [road that leads to] life: but he, [who refuses correction, goes astray.]

He, [who hides] hatred with lying lips & he [who slanders,] is a fool. He, [who refrains] his lips is wise: but in the multitude of words, [he doesn’t] want [his] sin [to be known.]

The tongue of the just is [like] choice silver: the heart of the wicked is [of] little [value.] The lips of the righteous feed many: but fools die for [lack] of wisdom. The blessing of the Lord, makes [people] rich & He [doesn’t add] sorrow with it.

To [plot & cause harm through] mischief is [like] a sport to a fool: but a man [with] understanding has wisdom. [What] the wicked fear, shall come upon him: but the desire of the righteous shall be granted.

[Just like a tornado] passes [away,] so [shall] the wicked [be] no more: but the righteous [have] an everlasting foundation. [Psalm 37:9 For evildoers shall be cut off: but those [who] wait on the Lord, shall inherit the earth.]

[Like] vinegar [does] to the teeth & smoke to the eyes, so is the [lazy one] to them, [who] send him. The fear [respect] of the Lord prolongs [life:] but the years of the wicked shall be shortened.

Gladness shall be the hope of the righteous: but the [hope] of the wicked shall perish. The [Lord’s] way, is strength to the [righteous:] but destruction shall be [for those] workers of iniquity.

The righteous shall never be removed: but the wicked shall not inhabit the earth. [Psalm 37:22 For such [who are] blessed [by God,] shall inherit the earth & [those who are] cursed [by] Him, shall be [destroyed.]

The mouth of the just brings forth wisdom: but the [deceitful] tongue shall be [destroyed.] The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable: but the mouth of the wicked [speaks deceitfully.]

Proverbs 9:1-18 Go into the Lord God's House of Wisdom or into the Foolish Woman's House

Go into the Lord God's House of Wisdom or into the Foolish Woman's House

Proverbs 9:1-18                                    Proverbs [in Smaller Chunks]

Wisdom has built [its] house & [its] 7 pillars [have been cut] out. She has [slaughtered] [its sacrificial animals] & she has [mixed] her wine & her table [has been set.]

Her [female servants] have been sent [to cry] out upon the highest places of the city, [Whoever] is simple [minded,] let him turn in [here.] As for [those who lack] understanding, she [says] to him, Come, eat of my bread & drink of the wine [that] I have [mixed.]

[John 6:26-27 [After feeding the multitudes:] Jesus answered them & said, [Very truly,] I say to you, You seek Me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because you [ate] of the loaves & were filled. [Don't] labor for the meat which perishes, but for that meat which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man shall give to you. For God the Father has [given His] seal [upon] Him.

[Abandon the foolishness] & live & go in the [paths] of understanding. He [who chastises someone who looks down on others brings] shame to himself. And he [who scolds] a wicked man [causes harm to himself.]

[Don't chastise those who hold others in contempt,] lest he hate you. [But criticize] a wise man & he will love you. Give instruction to a wise man & he will [become even] wiser. Teach a just man & he will increase [his] learning.

The fear [respect] of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. The knowledge of [He, Who is] Holy, [leads to] understanding. For your days shall be multiplied by Me & the years of your life shall be increased.

If you [are] wise, you shall be wise for yourself: but if you [look down on others in contempt,] you shall bear [the responsibility for] it alone.

A foolish woman is [extremely loud.] She is simple [minded] & knows nothing. For she sits on a seat at the door of her house, in the high places of the city, to call [those who pass] right [by] on their [way.] Let [whoever] is simple [minded,] turn in [here.]

As for [those who lack] understanding, she [says] to him, Stolen waters are sweet & bread eaten in secret is pleasant. But he [doesn't] know that the dead are there & that her guests are in the depths of hell.

Proverbs 8:1-36 The Value of Wisdom & Understanding

The Value of Wisdom & Understanding

Proverbs 8:1-36     Proverbs [in Smaller Chunks]

Doesn't wisdom cry [out?] And understanding [puts out its] voice? [Understanding & wisdom] stand in the top of the high places, by the [road &] in the places of [its] paths.

[Numbers 33:52 Then, you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you. And destroy all their pictures, all their [molded] images & [tear] down their high places.]

[Understanding & wisdom] [cry out] at the gates, at the [entrance] of the city, coming in [through] the doors. O men, I call to you & to the sons of man [with] my voice.

O you simple [minded,] understand wisdom & you fools, [have] an understanding heart. [Listen,] for [the] lips [of] my mouth will speak of excellent & [of righteous] things. For my mouth will speak [of] truth.

And wickedness is an abomination to my lips. All the words of my mouth are [said] in righteousness. There isn't [anything deceitful] in them. They are all plain [to those who] understand & right to [those who] find knowledge.

Receive my instruction & knowledge, [which is more beneficial] than silver [& the best] gold. For wisdom is better than rubies. And [all desirable] things [can't] be compared to it.

I, wisdom, [live cautiously] & find out knowledge of [devious plots.] The fear [respect] of the Lord is to hate evil, pride, [arrogance] & the evil [paths] & I hate [those with deceitful] mouths.

[Advice] & sound wisdom [are] mine. I am understanding & I have strength. Kings [rule because of] me & princes decree justice. [Romans 13:1 Let every soul be subject unto the [governing] powers. For there is no power, but [that] of God: the powers that are obtained [through] God.]

Princes, nobles & even all the judges of the earth rule [through] me. I love [those who] love me & [those who] seek me early shall find me. [John 14:21 He [who has] My commandments & keeps them, is he [who] loves Me. And he [who] loves Me, shall be loved [by] My Father & I will [reveal] Myself to him.]

[Yes, enduring] riches, honor & righteousness are with Me. [Matthew 6:33 But seek you first the kingdom of God & His righteousness. And all these things shall be added to you.] My fruit is better than fine gold & my [value is more than the best] silver.

I [walk] in the [road] of righteousness, in the [middle] of the paths of [justice, so] that I may cause those [who] love Me to inherit [wealth] & I will fill their treasures.

[John 3:15-16 That [whoever] believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son [so] that [whoever] believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.]

[I belonged to] the Lord, in the beginning of His [path,] before [God's] works [in ancient times.] [Job 28:28 And to man, He said, [Look,] the fear [respect] of the Lord, is wisdom & to depart from evil is understanding.] From the Beginning, I was set up from everlasting, or [whenever] the earth was [created.]

[1 Chronicles 28:6-7 And [God] said to me, Solomon, your son, he shall build My house & My [courtyards:] for I have chosen him to be My son & I will be his Father. [Additionally,] I will establish his kingdom forever, if he [continually does] My commandments & My judgments, [like] at this day.]

When there weren't [any deep oceans,] I was brought forth & when there weren't [any] fountains [of abundant waters.] Before the mountains & the hills were settled, I was brought [in plain sight.].

[Psalm 90:2 Before the mountains were brought forth, or [whenever] You had formed the earth & the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God.]

While [the Lord God] hadn't yet made the earth, nor the fields, nor the [tall sand dunes] of the world.  [And] when [the Lord God] prepared the heavens, I was there & when He [drew a circle] upon the [surface] of the deep [oceans,]

[And] when [the Lord God] established the clouds above & when He strengthened the fountains of the deep [oceans;] When [God] gave the sea [its limits, so] that the waters [wouldn't pass beyond His command:]

When He [designated] the foundations of the earth: I was [with] Him then, [like someone] brought up with Him. And I was His delight daily, rejoicing always [in front of the Lord God.]

[1 John 1:1-2 That Which was from the Beginning, Which we have heard, Which we have seen with our [own] eyes, Which we have looked upon & our hands have handled of the Word of Life; (For the Life was [revealed] & we have seen it & bear witness & [show] to you that eternal Life, which was with the Father & was [revealed] to us.)]

Rejoicing in the [portions] of the earth [that were inhabitable.] And My delights were with the sons of men. [Psalm 16:3 But to the saints that are in the earth & to the excellent, in Whom is all My delight.] Therefore, now [pay attention] to me, O you children: for blessed are [those who] keep my Ways.

[Psalm 119:1-2  Blessed are the [blameless] in the [path] who walk in the Law of the Lord. Blessed are [those who] keep His Testimonies & seek Him with [a] whole heart.] Hear [this] instruction & be wise & [don't] refuse it. Blessed is the man [who] hears Me, watching daily at My gates, waiting at My [door] posts.

For [whoever] finds me, finds Life & shall obtain favor [from] the Lord.  [John 17:3 And this is eternal life, that they might know You, the only true God & Jesus Christ, Whom You have sent.] But he [who sins] against Me [harms] his own soul. All [who] hate Me, love death.
