About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: Since the Lord had it on my heart to write this blog, I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Jeremiah 20:1-18 Pashur has Put Jeremiah, the Prophet, into Stocks

Pashur has Put Jeremiah, the Prophet, into Stocks

Jeremiah 20:1-18                               The Book of Jeremiah [in Smaller Chunks]

Now, Pashur, [Immer's] son, the priest, who also was chief governor [in charge over] the [Lord's] house, heard that Jeremiah [had] prophesied these things. Then, Pashur [struck] Jeremiah, the prophet, & put him in stocks that were in the High Gate of Benjamin, [near] the [Lord's] house. [Jeremiah 37:13-14 And when [Jeremiah] was in the gate of Benjamin, a captain of the [division] was there, whose name was Irijah, [Shelemiah's] son, [who was] the son of Hananiah; & he [seized] Jeremiah, the prophet, saying, You [are defecting] to the Chaldeans. Then, Jeremiah said, It's false. I [didn't] fall, [a.k.a. defect.] to the Chaldeans. But [Irijah didn't pay attention] to him. So, Irijah took Jeremiah, & brought him to the princes.]

And it [happened] on the [next day,] that Pashur brought Jeremiah out of the stocks. Then, Jeremiah said to him, The Lord [hasn't] called your name Pashur, but Magor Missabib. For the Lord [says this, Look,] I will make you a terror to yourself, & to all your friends.

And they shall fall by the sword of their enemies, & your eyes shall [see] it. And I will give all Judah into the hand of [Babylon's] king, & he shall carry them captive into Babylon, & shall [kill] them with the sword.

[Jeremiah 21:8-10 And you [shall] say to this people, The Lord [says this; Look] I will [put] before you the Way of Life, & the Way of Death. He, [who remains] in this city, shall die by the: sword, famine, & pestilence.

But he [who goes] out, & falls, [a.k.a. defects,] to the Chaldeans, [who attack] you, shall live. And his life shall be [for a prize] to him. For I have set My face against this city for [calamity,] & not for good, [says] the Lord. It shall be given, [a.k.a. turned over,] into the hand of [Babylon's] king. And he shall burn it with fire.]

[Also,] I will deliver all the strength of this city, & all: [its labors,] & [its] precious things, & the treasures of [Judah's] kings, & I will give [them] into the hand of their enemies, [who] shall [plunder] them, & take, & carry them to Babylon.

[Jeremiah 19:12-13 The Lord [says,] I will do [this] to this place, & to [its residents,] & even make this city [like] Tophet, [a.k.a. Topheth.] And the houses of: Jerusalem, & [Judah's] kings, shall be defiled, [like] the place of Tophet, because of all the [rooftops] of the houses [on which] they have burned incense to all the host, [a.k.a. stars & constellations,] of heaven, & have poured out drink offerings to other gods.]

And you, Pashur, & all [who] dwell in your house shall go into captivity. And you [shall] come to Babylon, & you [shall] die there, & [shall] be buried there, you, & all your friends, to whom you [have] prophesied lies.

O Lord, You [have] deceived me, & I was [persuaded.] You [are] stronger than I [am,] & [have] prevailed. I am [ridiculed] daily, & everyone [mocks] me. For since I [spoke,] & I cried out, I cried [out about:] violence, & [plunder]; because the Word of the Lord was made a [disgrace] to me, & [ridiculed] daily.

Then, I said, I won't make mention of Him, nor speak in His Name, any more. But His Word was in my heart [like] a burning fire, [closed] up [within] my bones. And I was [tired of holding it back,] & I couldn't [cease.] For I heard the [slandering] of many, [with] fear on every side.

They say, Report, & we will report it. All my [acquaintances] watched for my [ceasing,] saying, [Perhaps,] he will be [persuaded,] & we shall prevail against him, & take our revenge on him. [Psalm 31:13 For I have heard the slander of many. Fear was on every side: [while] they took counsel together against Me, & they [plotted] to take away My life.]

But the Lord is with me [like] a [terribly] [awesome,] Mighty One. Therefore, my persecutors shall stumble, & they shall not prevail. They shall be greatly ashamed; for they shall not prosper, & their everlasting confusion shall never be forgotten.

[Jeremiah 17:18 Let [those who] persecute me be [confused,] but [don't] let me be [ashamed.] Let them be dismayed, but don't let me be [discouraged.] Bring upon them the day of evil, & destroy them with double destruction.]

But, O Lord of Hosts, [Who tests] the righteous, & [sees] the [heart strings,] & the heart, let me see Your vengeance on them. For I have opened my cause to You. [Jeremiah 15:15 O Lord, You [know,] & remember me. Visit me, & [avenge] me of my persecutors. In Your patience, [don't] take me away. Know that I have suffered [disgrace,] for Your sake.]

Sing to the Lord, & you, praise the Lord: for He [has] delivered the soul, [a.k.a. life,] of the poor from the hand of [those who] [do evil.] Cursed [is] the day [in which] I was born.

[Don't] let the day [in which ]my mother [delivered] me, be blessed. Cursed [is] the man who brought [news] to my father, saying, A [male] child is born to you; making him very glad. And let that man be [like] the cities [that didn't repent,] which the Lord overthrew.

And let Him hear the [out] cry in the morning, & the shouting at [noon.] Because He [didn't kill] me from the womb; or that my mother might have [miscarried,] & her womb always be [large] with me, & might have been my grave. [For what reason,] [did] I [come] out of the womb, to see [labor,] & sorrow, [so] that my days should be consumed with shame?
