Looking for the Lord God, Compared to Looking for Her Beloved

Song of Solomon 3:1-11                 The Song of Solomon [in Smaller Chunks]

[At] night, on my bed I sought Him, Whom my soul [loves,] but I [didn't find] Him. [Isaiah 1:15-16 And when you spread [out] your hands, I will hide [My] eyes from you. [Yes,] when you make many prayers, I won’t hear: your hands are full of [bloodshed.] Wash [yourselves,] & make [yourselves] clean. Put away the evil of your [actions] from [in front of My] eyes, & [stop doing] [what is:] evil.]

I will rise now, & go in the streets, [around] the city, & I will seek Him, Whom my soul [loves] in the [wide roads.] I sought Him, but I [didn’t] find Him.  [Isaiah 54:7-8 For a [little] moment, I have [abandoned] you. But I will gather you with great mercies. I hid My face from you for a moment, in a little [anger,] but I will have mercy on you, with everlasting kindness, [says] the Lord your Redeemer.]

The [night] [guards, who] go [around] the city found me: to whom I said, [Did] you see Him, Whom my soul [loves?] It was [just] a little [while] that I passed from them, but I found Him, Whom my soul [loves,] & I held Him. [Matthew 28:5-10 And the Angel answered, & said to the women, [Don't] you fear, for I know that you seek Jesus, [Who] was crucified. He isn't here: for He is Risen, [like] He said. Come, & see the place where the Lord lay. And go quickly, & tell His disciples that He is risen from the dead. And [watch,] He [goes] before you into Galilee. You shall see Him there. [Look,] I have told you. And as they, [a.k.a. the women,] went to tell His disciples, [looked,] & Jesus met them, saying, All hail, [a.k.a. Rejoice.] And they came, & held Him by the feet, & worshiped Him. Then, Jesus said to them, [Don't] be afraid. Go tell My brethren [so] that they go into Galilee, & they shall see Me there.]

And [I] wouldn't let him go, until I had brought him into my mother's house, & into the [bedroom,] of her, [who] conceived me. O you daughters of Jerusalem, I [order] you, [to be quiet like] the [gazelles, & does] of the field, [so] you [don't] stir up, nor [wake up] my love, [until] he [pleases.] [Romans 13:10-12 Love [works] no ill [will] to his [neighbor.] Therefore, love is fulfilling the Law. And [know] that it is high time to awake out of sleep. For our Salvation is nearer now, than when we [first] believed. The night is [almost over,] & the day is at hand, [a.k.a. near.] Therefore, let us cast off the works of darkness, & let us put on the [armor] of Light.]

Who is this [Who comes] out of the wilderness, like pillars of smoke. [Exodus 13:20-22 And they took their journey from Succoth, & [camped on] the edge of the wilderness in Etham. And the Lord went [in front of] them by day, in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them, [on] the [road.] And in a pillar of fire by night, to give them light; to go by day & night. He [didn't take] away the pillar of the cloud by day, nor the pillar of fire by night, from [in front of] the people.]

[See,] his bed, perfumed with myrrh, & frankincense, with all [types] of powders, [from] the merchant, which is Somomon's: 60 valiant men, of the valiant of Israel, are [around] it. Being expert in war, they all hold swords. Every man [has] his sword upon his thigh, because of fear in the night.  [Ephesians 6:11-12 Put on the whole [armor] of God, [so] that you may be able to stand [up] against the wiles, [a.k.a. tricks,] of the devil. For we [don't] wrestle against flesh & blood, but against: principalities, powers, rulers of the [world's] darkness, & against spiritual wickedness in high places.]

King Solomon made himself a chariot of wood [from] Lebanon. He made [the chariot's] pillars of silver, & [its] bottom of gold. The covering of it [is made] of purple, & [its interior] [is lined] with love, [by] the daughters of Jerusalem.

O you daughters of Zion, Go [forward, & see] king Solomon with the crown, [with which] his mother crowned him [on] the day of his [wedding,] the day of his [heart's] gladness.

[Revelation 19:9-12 And [the Angel said] to me, Write, Blessed are [those who] are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he [said] to me, These are the True sayings of God.

And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said to me, See [that] you [don't] do it. I am your fellow servant, & of the brethren, [who] have the testimony [about] Jesus. Worship God: for the testimony [about] Jesus is the [Holy] Spirit of Prophecy.

And I saw heaven opened, & [saw] a white horse; & He, [Who] sat upon him, was called Faithful & True.  In righteousness, He [judges] & [makes] war. His eyes were [like] a flame of fire, & on His head were many crowns. And He had a Name written, that no man knew, but [only] He, Himself.]
