About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible::

About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Genesis 21:1-34 Abraham is 100 When Sarah Has His Son, Isaac

Abraham is 100 When Sarah Has His Son, Isaac

Genesis 21:1-34                  The First Book of Moses Called Genesis

The Lord [God] visited Sarah as He had [said & she conceived & bore] a son for Abraham in his old age, at the [particular time] which God had spoken to him. Abraham at 100 years old, called the son that Sarah [bore] to him, Isaac. Abraham circumcised his son, Isaac, [when he was] 8 days old, as God commanded him.

Sarah said, God made me laugh, so all [who] hear will laugh with me. Who would have said to Abraham that Sarah would [nurse] children? For I have [given] him a son in his old age. The child grew & was weaned & Abraham made a great feast the same day, Isaac was weaned. And Sarah saw [Abraham's other] son [by] Hagar, the Egyptian, mocking.

[Sarah asked Abraham,] Cast out this bond woman, [Hagar] & her son: for the son of this bond woman shall not be not the heir with Isaac, my son. This thing was [displeasing] to Abraham, because of his [other] son, [Ishmael.] *God [told] Abraham, Don't be [very sorry], because of the lad & the bond woman, but [listen to what Sarah has said,] for in Isaac, your [descendants] shall be called.

[Hebrews 117-18 By faith Abraham, when he was [tested,] offered up Isaac & he [who] had received the promises, offered up his only begotten son. Of whom it was said, That in Isaac, your seed [descendants] shall be called.]

I [the Lord God] will also make a nation of the son of the bondwoman, because he is your [offspring.] [Genesis 17:20 And as for Ishmael, I have heard you: [Look,] I have blessed him & will make him fruitful & will multiply him exceedingly. He shall [father] 12 princes & I will make a great nation [from] him.]

Abraham rose early & took bread & a bottle of water & put it on Hagar’s shoulder before sending her & the [boy] away. She wandered into the Wilderness of Beersheba & [when] their water in the bottle was [gone]. Hagar [placed her son] under one of the shrubs & sat opposite him, [like] a bowshot distance & said, Let me not see the death of the child & lifted up her voice & wept.

God heard the voice of the lad & the angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven & asked her, What ails you, Hagar? Fear not: for God has heard the voice of the lad where he is. [Stand] & lift the lad up & hold him in your [hands;] for I will make him a great nation.

[Then,] God opened her eyes & she saw a well of water & she went & filled the bottle with water & gave the lad [some to] drink. God was with the lad & he grew & became an archer & dwelt in the Wilderness of Paran & his mother [got a] wife for him from the land of Egypt.

It [happened] at that time, that [king] Abimelech & Phichol, the chief captain of his [army, spoke] to Abraham saying, God is with you in all you do, so swear to me, by God that you will not deal falsely with me, my son, or my [descendants], but you will do to me according to the kindness that I have done to you in the land where you’ve [dwelt.] Abraham said, I will swear.

[Then,] Abraham [complained] to Abimelech [about] his servants violently taking away [his] well of water. Abimelech said, I don’t know who has done this thing & neither did you tell me [about it] & I [hadn't] heard [about it until] today. Abraham gave Abimelech sheep & oxen & they both made a covenant [contract] together. Abraham set 7 [female] lambs by themselves. Abimelech [asked,] What do these 7 [female] lambs set by themselves mean? [Abraham] said, For these 7 [female] lambs, [that] you shall take [from] my hand, [so] that they may be a witness that I [Abraham] have dug this well. [Therefore, Abraham] called the place BeerSheba, because both of them [swore an oath] &  made a covenant [contract] there at BeerSheba.

Then, Abimelech & Phichol, his chief captain of his [army] returned to the land of the Philistines. Abraham planted a grove [of trees] in BeerSheba & [he] called there on the name of the Lord, the Everlasting God. Abraham [stayed] in the land of the Philistines [for] many days.
