The wicked flee [although] no one pursues [them:] but the righteous are bold [like] a lion. [Psalm 53:4-5 Have [those who work sinfully,] no knowledge? Who eat up My people, [like] they eat bread; they haven't called upon God. In great fear, they were there, where no fear [existed.] For God [had] scattered the bones of [those who encamped] against you. You [have] put them to shame, because God [has] despised them.]

For many are: the [sins] of a land, & [its] princes [of it], but the state, [a.k.a. status, of it] shall be prolonged by a man of understanding, & knowledge.

A poor man, [who] oppresses the poor is like [a drenching] rain which [beats down,] & leaves no food. [Matthew 18:24-35 And when [a certain king] had begun to [settle accounts, [someone] was brought to him, [who] owed him 10,000 talents. But, in that, he had [nothing] [with which] to pay, his lord commanded him, his wife, his children, & all that he had to be sold, & payment to be made. Therefore, the servant fell down, & worshiped him, saying, Lord have patience with me, & I will pay you all. Then, the [servant's] lord was moved with compassion, & [loosened] him, & forgave him the debt. But the same servant went out, & found one of his fellow-servants, [who] owed him 100 pence, & [seized] him, & took him by the throat, saying, Pay me [what] you [owe.] And his fellow-servant fell down at his feet, & [begged] him, saying, Have patience with me, & I will pay you all. And he wouldn't, but went, & [threw] him into prison, [until] he [could] pay the debt. So when his fellow-servants saw what was done, they were very [sad,] & came & told their lord all that was done. Then, after that, his lord called him, & said to him, O you wicked servant. I forgave you all that debt, because you [desired] [it from] me. Shouldn't you have also had compassion on your fellow-servant, even [like] I had pity on you. And his lord was [angry,] & delivered him to the tormentors, [until] he [could] pay all that was due to him. So, [similarly,] shall My heavenly Father, also do to you, if you [don't] from your hearts forgive everyone his brother their trespasses.]

[Those who abandon] the Law, praise the wicked: but [those who] keep the Law, [debate] with them.

Evil men [don’t] understand judgment, [a.k.a. justice:] but [those who] seek the Lord, understand all things. Better is the poor, [who] walks, [a.k.a. follows,] in his [integrity,] than he [who is deceitful] in his ways, [although] he [is] rich.

[Whoever keeps] the Law is a wise son: but he, [who] is a companion [to] riotous men [shames] his father. He, [who increases] his [wealth] by [charging excessive interest,] shall gather it for him [who] will pity the poor. [Job 27:16-17 [Although,] he [heaps] up silver [like] the dust, & [prepares clothing, like] the clay, he may prepare it, but the just, [a.k.a. honest,] shall put it on, & the innocent shall divide the silver.]

He, [who turns] away his ear from hearing the Law, even his prayer shall be [an] abomination. [Whoever causes] the righteous to go astray in an evil [path,] shall fall himself into his own pit: but the upright shall [own] have good things.

The rich man is wise in his own [eyes;] but the poor, [who have] understanding [questions] him. When righteous men rejoice, there is great glory: but when the wicked rise [up,] a man [has] hidden [himself.] [Proverbs 29:2 When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice, but when the wicked rule, the people mourn.]

He, [who hides] his sins, shall not prosper: but [whoever confesses] [his sins,] & [abandons] them shall have mercy. [1 John 1:8-9 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, & the Truth isn't in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful & just, to forgive us our sins.]

Happy is the man, [who always] fears, [a.k.a. respects,] [the Lord God,] but he, [who hardens] his heart, shall fall into [trouble.]

[Like] a roaring lion, & a [raging] bear; a wicked ruler over the poor people is [the same.] [1 Peter 5:7-8 [Cast] all your [cares] upon [the Lord God,] for He [cares] for you. Be sober, & be vigilant; because your [enemy,] the devil, [is] [like] a roaring lion, [walking around,] seeking whom he may devour.]

The prince, [who lacks] understanding is also a great oppressor: but he, [who hates envy,] shall prolong his [life.]

A man, [who does] violence, [& causes] [bloodshed to] any person; shall flee to the pit. [Don’t] let [any] man [help] him.  [Isaiah 1:15-18 And when you spread [out] your hands, I  will hide [My] eyes from you. [Yes,] when you make many prayers, I won't hear: your hands are full of [bloodshed.] Wash [yourselves,] & make [yourself] clean. Put away the evil of your [actions] from [in front of My] eyes; & [stop doing] [what is:] evil. Learn to do well; & seek judgment, [a.k.a. justice.] Relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, & plead for the widows. Now, come, & let us reason together, [says] the Lord. [Although,] your sins [are like] scarlet, they shall be as white as snow. [Although] they are red like crimson, they shall be [white] as wool.]

[Whoever walks, a.k.a. follows,] with [integrity] shall be saved: but he, [who] is [deceitful] in his ways, shall fall at once. [Proverbs 11:5 The righteousness of the perfect, shall direct his [ways,] but the wicked shall fall by his own wickedness.]

He, [who] tills, [a.k.a. plows,] his land, shall have plenty of bread: but he, [who follows] after vain, [a.k.a. conceited, people,] shall have [plenty of] poverty. [Proverbs 20:13 [Don't] love sleep, lest you come to poverty. Open your eyes, & you [shall] be satisfied with bread, [a.k.a. food.]

A faithful man shall abound with blessings: but he [who rushes] to be rich, shall not be innocent. [Proverbs 21 At the beginning, an inheritance may be gotten hastily, but the end [of it,] shall not be blessed.]

To have [favoritism toward people,] isn’t good. For that man will [sin] for a piece of bread. He [who hurries] to be rich [has] an evil eye, & [doesn’t consider] that poverty shall come upon him. [I Timothy 6:10-11 For the love of money is the root of all evil. While some [have] coveted after [it,] they have [gone astray] from the faith, & pierced themselves through with many sorrows. But you, O man of God, flee these things, & follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, & [humility.]

He [who corrects] a man shall afterwards, shall find more favor than he, [who flatters] with [his mouth.] [Whoever robs] his father or mother, & says, It’s [not a sin;] the same is [also] the companion of a destroyer. [Mark 7:6-7 [Jesus] answered & said to them, [Elijah has] prophesied [correctly about] you, hypocrites, [like] it is written [in the Scriptures,] This people [honor] Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. [However,] they worship Me in vain, teaching the commandments of men, for doctrines.]

He, [who has] a proud heart [stirs] up [discord:] but he, [who puts] his trust in the Lord, shall be made [rich.] [James 2:5 [Pay attention,] my  beloved brethren, [Hasn’t] God chosen the poor of this world, rich in faith, & heirs of the Kingdom [that] He [has] promised to [those who] love Him?]

He, [who trusts] in his own heart is a fool: but [whoever walks, a.k.a. follows,] wisely, shall be delivered. [Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart; & [don't lean unto your own understanding.]

He, [who gives] to the poor, shall not lack [anything:] but he, [who hides] his eyes, shall have many [curses.] When the wicked rise [up,] men hide themselves,: but when [the wicked] perish, the righteous increase.
