About the Author of the Blogsite, Not the Author of the Bible: I was uncertain of how to accomplish this, mindful of Revelation 22:18-19, which says that nobody is to add to, or to take away from what was written in the Bible. After lots of prayerful contemplation, the Lord had it on my heart that I’m not to change the meaning of what is written in the Bible. He has also shown ways to add to people’s understating of that meaning, without altering the meaning, by putting that info within [brackets]. This is primarily accomplished with the KJV Bible and lots of prayers, but at times, BibleGateway.com, Biblehub.com, NIV Bible, Webster Dictionary, and other internet resources, as needed. About Understanding the Bible:

Understanding the Bible: After reading Isaiah 28:10 many times over the years and not totally understanding it, it recently became apparent to me that the Lord God has this passage as the means for understanding the Bible. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:10 KJV. Being prayerful about this passage, and looking up 'precept' in the Webster's Dictionary, it gave this passage a whole new meaning, once 'commandment' is substituted for 'precept'. Within brackets are additional words the Lord had on my heart to aid in understanding the meaning. For commandment must be [built up] upon commandment; commandment upon commandment; line upon line, line upon line; [developing understanding] here a little, and there a little.

The Table Format:

The Table Format: I was overwhelmed with how to explain the process for determining if someone had leprosy in Leviticus 13, which seemed very complicated. After praying, "Lord, if this is difficult for me to understand after reading it many times, how can this be explained to others?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was for me to put it into a vertical chart to visually see the process. This made it much easier for me to follow the progression. After doing so, I prayed, "Lord, how can this be conveyed to readers, so that they can understand this process?" The thought the Lord God had on my heart was to put it within the lines of a table. Being a stiff-necked, stubborn person, as it's often called in the Bible, I prayed, asking the Lord God if He's sure that's really what He wanted me to do? I reluctantly put Leviticus 13 into a table format. When I read this difficult leprosy process within a table format, it suddenly became easier for me to understand. That's because it builds line upon line, as explained in the Understanding the Bible section. Shortly after that, the Lord God had it on my heart, to put all of The Books of the Bible in Smaller Chunks within a table format, to aid in understanding, line upon line.

Malachi 2:1-17 Dealing Wickedly with the Wife of Your Youth

Dealing Wickedly with the Wife of Your Youth

Malachi 2:1-17    The Book of Malachi [in Smaller Chunks]

O you priests, & now this commandment is for you. [Malachi 1:6-7 A son honors his father, & a servant, his master. Then, if I Am a Father, where is [My] honor? And if I Am a master, where is My fear [respect?] The Lord of Hosts [said] [this] to you, O priests, [who] despise My Name.

And you say, [How] have we despised Your Name? You offer [defiled] bread upon [My] altar, & you say, [How] have we [defiled] You? [Because,] you say, The table of the Lord is contemptible, [a.k.a. detestable.]

The Lord of Hosts says, If you won't hear & won't [take] it to heart, to give glory to My Name, I will even send a curse upon you. And I will curse your blessings. [Yes,] I have already cursed them, because you don't [take] it to heart.

[Deuteronomy 28:14-15 And you shall not go [astray] to the right hand or to the left, from any of the Words [that] I command you this day, & go after other gods to serve them.

But it shall [happen,] if you won't [listen] to the voice of the Lord your God, to [obey] & do all His commandments, & His [mandates,] that I command you this day, that all these curses shall come upon you, & overtake you.]

[Watch,] I will corrupt your seed, & spread [feces] upon your faces even the [feces from] your solemn feasts. And [someone] will take you away with [the feces.]

And you shall know that I have sent this commandment to you, [so] that My covenant [contract] might be with Levi, says the Lord of Hosts. My covenant was with him [for:] life & peace. And I gave them to him, for the fear [respect with which] he feared Me, & was afraid before My Name.

[Ezekiel 34:25 And I will make with them a covenant of peace, & will cause the [wild animals,] to [stop] out of the land. And they shall dwell safely in the wilderness, & sleep in the woods.]

The Law of Truth was in his mouth, & [sinfulness] wasn't found on his lips. He [followed] with Me, in peace & equity, & [turned] away many from [sinfulness.] For the priest's lips should keep knowledge, & they should seek the Law, [from] his mouth. For he is the messenger of the Lord of Hosts.

[Galatians 4:14 And [in] my temptations, which [were] in my flesh, you [didn't despise,] nor [reject,] but received me [like] an Angel of God, even [like] Christ Jesus [receives.]

But you [have] departed & [gone astray] [from] the [path,] & have caused many to stumble [in] the Law. You have [distorted] the covenant of Levi, says the Lord of Hosts.

[Revelation 2:14 But I have a few things against you, because you have there, [those, who] hold [to] the doctrine, [a.k.a. teaching,] of Balaam, who taught [Balack,] to cast a stumbling block before the children [people] of Israel, to eat things sacrificed to idols, & to commit fornication, [a.k.a. infidelity.

Therefore, I have also made you contemptible, & [lowly in front of] all people, [since] you haven't kept My ways, but have [shown favoritism,] in the Law. [Deuteronomy 1:17 You shall not respect, [a.k.a. show favoritism to] persons in judgment; but you shall hear the [powerless,] as well as the [powerful.]

You shall not be afraid of the face of [a] man, for the judgment is God's. And [if] the [case] is too hard for you, bring it to me, & I will hear it.]

Haven't we all One Father? [Hasn't] One God created us? Why do we, every man, [behave] treacherously, against his brother, by [defiling] the covenant [contract] of our [forefathers?]

[Ephesian 4:4-7 There is One body, & One Spirit, even [like] you are [all] called in One hope of your calling; One Lord, One faith, One baptism, One God & Father of all, [Who] is above all, & through all, & in you all. But everyone of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.]

Judah has [behaved] treacherously, & Israel & Jerusalem, [have] committed an abomination. For Judah has [defiled] the holiness of the Lord, [Whom] he loved, & has married the daughter of a [foreign] god. [1 Kings 11:3-4 And he, [a.k.a. Solomon,] had 700 hundred wives, & princesses, & 300  [mistresses.]

And his wives turned away his heart. For it [happened,] when Solomon was old, that his wives turned away his heart after other gods. And his heart wasn't perfect with the Lord his God, [like] the heart was, of David, his father.]

The Lord will cut off the man, the master, & the scholar, [who] does this, out of the tabernacles of Jacob, [a.k.a. Israel,] & him, [who offers a sacrifice] to the Lord of Hosts.

And you have done this again, covering the altar of the Lord with tears, weeping, & crying out, [because] He [doesn't] regard, [a.k.a. respect,] the offering anymore, [nor receives] it [from] your [hands] with goodwill. [Still,] you say, [For what reason?]

Because the Lord has been [a] witness between you & the wife of your youth, against whom, you have [behaved] treacherously. [Still,] she is your companion, & the wife of your covenant [contract.] And didn't He make [them] one?

[Matthew 19:4-5 And He answered & said to them, Haven't you read, that He, [Who] made them [in] the beginning, made them male & female, & said, For this [reason,] man shall leave [his] father & mother, & shall [cling] to his wife. And they [two] shall be one flesh.

[Since,] He had Spirit [remaining, why] [just] one? [So,] that He may seek a godly seed, [a.k.a. Offspring.] Therefore, [pay attention] to your spirit, & let [no one behave] treacherously against the wife of his youth.

For the Lord, the God of Israel, says that He [hates] putting away, [a.k.a. divorce, for [someone] covers [up] his violence, [like] with his garment, says the Lord of Hosts. [Matthew 5:31-32 It has been said, [Whoever] shall put away his wife, let him give her a [written certificate of divorce.]

But I say to you, That [whoever] shall put away his wife, [except] for the [reason] of fornication, [a.k.a. infidelity,] causes her to commit adultery. And [whoever] shall marry her, [who] is divorced, commits adultery.

Therefore, [pay attention] to your spirit, [so] that you don't [behave] treacherously. You have [tired] the Lord with your words. [Still,] you say, [How] have we [tired] Him?

When you say, Everyone [who] does evil is good in the sight of the Lord, & He delights in them; or, Where is the God of [Justice?] [Psalm 94:7 [Still,] they say, The Lord shall not see, & neither shall the God of Jacob regard, [a.k.a. pay attention to] it.]

Malachi 1:1-14 Offering Sick & Disfigured Animals to the Lord God

Offering Sick & Disfigured Animals to the Lord God

Malachi 1:1-14    The Book of Malachi [in Smaller Chunks]

The burden, [a.k.a. vision,] of the [Lord's] Word to Israel by Malachi. The Lord says, I have loved you. [Still,] you say, [How] have you loved us? Wasn't Esau, Jacob's brother? The Lord says, [Still,] I loved Jacob, [a.k.a. Israel.]

[Deuteronomy 7:6-8 For unto the Lord your God, you are [a] holy people. The Lord your God has chosen you to be a special people, unto Himself, above all people, [who] are upon the [surface] of the earth. The Lord didn't [focus] His love upon you, nor choose you, because you were more in number than any people.

For you [had] the fewest of all people. But because the Lord loved you, & because He would keep the oath, [that] He had sworn to your [forefathers,] the Lord [has] brought you out with a mighty hand, & has redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, & from the hand of Pharaoh, [Egypt's] king.]

And I [have] hated Esau, & laid [to] waste: his mountains, & his heritage for the [jackals] of the wilderness. [Since,] Edom [says,] We are impoverished, [a.k.a. poor,] but we will return, & [rebuild] the desolate places. The Lord of Hosts says [this;] They shall [rebuild,] but I will throw [it] down.

And they shall call them: The Border of Wickedness, & The People Against Whom, The Lord [is] Forever [Indignant, a.k.a. angry over unfair treatment.] Your eyes shall see, & you shall say, The Lord will be magnified from [beyond] the border of Israel.

A son honors his father, & a servant [honors] his master.

[Because,] you say, The table of the Lord is contemptible, [a.k.a. detestable.] [Leviticus 22:19-22 You shall offer [of] you own [free] will: a male without blemish, of: [cattle,] sheep, or goats.

But you shall not offer, [whatever] has a blemish, for it shall not be acceptable for you. And [whoever] offers a sacrifice of Peace Offerings to the Lord to [fulfill] his vow, or a freewill offering [of: cattle,] or sheep, it shall be perfect to be accepted.

There shall be no blemish [within it.] You shall not offer these to the Lord, nor make an offering by fire of them upon the altar to the Lord, [the:] blind, broken, maimed, having an [oozing sore,] scurvy, or scabbed.]

And if you offer the blind for [your] sacrifice, isn't it evil? And if you offer the lame & sick, isn't it evil? The Lord of Hosts says, [If you] offer it to your governor, will he be pleased with you, or accept you? And now, I pray [that] you [urge] God, that He will be gracious to us.

This has been [done] by your [own hands.] The Lord of Hosts says, Will He regard, [a.k.a. respect,] you? Even among you, who is ther, [who] would shut the doors for nothing, [a.k.a. no pay?] Neither do you [start] the fire on [My] altar for [nothing.]

The Lord of Hosts says, I have no pleasure in you, & neither will I accept an offering [from] your [hands.] [1 Corinthians 9:13 Don't you know that [those, who] minister about holy things, live [off] the things, [a.k.a. food sacrificed,] of the temple? And [those, who] wait at the altar are [also] partakers with the [food at the] altar?]

From [sunrise,] even to [sundown,] of the same [day,] My Name shall be great among the Gentiles, & in every place incense shall be offered & a pure, [a.k.a. Holy,] offering to My Name. For My Name shall be great among the heathen, says the Lord of Hosts.

[Romans 15:9-12 And [so] that the Gentiles might glorify God for His mercy; [like] it is written, For this [reason,] I will confess to You among the Gentiles, & sing to Your Name.

And again, He says, Rejoice, you Gentiles, with His people. And again, Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles, & [honor] Him, all you people. *And again, [Isaiah said,] There shall be a root of Jesse, & He, [Who] shall rise to [rule] over the Gentiles; & the Gentiles shall trust in Him.]

But you have [defiled] it, in that you say, The table of the Lord is [defiled;] & [its] fruit, & even His meat, is contemptible, [a.k.a. disgusting.] Also, you said, [See, how tiresome this] is! The Lord of Hosts says, And you have [scoffed] at it. And you brought [what] was: torn, lame, & sick.

[Like this,] you brought an offering. The Lord says, Should I accept this [from] your [hands?] But cursed [is] the deceiver, [who has] a male in his flock, & vows, & sacrifices a [defiled] thing to the Lord. For I Am a great King, says the Lord of Hosts. And My Name is dreadful among the heathen.

[John 10:14-16 I Am the Good Shepherd, & know My sheep, & Am known [by] Mine. [Like] the Father knows Me, even I [also] know the Father, & I lay down My life for the sheep. And I have other sheep, [that] are not of this [flock.] I must also bring them, & they shall hear My Voice, & there shall be one [flock,] & One Shepherd.]

Zechariah 14:1-21 Foretelling the Day of the Lord God

Foretelling the Day of the Lord God

Zechariah 14:1-21         The Book of Zechariah [in Smaller Chunks]

[Watch,] the day of the Lord comes, & your [plunder] shall be divided in your midst. [Joel 2:1-3 You, blow the trumpet in Zion, & sound the alarm in My Holy Mountain. Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the Lord comes, for it is [close] at hand.

A day of darkness, & gloominess. A day of clouds, & thick darkness. A [large] & strong people, spread upon the mountains, [like] the morning [spreads out.] There hasn't been, [similar,] & neither shall [there] ever be [again,] after it, even [for] many generations.

A fire devours [in front of] them. And behind them, a flame burns. The land is [like] the Garden of Eden, [in front of] them, & behind them [is] a desolate wilderness. [Yes,] & nothing shall escape [from] them.]

For I will gather all nations to battle against Jerusalem, &  the city shall be [captured,] & the house [ransacked,] & the women ravished. And half of the city shall go into captivity, & the [rest] of the people, shall not be cut off from the city.

[Joel 3:1-2 For, [look,] in those days, & [during] that time, when I shall [return] again, [those from] captivity, [from:] Judah & Jerusalem. I will also gather all nations, & will bring them down into the Valley of Jehoshaphat, & will plead with them there for My people, & for My heritage, Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, & [divided] My land.]

Then, the Lord shall go [out,] & fight against those nations, [like] when He fought [on] the day of battle. [2 Chronicles 32:19-22 And for this [reason,] king Hezekiah, & the prophet, Isaiah, [Amos'] son, prayed & cried [out] to heaven. And the Lord sent an Angel, [who] cut off all the: mighty men of valor; leaders; & captains in the camp of [Assyria's] king.

So, [Sennacherib,] returned to his own land, with shame [on his] face. And when he [had] come into the house of his god, [those, who] came [from] his own bowels, [a.k.a. his family, struck] him there with the sword.

[Like this,] the Lord saved Hezekiah, & the inhabitants of Jerusalem from the hand of Senacherib, [Assyria's] king, & from the hand of all [others,] & guided [the Israelites] on every side.]

And that day, His feet shall stand upon the Mount of Olives, [that] is [in front of] Jerusalem, on the East. And the Mount of Olives shall [split] in the [middle of it] toward the East & toward the West. And there shall be a very [large] valley. And half of the mountain shall [move] toward the North, and half toward the South.

[Revelation 6:12-14 And I [saw] when He had opened the 6th seal, & [looked] & there was a [large] earthquake. And the sun became black as sackcloth [made] of hair, & the moon became [like] blood.

And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, even [like] a fig tree casts her [unripened] figs, when she is shaken [by] a mighty wind. And the heaven departed [like] a scroll when it is rolled together. And every mountain & island were moved out of their places.]

And you shall flee to the valley [in] the mountains. For the valley [in] the mountains shall reach [all the way to] Azal. [Yes,] you shall flee, like you fled from [in front of] the earthquake [during] the days of Uzziah, [Judah's] king. And the Lord my God shall come, & all the saints with You.

[Matthew 24:30-31 And then, the sign of the Son of Man shall appear in heaven. And then, the tribes of the earth shall mourn, & they shall see the Son of Man coming in the clouds of heaven, with power & great glory.

And He shall send His Angels with a great trumpet sound. And they shall gather together His elect, [a.k.a. chosen,] from the 4 winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

And it shall [happen on] that day, that the light shall not be [sunny,] nor dark. No day, nor night: but it shall [happen] [that] at [evening,] it shall be light. But it shall [happen] one day, [that] shall be [only] known to the Lord.

[Revelation 21:22-26 And I saw no temple [there:] for the Lord God Almighty & the Lamb are the temple of it. And the city had no need of the sun, neither [for] the moon, to shine in it. For the glory of God did lighten it, & the Lamb is the light [of it.]

And [those, who] are saved, [from] the nations, shall walk in the light of it. And the kings of the earth, bring their glory & honor into it. And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day, for there shall be no night there. And they shall bring the glory & honor of the nations into it.]

And it shall be [on] that day, that Living Waters shall go out from Jerusalem. Half of them toward the [Eastern] Sea, [a.k.a. Dead Sea,] & half toward the [Western] Sea, [a.k.a. Mediterranean Sea:it shall [happen during] the summer & winter.

And the Lord shall be King over all the earth. [On] that day, there shall be One Lord, & His Name One. [John 10:27-30 My sheep hear My voice, & I know them, & they follow Me. And I give eternal life to them; & they shall never perish. Neither shall any man [snatch] them out of My hand. My Father, [Who] gave them to Me, Is greater than All. And no man is able to [snatch] them out of My Father's hand. I & My Father are One.]

And all the land from Geba to Rimmon, South of Jerusalem, shall be turned & [become like] a plain. And it shall be lifted up, [a.k.a. elevated,] & inhabited in [its] place, from Benjamin's Gate, to the First Gate, to the Corner Gate, & from the Tower of Hananeel, [all the way] to the king's [wine vats.] [Jeremiah 31:38 The Lord says, [Look,] the days come, that the city shall be [rebuilt] to the Lord, from the Tower of Hananeel, unto the Gate of the Corner.]

And there shall no [longer] be [total] destruction, & men shall dwell in it, & Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited. [Jeremiah 23:5-6 *The Lord says, [Look,] the days come, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, & a King shall [rule] & prosper, & [carry out] judgment & justice [on] the earth.

*[During] His days, Judah shall be saved, & Israel shall dwell safely. And this is His Name, [by which] He shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.]

And this shall be the plague, [with which] the Lord shall [strike] all the people [who] fought against Jerusalem: Their flesh shall [rot] away, while they stand on their feet, & their eyes shall [decay] in their [sockets.] And their tongue shall [waste away] in their mouth.

And it shall [happen on] that day, that [there] shall be a [large commotion,] among them, from the Lord. And everyone shall [seize] the hand of his neighbor. And His hand shall rise up against the hand of his neighbor.

[2 Samuel 14:20-22 And Saul & all the people, [who] were with him, assembled themselves, & they came to the battle. And, look, there was very great [confusion] & every man's sword was against his fellow.

[Also,] the Hebrews, [who] were with the Philistines [prior to] that time, [who] went up with them into the camp, from [all around] the country, even they also turned to [being] with the Israelites, [who] were with Saul & Jonathan.

[Additionally,] all the men of Israel, [who] had [hidden] themselves in Mount Ephraim, also followed hard after the Philistines in battle, when they heard that [they had] fled.]

And also Judah shall fight [in] Jerusalem. And the wealth of all the heathen, [all around,] shall be gathered together. [A] great abundance [of:] gold; silver; & [garments.]

And the plague [for] the: horse; mule; camel; [donkey; ] & all the [animals] in these tents, shall be [like] this plague. And it shall [happen,] that everyone, [who] is left [from] all the nations, [that] came against Jerusalem, shall even go up [each] year to worship the King, the Lord of Hosts, to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.

[Isaiah 2:2-3 *And it shall [happen, during] the last days, that the mountain of the Lord's house, shall be established [on] the top of the mountains, & shall be exalted above the hills. And all nations shall flow to it.

*And many shall go & say, You, come, & let's go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob, [a.k.a. Israel,] & He will teach us [about] His ways, & we will [follow] in His paths. For out of Zion, the Law shall go [out,] & the Word of the Lord [shall go out] from Jerusalem.]

And it shall [happen,] that [whoever] won't come up to Jerusalem, [from] all the families of the earth, to worship the King, the Lord of Hosts, [there] shall even be no rain upon them. [Isaiah 60:12 For the nation & kingdom that won't serve You, shall perish. [Yes,] those nations shall be [totally] wasted.]

And if the family [from] Egypt, that [has] no rain, [doesn't] go up, & [doesn't] come to keep the Feast of Tabernacles, [then,] there shall be the plague, [with which,] the Lord will [strike] the heathen.

[Deuteronomy 11:10-12 For the land, [where] you go in to possess, isn't [like] the land of Egypt, from [where] you came out, where you sow your seed [by foot] & you water it, [like] a garden of herbs.

But the land, [where] you go to possess, is a land of hills & valleys, [that] [drink] the water [from] the rain of heaven. A land, which the Lord your God cares for. The eyes of the Lord your God are always upon it, from the beginning of the year, even [until] the end of the year.]

This shall be the punishment of Egypt, & the punishment of all nations, that [don't] come up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles. [On] that day, there shall be [engraved] upon the [horses'] bells, HOLINESS UNTO THE LORD. And the pots in the Lord's house shall be like the bowl [in front of] the altar.

[2 Kings 25:14-15 And they took away the: pots; shovels, [candle] snuffers; spoons; & all the vessels of brass, [with which] they ministered. And the firepans, & bowls, & such things as were [made] of gold, & gold and silver, & silver, the captain of [Babylon's] guard, took away.]

[Yes,] every pot in Jerusalem & Judah shall be holiness to the Lord of Hosts. And all [those, who] sacrifice shall come & take them, & [boil in them.] And [on] that day, there shall no [longer] be [any] Canaanite in the house of the Lord of Hosts.

[Isaiah 35:8 And [a] highway shall be there, & a [road.] And it shall be called: The [Road] of Holiness. The unclean shall not pass over it. But it shall be for those: the [traveling] men, [even if they are] fools, [a.k.a. simple minded,] [they] shall not [be led astray on it.]
