About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible::

About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Ezekiel 43:1-27 Ezekiel's Vision About Purifying the Altar After Major Sins

Ezekiel's Vision About Purifying the Altar After Major Sins

Ezekiel 43:1-27             The Book of Ezekiel [in Smaller Chunks]

Afterward, he brought me to the gate, even the gate that [faces] toward the East. [Ezekiel 40:3-4 He brought me [there] & [I saw] there was a man, whose appearance was like the [resemblance] of brass, with a flax [measuring] line & a measuring reed in his hand & he stood in the gate.

And the man said to me, Son of man, [look] with your eyes & hear with your ears. And [focus] your heart upon all that I shall [declare] to you, [in order] that I might [show] them to you. [That's why] you are brought [here.] Declare all you see to the house of Israel.]

And [I saw,] the glory of the God of Israel came from the [road] in the East. And His voice was like the noise of many waters & the earth [shone, a.k.a. glowed,] with His glory.

[Revelation 1:14-15 His head & His hairs were white like wool, as white as snow. And His eyes were [like] a flame of fire. And His feet [were similar] to brass, as if they burned in a furnace. And His voice [was] like the sound of many waters.]

And, [Who] I saw was according to the vision, even the vision that I saw when I came to destroy the city. And the visions were like the [visions] that I saw by the River Chebar, [a.k.a. Kebar,] & I fell upon my face. [Ezekiel 1:28 This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord.

[Like] the appearance of the [rainbow] that is in the cloud [on a rainy] day. So was the appearance of the brightness [all around.] And when I saw it, I fell upon my face & I heard the voice of [the] One, [Who spoke.]

And the glory of the Lord came into the [Lord's] house, by the [gate's road facing] East. So, the Spirit took me up & brought me into the inner court. And [I saw] the glory of the Lord filled the house. And I heard Him speaking to me, [from inside] the house.

And the man stood by me. And He said to me, Son of man, the house of Israel & their kings shall no [longer] defile My Holy Name; the place of My throne; & the place of the soles of My feet, where I dwell in the midst of the children [people] of Israel forever, by their [acts of unfaithful harlotry,] nor by the [corpses] of their kings in their high places.

They have even defiled  My Holy Name, by their abominations that they have committed, [by] their [idols'] threshold by My thresholds & their post, by My posts & the wall between Me & them. [For this reason,] I have consumed them in [My] anger.

[2 Kings 21:4-7 And he built altars in the [Lord's] house, of which the Lord said, I will put My Name in Jerusalem. And he built altars for all the host, [a.k.a. stars, or constellations,] of heaven, in the 2 courts of the [Lord's] house.

And he made his son pass through the fire; & observed times, [a.k.a. astrology or horoscopes;] used enchantments, & dealt with familiar spirits, [a.k.a. talking with the dead;] & wizards. He [brought about] much wickedness in the sight of the Lord, to provoke Him to anger.

And he [put from] the grove, a [carved] image that he had made, [into] the [Lord's] house, of which the Lord said to David & Solomon, his son, I will put My Name forever in this house & in Jerusalem, which I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel.]

Now, let them put away their [unfaithful harlotry,] & the [corpses] of their kings far from Me & I will dwell in the midst of them forever. You, Son of man, [declare] [about the Lord's] house, to the house of Israel, [so] that they may be ashamed of their [sinfulness] & let them measure [the temple's] pattern.

And if they are ashamed of all that they have done, [show] them the [diagram] of the [Lord's] house & [its design;] and [its: exits & entrances & structure] of it. And all [its: rules; requirements; & laws of it.] And write [these] in their sight, [so] that they may keep [all the requirements & rules of it] & do them.

This is the Law of the [Lord's] house; upon the top of the mountain, the whole [boundary surrounding all around it,] shall be Most Holy. [See,] this is the Law of the [Lord's] house. [Revelation 21:10 And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great & high mountain & [showed] me that great city, the holy Juerusalem, descending out of heaven from God.]

And these are the [measurements] of the altar, [according] to the [cubit.] The cubit is: a cubit [plus] a [hand's width.] Even [its] bottom shall be a cubit [long] & a cubit [wide.] And [its] border, by the edge [of it all around] shall be a [hand's] span.

And this shall be the [highest] place of the altar. And from the bottom, [a.k.a. base,] on the ground, even to the lower [ledge] shall be 2 cubits & the [width] 1 cubit. And from the [lower ledge,] even to the [highest ledge,] shall be 4 cubits & the [width] 1 cubit.

So, the altar shall be 4 cubits, & from the altar & [on the top] [corners] shall be 4 horns. [Exodus 27:2 And you shall make the horns of it upon the 4 corners [there.] [Its] horns shall be the same & you shall overlay it with brass.]

And the altar shall be 12 cubits long & 12 [wide] & square [within its] 4 square [corners of it.] And the [ledge] shall be 14 cubits long & 14 [wide, from] the 4 [corners of it.] And the border [around] it, shall be 1/2 a cubit, [around it.] And [its] stairs shall [face] toward the East.

And he said to me, Son of man, The Lord God says [this;] These are the [rules] of the altar [on] the day when they shall make it, to offer burnt offerings & to sprinkle blood [on it.]

[Hebrew 9:21-22 [Also, Moses] sprinkled with [the] blood [on] both the tabernacle & all the vessels of the ministry. And almost all things are purged with blood, by the Law. And without [the] shedding of blood, [there] is no remission, [a.k.a. forgiveness.]

And The Lord God says, You shall give a young [bull] for a sin offering, to the priests, the Levites, [who are] of the seed, [a.k.a. descendants] of Zadok, to minister to Me. And you shall take [some] of [its] blood & put it on the 4 horns of it, [that are] on [ts] 4 corners of the [ledge,] upon [its] border [all around it.]

[By this,] you shall cleanse & purge it, [a.k.a. make atonement for it.] You shall also take the [bull] of the sin offering & he shall burn it in the appointed place of the [Lord's] house, [outside] the sanctuary.

[Leviticus 4:11-12 And the skin of the [bull;] & all [its] flesh; with [its] head; & legs; [internal parts; & feces;] even he shall carry [out] the whole [bull, outside] the camp to a clean place, where the ashes are poured out & burn him on the wood, with fire. [And] he shall be burnt where the ashes are poured out.]

And on the 2nd day, you shall offer a kid [goat] without blemish, for a sin offering. And they shall cleanse the altar, [like] they [cleansed] it with the [bull.] When you have [finished] cleansing it, you shall offer a young [bull,] without blemish & a ram, out of the flock without blemish.

And you shall offer them before the Lord & the priests shall [throw] salt upon them. And they shall offer them up for a burnt offering to the Lord. You shall prepare every day, [for] 7 days, a: goat for a sin offering & they shall also prepare a young [bull] & a ram out of the flock without blemish.

[Leviticus 8:33 And you shall not go out of the door of the tabernacle of the congregation [for] 7 days, until the days of your consecration [are finished.] [Because] he shall consecrate you for 7 days.]

They shall purge the altar & purify it 7 days. And they shall consecrate themselves. And when these days are [finished,] it shall [happen] that the 8th day, [on,] the priests shall make your burnt offerings & peace offerings upon the altar. And I will accept you, [said] the Lord God.

Ezekiel 42:1-20 The Man Measures the Outer Court

The Man Measures the Outer Court

Ezekiel 42:1-20            The Book of Ezekiel [in Smaller Chunks]

Then, he brought me, [out] & into the [outer] court, [by] the [road facing] North,. And he brought me into the [room] that was over [next to] the separate [courtyard, in front of] the building [facing] North.

[In front,] the length [to] the North door, [was] 100 cubits & [its width] 50 cubits. Over [next to] the 20 cubits [that belonged to] the inner court & [next to] the pavement [walkway for] the [outer] court, was [a] gallery, [on top of a] gallery, [a.k.a. hallway or walkway] in 3 stories.

[Ezekiel 40:17 Then he brought me into the [outer] court & [look,] there were [rooms] & pavement made for the court [all around it.] 30 rooms [faced] the pavement.]

And [in front of] the rooms, [of which] their doors [faced] North, was [an inner walkway] 10 cubits [wide] & [a] 1 cubit [path.] Now, the upper [rooms] were shorter: [because] the [upper] [hallways] [were larger,] than the lower & [middle] [stories] of the building.

For they were in 3 stories, but [they] [didn't] have [the] pillars, [like] the pillars, [a.k.a. columns,] of the courts. Therefore, the [upper story of] the building was [shortened] more than the lowest & [middle stories] from the ground.

And the wall was 50 cubits [long,] that was [outside next to] the rooms, toward the [outer] court [facing] the [front] of the rooms. For the length was 50 cubits [for] the [rooms] that were in the [outer] court & [the front of] the temple [was] 100 cubits.

From [the lower rooms,] was the East [entrance] as [someone enters] into them from the [outer] court. The [rooms] were [within the thick walls of the court facing] East & [facing] the separate [courtyard facing] & the  building.

And the [walkway in front] of them, [looked] like the [rooms facing] North & were [the same length & width] as they [were.] And all their [exits] & doors were both according to their [plans.]

And similarly,] the doors of the [rooms facing] South, was a door in the [front] of the [hallway,] as [someone] enters into [it] & even the [path] directly [in front of] the wall [facing] East.

Then, he said to me, The North & South [rooms in front of] the separate [courtyard are] holy [rooms,] where the priests, [who] approach the Lord, shall eat the Most Holy things.

They shall lay the Most Holy things there: the meat/grain offering; sin offering & the trespass offering: for the place is Holy. When the priests enter [there,] they shall not go out of the Holy Place into the [outer] court. But they shall lay their garments, [in which] they minister [there;] for they are Holy.

And [they] shall put on other [clothing] & shall [come] to those things [that] are for the people. Now, when he had [finished] measuring the inner house [of the Lord,] he brought me [out] toward the gate [facing] East, & measured [all around it.]

With the measuring reed, he measured the East side [of the Lord's house:] 500 reeds, [a.k.a. 3,000 cubits.] With the measuring reed, he measured the North side, [of the Lord's house:] 500 reeds.

With the measuring reed, he measured the South side, [of the Lord's house:] 500 reeds. He [turned around] to the West side, & with the measuring reed, he measured 500 reeds.

He measured it [on] the 4 sides. It had a wall [all around it,] 500 reeds long & 500 reeds [wide,] to make a separation between the Sanctuary & the [common] place.

Ezekiel 41:1-26 The Man Continues to Measure the Lord's Temple

The Man Continues to Measure the Lord's Temple

Ezekiel 41:1-26            The Book of Ezekiel [in Smaller Chunks]

[Ezekiel 40:2-3 In the visions of God, He brought me into the land of Israel & [put] me upon a very high mountain, [in] which, [on] the South, was [what looked like] the [shape] of a city. And He brought me [there] & [I] saw, a man was [there,] whose appearance was like brass, with a flax [measuring] line in his hand & a [measuring] reed & he stood in the gate.]

[Later,] he brought me to the temple & measured the [door] posts, 6 cubits [wide,] on the one side & 6 cubits [wide] on the other side, which [were across] the width of the tabernacle.

And the [width] of the [entrance] door was 10 cubits & the sides [next to] the door were 5 cubits on one side & 5 cubits on the other side. And he measured [the temple's] length: 40 cubits & [its width:] 20 cubits.

Then, he went [inside] & measured [each of] the [doorway's side posts;] 2 cubits; the door [was] 6 cubits [high] & the [width] of [each of] the [2 doors:] 7 cubits.

And he said to me, This is the Most Holy Place, [a.k.a. The Holy of Holies.] After he measured the wall of the [Lord's] house, [a.k.a. the temple:] 6 cubits & the width of every side [room:] 4 cubits, [all around] the house on every side.

And the side [rooms] were [in] 3 [stories,] one [room] over another & [there was a total of:] 30 [side rooms: 5 on the North side of all 3 stories & 5 on the South side of all 3 stories.]

And they entered into the [walled staircase,] which was for the side [rooms] of the [Lord's] house, [all around it, so] that they might [take] hold [of the staircase rails,] but not hold [onto] the wall of the [Lord's] house. And there was an [enlarged opening] & a winding [staircase, going] upward [to the side rooms] [around] the [Lord's] house.

[1 Kings 6:8 The door for the middle [story] was [on] the right side of the house & they went up with winding stairs into the middle [story] & out of the middle & into the third [story.]

Therefore, the [width] of the house increased [upward] from the lowest [rooms] to the highest, [through] the midst [of it.] [1 Kings 6:5-6 And against the wall of the [Lord's] house, he built [rooms around it,] both of the temple & of the oracle, [a.k.a. The Holy of Holies,] & he made [rooms around it.]

The [rooms] [on the bottom story] [were] 5 cubits [wide] & the [rooms on the] middle [story] [were] 6 cubits [wide] & the [rooms on the] third [story] [were] 7 cubits [wide.] For [outside] in the wall of the [Lord's] house, he made [narrow ledges around it so] that the beams shouldn't be fastened to the wall of the [Lord's] house.]

I also saw the height of the [Lord's] house & [around it.] The foundations of the side [rooms] were a full reed of 6 great cubits. The thickness of the wall, for the side [rooms outside,] was 5 cubits & [what] was left was the [open] place, [a.k.a. terrace, for] the side [rooms] that were [inside.]

And between the [entrance of the] [rooms] [outside & the entrance of the rooms inside] was [a distance of] 20 cubits, around, [including the 5 cubit thick walls of] the [Lord's] house on every side [of the first story.]

And the doors of the side [rooms faced] the [open] place that was left, 1 door toward the North & another door toward the South. [The entrance of the 5 rooms inside of each of the 3 stories on the North side, would open to the South & [its] terrace door would open to the North.

The entrance of the 5 rooms inside on each of the 3 stories on the South side, would open to the North & [its] terrace door would open to the South.] And the width of the [terrace] that was left, was 5 cubits, all around it.]

Now the building that was [in front of] the separate [courtyard] at the end, [faced] West & was 70 cubits [wide] & 90 cubits long. And the [building's] wall was 5 cubits thick [all around it.]

So, he measured the [Lord's] house, 100 cubits long. And the separate [courtyard] & the building with [its] walls, [were] 100 cubits long. Also, the [width] of the [front] of the house & the separate [courtyard facing] East, [was] 100 cubits long.

And he measured the length of the building [facing] the separate [courtyard that] was behind it & [its] galleries, [a.k.a. hallways or walkways] on one side & on the other side, [were] 100 cubits.

[This included:] the inner temple; the [court's] porches, [a.k.a. covered porches & vestibules,] door posts; narrow windows; & the [hallways all around] on [its] 3 stories, [opposite the door's threshold,] [which were:] paneled all around] with wood from the ground up to the windows.

And the windows were covered, [even] above the [door, a.k.a. transom window;] even to the inner house, [a.k.a. The Holy of Holies;] & [outside] by all the [walls around it, inside & outside,] by [measurement.]

And it was [carved] with cherubims, [a.k.a. angelic figures,] & palm trees. So, that a palm tree was between a cherub & [another] cherub. And every cherub had 2 faces; so that the face of man was toward the palm tree on one side & the face of a young lion toward the palm tree on the other side.

It was [carved all around] through the [Lord's] house. [There] were cherubims & palm trees made, from the ground to above the door & on the wall of the temple, [a.k.a. Sanctuary.]

The [temple's] door] posts were squared, [as was] the [front] of the Sanctuary. The appearance of one [doorpost] was [like] the other. The wood altar was 3 cubits high & [its] length, 2 cubits. And [its:] corners; [its] length & [its] walls, were [made] of wood.

And he said to me, This is the table before the Lord. And the temple & the Sanctuary had 2 doors, [a.k.a. double doors.] And the 2 doors [each] had 2 [folding] leaves, [a.k.a. panels.] 2 [panels] for the one door & 2 [panels] for the other door.

And cherubims & palm trees were [carved] on the doors of the temple, like [those carved] upon the walls. And there [was a wooden canopy] upon the [front] of the [outside] porch, [made with] thick planks.

And there were narrow windows, [with] palm trees on [either side of them] & on the sides of the porch & upon the side [rooms] of the [Lord's] house & [on the canopies.]
