About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible::

About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Mark 11:1-33 Palm Sunday

Palm Sunday

Mark 11:1-33         The Gospel According to Mark [in Smaller Chunks]

And when they came [near] to Jerusalem, Bethphage, & Bethany, at the Mount of Olives, *[Jesus sent out] 2 of His disciples, & [said] to them, Go [on] your way into the village, [across from] you. And as soon as you [have] entered into it, you shall find a colt tied, [upon which, no] man [ever] sat.

[Loosen] him, & bring him. And if any man [says] to you, Why do you [do] this? You, say, That the Lord [has] need of him. And [immediately,] he will send him [here.] *And they went [on] their way, & found the colt tied by the door [outside,] in a place where 2 [roads] met, & they [loosened] him.

*And [some] of [those, who] stood there, said to them, What do you [do] [loosening] the colt? *And they said to them, even [like] Jesus commanded: & they let them go.

*And they brought the colt to Jesus, & [threw] their garments on him; & Jesus sat upon him. And many spread their garments in the [road:] & others cut down branches off the trees, & [spread] them in the [road.] [Zechariah 9:9 *Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion. Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem. [Look,] your King comes to you. He is just, & [has] Salvation; lowly, & riding upon a [mule,] & upon a colt, the foal of a [mule.]

*And [those, who] went [in front,] & [those, who] followed, cried [out,] saying, Hosanna; Blessed is He, [Who] comes in the Name of the Lord. Blessed [is] the kingdom of our father, David, that comes in the Name of the Lord: Hosanna in the highest. [Psalm 118:26 *Blessed [is] He, [Who] comes in the Name of the Lord. We have blessed You, out of the house of the Lord.]

And Jesus entered into Jerusalem, & into the temple. And when [Jesus] had looked [all around] upon all things, & [sunset] was now [coming,] He went out to Bethany with the 12.

And on [the next day,] when they [came] from Bethany, [Jesus] was hungry. And seeing a fig tree, having leaves, [far] off, He came, if [perhaps,] He might find anything [on it.] And when [Jesus] came to it, He found nothing but leaves: for [it] wasn't the time [for] figs yet. And Jesus said to it, [Let] no man eat fruit [from] you, [from now on,] forever. And His disciples heard it.

And they [came] to Jerusalem, & *Jesus went into the temple, & began to [throw] out, [those, who] sold & bought in the temple, & [threw over] the [money changers'] tables, & the seats of [those, who] sold doves; & wouldn't [allow] that any man should  carry any vessel through the temple.

And [Jesus] taught, saying to them, Isn't it written [in the Scriptures,] My house shall be called [by] all nations, the house of prayer? But you have made it a den of thieves. [Isaiah 56:7 *I will bring even [those] to My Holy Mountain, & make them joyful in My house of prayer. Their burnt offerings & their sacrifices shall be accepted upon [My] altar. For [My] house shall be called [a] house of prayer of all people.]

*And the scribes & chief priests heard it, & sought how they might destroy [Jesus.] For they feared Him, because all the people [were] astonished at His doctrine, [a.k.a. teaching.]

[Psalm 41:7 *All, [who] hate Me, whisper together against Me. And they devise [plots] against Me, [for] My [harm.]

And when [evening had] come, [Jesus] went out of the city. *And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. And Peter [remembered,] & [said] to Him, Master, [a.k.a. Teacher, See,] the tree, [that] You [cursed has] withered away.

And Jesus answering, [said] to them, Have faith in God. For [truly,] I say to you, That [whoever] shall say to this mountain, You, be removed, & be cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things [that] he [says] shall [happen,] he shall have [whatever] he [asks.]

Therefore, I say to you, [Whatever] things you desire, when you pray, & believe that you receive them, & you shall have them. [John 14:13-15 And [whatever] you shall ask in My Name, I will do that, [so] the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you shall ask anything in My Name, I will do it. If you love Me, & keep My commandments.

And when you stand praying, forgive, if you have [anything] against [anyone, so] that your Father, [Who] also is in heaven may forgive you, your [sins.] But if you don't forgive, neither will your Father, [Who] is in heaven, forgive your [sins.]

And they [came] again to Jerusalem. And as [Jesus] was walking in the temple, the chief priests, scribes & elders [came] there to Him, & [said] to [Jesus,] By what authority, [do] You [do] these things? And Jesus answered & said to them, I will also ask [from] you one question. And answer Me, & I will tell you by what authority I do these things.

The baptism of John, was it from heaven, or of men? Answer Me. And they reasoned [among] themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven; He will say, Then, why didn't you believe him?

But if we shall say, Of men; they feared the people. For all men [considered] that John, was indeed a prophet. And they answered & said to Jesus, We cannot tell. And Jesus answering [said] to them, Neither do I tell you by what authority I do these things.

Mark 10:1-52 Jesus Heals Blind Bartimaeus

Jesus Heals Blind Bartimaeus

Mark 10:1-52          The Gospel According to Mark [in Smaller Chunks]

And [Jesus] arose from [there,] & [went] into the coasts of Judaea, [a.k.a. Judea,] by the [furthest] side of Jordan. And the people [flocked to Jesus] again, & He taught them again, as [had been] His [custom.] And [testing Him,] the Pharisees came to [Jesus,] & asked Him, Is it lawful for a man to put away, [a.k.a. divorce,] his wife?

And [Jesus] answered & said, What did Moses command you? And they said, Moses [allowed] [us] to write a bill of divorcement, & put her away. And Jesus answered & said to them, [Moses] wrote this precept, [a.k.a. command,] because of the hardness of your [hearts.]

[Deuteronomy 24:1 When a man [has] taken a wife, & married her, & it [happens] that she [has] found no [favor] in his eyes, because he [has] found some uncleanness in her: then, let him write her a bill of divorcement, & give it in her hand, & send her out of his house.]

But from the beginning of the creation, God made them male & female. For this [reason] a man shall leave his father & mother, & [cling] to his wife. And they, [two,] shall be one flesh: so they are then no [longer two,] but one flesh. Therefore, what God has joined together, let man not put asunder, [a.k.a. separate.]

And in the house, [Jesus'] disciples asked Him the same matter again. And [Jesus] said to them, [Whoever] shall [divorce] his wife, & [marries] another, [commits] adultery against her. And if a woman shall [divorce] her husband, & [is] married to another, she [commits] adultery.

And they brought young children to [Jesus, so] that He should touch them. And His disciples [scolded those, who] brought them. But when Jesus saw it, He was [very] displeased, & said to them, [Allow] the little children to come to Me, & [don't] forbid them: for of such is the Kingdom of God.

[Truly,] I say to you, [Whoever] shall not receive the Kingdom of God [like] a little child, he shall not enter [in there.] And [Jesus] took [the children] up in His arms, & put His hands upon them & blessed them.

And when He [had] gone [out] into the [road, someone] came there running, & kneeled to [Jesus,] & asked Him, Good Master, [a.k.a. Teacher,] what shall I do [so] that I may inherit eternal life. And Jesus said to him, Why [do] you call Me good? There is [no one] good, but One, & that is God.

You [know] the commandments, Don't commit adultery, Don't kill, Don't steal, Don't bear false witness, [Don't] defraud, [a.k.a. swindle, or deceive,] & Honor your father & mother. And he answered & said to [Jesus,] Master, [a.k.a. Teacher,] I have [obeyed] all these from my youth.

Then, [looking at] him, Jesus loved him, & said to him, One thing you [lack:] go [on] your way, & sell [whatever] you [have,] & give [it] to the poor, & you shall have treasure in heaven. And come, take up the cross, & follow Me. And he was very sad at that saying, & went away grieved. For he had great possessions.

And Jesus looked [all around,] & said to His disciples, Hardly shall [those, who] have riches enter into the Kingdom of God! And the disciples were astonished at His Words. But Jesus [answered] again, & [said] to them, Children, how hard is it for [those, who] trust in riches to enter into the Kingdom of God!

It is easier for a camel to go through The Eye of a Needle, than for a rich man to enter into the Kingdom of God. And they were astonished, [beyond] measure, saying among themselves, Then, who can be saved?

And Jesus looking upon them [said,] With men it is impossible, but not with God. For with God all things are possible. Then, Peter began to say to [Jesus, Look,] we have left all, & have followed You.

And Jesus answered & said, [Truly,] I say to you, There is no man, [who has] left [his:] house, brethren, sisters, father, mother, wife, children, or lands, for My sake, & the gospel's. But [should] he receive [a] 100 [times more] now in this time [of:] houses, brethren, sisters, mothers, children & lands, [or instead,] with persecutions [now,] & eternal life, in the world to come.

But many, [who] are first, shall be last. And last [shall be] first. And Jesus went [in front of] them, & they were [on] the [road] going up to Jerusalem & they were amazed. And as they followed, they were afraid.

And again, [Jesus] took the 12, & began to tell them what things should happen to Him, saying, *[Watch,] we go up to Jerusalem, & the Son of Man shall be delivered to the chief priests, & the scribes, & they shall condemn Him to death, & deliver Him to the Gentiles.

[Mark 15:11-15 *But the chief priests moved the people, [so] that [Pilate] should [instead] release Barabbas to them. And Pilate answered & said to them again, What [do] you [want] that I shall do to Him, Whom you call the King of the Jews?

And they cried out again, Crucify Him. Then, Pilate said to them, Why, what evil [has] He done? And they cried out exceedingly more, Crucify Him. And so, Pilate, [wanting] to [satisfy] the people, released Barabbas to them, &, when [Pilate] had Him scourged, [a.k.a. whipped,] delivered Jesus to be crucified.]

*And they shall mock Him, & shall scourge Him, spit on Him, & shall kill Him. [Mark 15:16-20 *And the soldiers led [Jesus] away into the hall, called Praetorium, & they called together the whole [unit.] And they clothed [Jesus] with purple, & [wove] a crown of thorns, & put it [around] His head.

And  began to salute Him, Hail, King of the Jews! *And they [struck] Him on the head with a reed, & spit upon Him. And bowing their knees, worshiped Him. *And when they had mocked [Jesus,] they took off the purple from Him, & put His Own clothes on Him, & led Him out to crucify Him.]

*And the third day, He shall rise again. [Mark 16:6-7 *And [the Angel] said to them, [Don't] be [frightened.] You seek Jesus of Nazareth, [Who] was crucified. He is] risen, & He isn't here. [See,] the place where they laid Him. *But go [on] your way, & tell His disciples & Peter, that He goes before you into Galilee. You shall see Him there, [like] He said to you.]

And James & John, [Zebedee's] sons, [came] to [Jesus,] saying, Master, [a.k.a. Teacher,] We [want] that You [should] do for us [whatever] we shall desire. And [Jesus] said to them, What [do] you [want] that I should do for you? They said to [Jesus,] Grant to us, that we may sit, in Your glory, one on Your right hand [side,] & the other on your left.

But Jesus said to them, You [don't] know what you ask. Can you drink [from] the cup that I drink [from?] And be baptized with the baptism that I Am baptized with? And they said to Him, We can.

And Jesus said to them, Indeed, you shall drink [from] the cup that I drink [from;] & you shall [also] be baptized, with the baptism that I Am baptized with. But to sit on My right hand & on My left hand, isn't Mine to give. But it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared.

And when the 10 heard it, they began to be [very] displeased with James & John. But Jesus called them to Him, You know that [those, who] are [considered rulers,] over the Gentiles, [hold] their lordship over them. And their great ones [hold] authority [over] them. But it shall not be so among you.

But [whoever wants] [to] be great among you, shall be your minister. And [whoever] of you [wants] [to] be the [first,] shall be [the] servant of all. *For even the Son of Man [didn't come] to, but to minister, & to give His life [as] a ransom for many.

[Romans 5:6-8 *For when we were [still] without strength, in due time, Christ died for the ungodly. Scarcely for a righteous man will [someone] die, [still, perhaps,] for a good man, [someone] would even dare to die. But God [demonstrates] His love toward us, in that, while we were [still] sinners, Christ died for us.]

And they came to Jericho: & as [Jesus] went out of Jericho with His disciples, & a [large] number of people, blind Bartimaeus, [Timaeus'] son, sat by the highway begging. And when [Bartimaeus] heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, & say, Jesus, You Son of David, have mercy on me.

And many [ordered] him that he should hold his peace. But [Bartimaeus,] cried [out] a great deal more, You Son of David, have mercy on me. And Jesus stood still, & commanded [for] him to be called. And they [called] the blind man, saying to him, Be of good [cheer,] rise, He [calls] you.

And [Bartimaeus, throwing] away his [outer] garment, rose & came to Jesus. And Jesus answered & said to him, What [do] you [want] that I should do to you? The blind man said to [Jesus,] Lord, that I might receive my sight.

*And Jesus said to him, Go [on] your way; your faith has made you whole. And immediately [Bartimaeus] received his sight, & followed Jesus [on] the [road.]

[Isaiah 29:18-19 *And [on] that day, the deaf shall hear the Words of the Book, & the eyes of the blind shall see out of [cloudiness,] & out of darkness. Also, the meek, [a.k.a. humble,] shall increase their joy in the Lord, & the poor among men shall rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.]

Mark 9:1-50 The Transfiguration of Jesus Christ, God's Son

The Transfiguration of Jesus Christ, God's Son

Mark 9:1-50          The Gospel According to Mark [in Smaller Chunks]

And [Jesus] said to them, [Truly,] I say to you, That there [are] some of them, [who] stand here, [who] shall not taste of death, [until] they have seen the Kingdom of God come with power.

And after 6 days, Jesus [took] with Him: Peter, James, & John, & [led] them up into [a] high mountain, [separated,] by themselves. And [Jesus] was transfigured [in front of] them.

And [Jesus' clothing] became shining & [exceedingly] white [like] snow. [Such,] as no [launderer] on earth [could whiten] them. And [Elijah] & Moses, appeared to them there. And they were talking with Jesus.

And Peter [responded] & said to Jesus, Master, [a.k.a. Teacher,] It is good for us to be here, & Let us make 3 tabernacles, [a.k.a. tents, or shelters.] One for You, & one for Moses, & one for [Elijah.]

*And a cloud was there that overshadowed them. And a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is My beloved Son: hear Him. And suddenly, when they had looked [all around,] they saw no man anymore, [except] only Jesus, with themselves.

*And as they came down from the mountain, [Jesus ordered] them that they should tell no man [about] what things they had seen, [until] the Son of Man [was] risen from the dead. [Luke 24:5-8 *And they were afraid, & as they bowed down their faces to the [ground, the Angels] said to them, Why do you seek the living among the dead?

[Jesus] isn't here, but [has] risen. Remember how He [spoke] to you, when He was [still] in Galilee, saying, The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, & be crucified, & rise again the third day. And they remembered His Words.]

And they kept that saying [within] themselves, questioning one another [about] what the rising from the dead should mean. And they asked [Jesus,] saying, Why [do] the scribes say that [Elijah] must first come?

*And [Jesus] answered, & told them, [Truly, Elijah comes] first, & [restores] all things. And how it is written [in the Scriptures] [about] the Son of Man, [in order] that He must suffer many things, & be set at nought, [a.k.a. regarded as nothing.]

But I say to you, That indeed [Elijah has] come, & they have done to him, [whatever] they [wanted, as it is written of him. [Matthew 17:13 Then, the disciples understood that [Jesus spoke] to them [about] John the Baptist.]

And when [Jesus] came to His disciples, He saw a [large] multitude [around] them, & the scribes [disputing] with them. And [right away,] all the people were greatly amazed, when they [saw Jesus,] & running to Him, [greeted] Him. And [Jesus] asked the scribes, What question [do] you have with them?

And one of the multitude answered, & said, Master, [a.k.a. Teacher,] I have brought to You my son, [who] has a [mute] spirit. And [wherever the demon takes] him, [it throws] him [down.] And he [foams] [at the mouth,] & gnashes with his teeth, & pines away, [a.k.a. weakens.]

And I [spoke] to Your disciples, [so] that they [could] cast [it] out, & they couldn't. [Jesus] answered him, & [said,] O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I [bear with] you? Bring him to Me. And they brought him to [Jesus.]

And when he saw [Jesus, immediately] the spirit, [a.k.a. demon, threw] him [down,] & he fell foaming, [rolling around] on the ground. And [Jesus] asked his father, How long ago [has] it [been] since this came [upon] him? And he said, [Since] a child.

And it has [oftentimes thrown] him into the fire, & into the waters, to destroy him. But if You [can] do anything, have compassion on us, & help us. Jesus said to him, If you [can] believe, all things are possible to him, [who believes.]

And [immediately,] the father of the child cried out, & said with tears, Lord, I believe. You, help my unbelief. *When Jesus saw that the people came running together, He rebuked the [demon,] saying to [it,] You [mute] & deaf spirit, I charge you, [to] come out of him, & no [longer] enter into him.

And the spirit cried [out,] & [severely convulsed] him, & came out of him. And he was [like someone] dead; [in] that, many said, He is dead. But Jesus took him by the hand, & lifted him up; & he arose.

[Psalm 103:2-4 * Bless the Lord, O my soul, & [don't] forget all His benefits; Who forgives all your [sins;] Who heals all your diseases; Who redeems your life from destruction; Who [crowns] you with loving kindness & tender mercies.]

And when [Jesus had] come into the house, His disciples asked Him privately, Why couldn't we cast him out? And [Jesus] said to them, This [type] can come [out] by nothing, [except] by prayer & fasting. And they departed [from] [there] & [crossed] through Galilee.

And [Jesus didn't] [want] that any man should know it. *For [Jesus] taught His disciples & said to them, The Son of Man is [being] delivered into the hands of men, & they shall kill HIm. And after that He is killed, He shall rise the third day.] [But they [didn't understand] that saying, & were afraid to ask Him.

Mark 16:6-7 *And [the Angel] said to them, [Don't] be frightened. You seek Jesus of Nazareth, [Who] was crucified. He is risen. He isn't here. [Look] [at] the place where they laid Him. *But go [on] your way, & tell His disciples & Peter, that [Jesus] goes before you into Galilee. There you shall see Him, [like] He said to you.]

And [Jesus] came to Capernaum; & being in the house, [Jesus] asked them, What was it that you disputed among yourself by the [road?] But they held their peace: for by the [road] they had disputed among themselves, [about] who [would] be the greatest.

And [Jesus] sat down & called the 12, & [said] to them, If any man [desires] to be first, the same shall be last of all, & servant of all. [Matthew 23:11-12 But he, [who] is greatest among you, shall be your servant. And [whoever] shall exalt himself, shall be [brought low,] & he, [who] shall humble himself, shall be [lifted up.]

And [Jesus] took a child, & [put] him in the midst of them. And when [Jesus] had taken him in His arms, He said to them, [Whoever] shall receive one of such children in My Name, receives Me. And [whoever] shall receive Me, [doesn't] receive Me, but Him, [Who] sent Me.

And John answered [Jesus,] saying, Master, [a.k.a. Teacher,] we saw one casting out [demons] in Your Name, & he [didn't follow] us:] & we [forbid] him, because he [didn't follow] us.

But Jesus said, [Don't] forbid him: for there is no man, [who] shall do a miracle in My Name, [who] can lightly speak evil [about] Me. For he, [who] isn't against us, is on our [side.]

For [whoever] shall give you a cup of water to drink in My Name, because you belong to Christ, [truly,] I say to you, he shall not lose his reward. And [whoever] shall offend one of these little ones, [who] believe in Me, it is better for him, that a millstone, [a.k.a. stone for grinding flour at the mill,] were [hung around] his neck, & he were [thrown] into the sea.

And if your hand [offends] you, [a.k.a. makes you sin,] it is better for you to enter into life [disfigured,] than go into hell having 2 hands, into the fire that shall never be quenched, [a.k.a. put out.] Where their worm [doesn't die,] & the fire isn't quenched.

And if your foot [offends] you, cut it off. It's better for you to enter into life [lame,] than having 2 feet, & to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched, where their worm [doesn't die,] & the fire isn't quenched

And if your eye [offends] you, pluck it out. It is better for you to enter into the Kingdom of God with one eye, than have two eyes & to be cast into hell fire: where their worm [doesn't die,] & the fire isn't quenched. For everyone shall be salted with fire, & every sacrifice shall be salted with salt.

[Matthew 5:13 You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt [has] lost [its flavor, with what] shall it be salted? It is [from then on,] good for nothing, but to be [thrown] out & to be [trampled] under [the] feet of men.

Salt is good: but if the salt [has] lots [its saltiness, with what] will you season it? Have sat [within] yourselves, & have peace [with] one another. [Colossians 4:6 Let your speech [always] be with grace, seasoned with salt, [so] that you may know how you [should] answer every man.]
